This is the first time Ive ever purchased feed and livestock supplies from them but I was extremely happy!!!! My husband and I visited this Tractor Supply a few weeks ago to look at lawnmowers for our son. Josh was busy with several tasks but took the time to talk to us without ever seeming aggravated. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We didn’t intend to buy a lawnmower that day, but ended up doing so, thanks to him, and we got a good deal! All other employees were friendly too. Clean store, super experience! Will go back even if the price is higher just because of the way we were treated.

I would like to add my 5-star review to the many that are already here. Its no coincidence that the ratings of this business are outstanding. The customer service ethics here are comparable to those of my much younger years where genuinely attentive, kind employees take an active interest in helping the patron in every way possible. After shopping every store in the quad-city area, I found the very best (significantly lower) price at this location. This store will be my new go to for anything I can use that they carry! It seems that every time I go there to get Bermuda hay theyre always out, also I buy a very commonly used feed that is not scannable by their barcode. This is usually a 10 minute fiasco of the checkout employee scrambling to find a code calling the other team members to figure it out. I have a hard time believing that a corporation like tractor supply does not have scannable items. I also have a hard time with the fact that they are constantly out of Bermuda hay. You would think they would stop more? Not sure of a solution all I know is that its a problem

Terribly rude employees. Inaccurate stock information. I would rather shop online and give my money to Amazon than shop at this location anymore

This place needs to take in consideration that truckers keeps this place making money so when a truck comes from another state to deliver a load hours before closing time making us sit to the next day doesn’t help us. In my situation I have to pay for permits just to be in the state so another 24hrs costs me out of pocket. Fuel, permits, food, showers,.. Come on TSC I could’ve unloaded the truck myself for free just to say 2-300$ out of pocket would’ve took 20 minutes literally 😢

Had what I needed and the customer service was good.

Excellent quality alfalfa, staff is second to none. Everybody is helpful everybody knows exactly where everything is and even if they walk by you they ask if you need help with anything.

I came a little after closing to refill my propane but Izzy was kind enough to stay late to refill that for us so we wouldn’t have to come back. Awesome customer service!!!

Tractor Supply had been in Prescott Valley for well over a year before we stepped inside the store. We were looking for an alternative for pet food and treats and we’re pleasantly surprised to find what we were looking for. Since then we have returned for trailer items, tools and their vet services. This is a great store with a little of everything. I haven’t needed any assistance from the staff but they all seem nice. We’ll be back.

Good prices on feed and farm supplies. They often have weekly sales and clearance that are great. The staff is friendly and helpful. They even sell chicks in the spring each year. I highly recommend them

Today I had to build some corrals so I went in to Tractor Supplie I needed quite a bit to get everything done I picked up some horse panels treated pine posts and some bull cage that they called hog cage anyhow I have been under the weather for a few months Shane loaded everything by himself he was very quick friendly knowledgeable and he even jumped in on the cash register to help his coworker get caught up. This young man was definitely not afraid of work it is nice as well as refreshing to see a young man work so hard and enthusiastically as he did. He definitely needs a raise . Thank you and I will see you again !

They had run out of a couple things that we needed to buy but that sadly is common now with the pandemic and shutdowns affecting our places of business. The people were friendly and knowledgeable and helped us find what we needed for our new homestead.

I love our local Tractor Supply Store. The employees are always so kind and they help in any way they can. I went in the other day for chicken feed and shots for our puppy and not only did they have it all ready when I got there but they also put the shots on ice so I could go continue with my errands. I know that they didnt need to do any of that per their job description. Its the little things that really make the difference!

This store is really nice and they have a huge selection of products. They also have a really neat selection of country gifts and toys, clothing and tools. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

When to pick up 11 bags of grain for the horses and everyone was extremely helpful! They even helped put the bags in the bed of the truck!

Very friendly Most of the time they say hi when you walk in . store is always clean. Staff is very helpful. But not pushy. They have a nice supply of most thing you need for your ranch/farm.

When the store went in, they struggled with keeping things in stock and having product on the selves. They have improved that greatly, but still have some things missing at times which arent just simply out of stock. This is a good place to get pet and livestock and poultry feed. They have a good selection of farm tools, garden tools and equipment. They also carry clothing and gift items. The employees are usually busy and are very helpful and friendly. Its a nice place to shop.

This has now become the only place I will shop for my husbands birthday, Valentines, Christmas - pick a holiday. Tractor supply has EVERYTHING I need to make my husband and the dog happy. If it aint there, you dont needed it

I love stopping at Tractor Supply. I get all my animal feed and bales of straw. They are always very helpful and informative. The store is always clean as well. They do email you coupons every now and then but you have to check your mail which i am not good at. Lol

TheTractor supply is a fun place to shop and this one in Prescott Valley AZ is no exception. The staff is very nice and greeted us at the door and asked if we needed help finding anything. The stores are set up about the same so finding your way around is easy. I like these stores and recommend them to anyone.

The manager on duty, Doug was so rude and unwilling to help with a school project for the local fire academy for the fire department. He made it seem like they had something to hide in the back. He could have at least given general areas. All other associates that were working were trying to be as helpful as possible.

Great customer service, including ordering a special food that I needed for some of my animals. Even ordered extras that was already in stock the next time I went back. Always willing to help me out, and that day due to a hand injury got my products loaded into the cart and in my vehicle when I left.

Came in looking for a big kerosene or diesel heater, they’re like $400 and they didn’t have the one I needed which is fine, but when I asked the older guy, he gave me an attitude about it because he couldn’t figure out what I was talking about. The cashier was more helpful, then when he heard me asking her, he suddenly remembered what I was talking about and took me to their last one, but it was smaller than I needed. Shop here a lot, but I guess I’ll shop at the Prescott location from now on.

Pretty good selection, but you need two paychecks to shop here. I should buy their stock, the dividends must be fantastic. Their sale prices are too high, look elsewhere first!

My sister took her dog for a rabies shot. The dog is not very sociable and the ladies at tractor supply were very curtious and came to her to register. This avoided the dogs confronting each other. She was very cautious and gentil with Gena. Thanks.

Ive always had a good experience at this Tractor Supply in PV. However, today, there was a young fundraising male (High School age) going around soliciting customers, including me, inside the store. I asked the store manager about this and he said he had his permission to do that. I am all for young people and fundraising for public school activities. Im a great supporter myself. I do not like being solicited by any fundraisers in a store proper while shopping. The place that fundraisers belong is outside the front door of the store if the store has sanctioned the activity. I felt badly for refusing him but it was a clear violation of personal space. I do not blame the child, I blame the store manager for his poor judgement.
