Prior to installing our whole house fan, I interviewed several companies before choosing Assurance Electrical Services. Jeff and his team were on time, took the time to explain the details of how the device worked and how it would be installed, were professional and cleaned up after the instillation, and their prices were competitive! my neighbors were asking what work I had done on my house . I told them about Jeffs team and this incredible whole house fan that cools our home down, is whisper quiet and saves a boat load on AC!! Jeff, I think you will be hearing from more customers from my block! If you are on the fence about installing one of these fans, i will say, it is a god send. and I will say you will not find better people to install your fan or tend to your electrical needs than the folks at Assurance Electrical Services!

Very satisfied with their service. Had them install a dedicated 50 amp line for my RV and connect power to an existing storage shed. Had them trouble shoot and repair some other electrical issues we had as well. I would highly recommend them for electrical service.

AES is a great company to work with. I needed my light replaced at my office. They were on time, professional and did a great job.

We had Assurance Electrical add a line to connect an existing a baseboard heater in our basement. An estimator was out the very next morning to look at the job and we received the estimate that afternoon. While he was here, he also offered some advice on several other questions we had. Two service techs were out three days later. My husband and I were amazed at how quickly they got the job done. All three of the men we dealt with were very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. We recently moved to Prescott Valley from Phoenix. We decided to forego DirecTV and try cable television service. We needed a coax run the full length of the home and the TV installer advised he couldnt do it. We were referred to AES so I contacted them. Jeff (owner) was able to have his crew on-site within a couple of days, more quickly than I expected, to evaluate and perform the work. His team arrived early and got the work done quickly and efficiently, routing the cable through the attic. They were polite and personable. I am sure they are used to performing larger, much more sophisticated jobs but still accomplished ours in a most professional manner at a reasonable price. I would recommend AES services to anyone.

Jeff and his team were very professional. Jeff came out to see what we wanted and gave us a great quote and kept us informed prior to the work day. Patrick and his team were prompt and explained and suggested what they were going to do. They installed two 110v and one 220v outlets and was done faster than I expected and they did not have to shut the power off, so we could go on working with no interruptions. We will use AES for all our electrical needs.

After I incorrectly installed a wall outlet and couldnt find my error, I called Assurance Electrical. Jenifer set me up with Jeff and quicker than 110 volts, Jeff sent Patrick to my home. Patrick quickly diagnosed my issue and made the necessary repairs! He also analyzed an issued in my bedroom and now I have a working light switch!He was professorial, polite and took the time to show me my error. Ive used this company approximately three times and always been very satisfied with their service. Their prices are fair if not low, and they deliver top tier service. Their workers are always friendly, well dressed in polite.The only problem I have with this place is that it takes several weeks or months sometimes to get in at least for my jobs which were a little bit on the larger side. I think this is a sign of what a day company they are and dont see it as a negative at all

Assurance Electrical Service installed three 20 amp circuits for us, and replaced the wiring to one of our ceiling fixtures. The technicians were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. It took them about half of the time we would have expected the job to take. We are extremely pleased with their work and the end results.

I had my power pole and service replaced by assurance electric. The appointment was made quickly and the new pole and service went in, in one day. I like my new service, and they installed my new lights on the pole as well. I was very happy I chose them. They were quick, and did a great job, and were fair priced. I had other quotes that required too much of me before they came. I would recommend assurance electric for big or small electrical jobs.

It is difficult to communicate the appreciation and respect I have for both Aaron and Patrick at AES.We were referred to AES and when Aaron first arrived on-site, we knew the home had electrical issues. By the end of the first day, Aaron in his impressive and consistently kind, professional, helpful, honest, and competent manner, had identified and successfully resolved multiple issues that were both known and unknown.We scheduled more work with Aaron and on the second visit, he returned to the property with Patrick, an equally great guy. Together, they successfully addressed more issues and by the end of this visit, we could start to see the home come up to code as a result of them both correctly addressing numerous wiring issues that were present.You may say that this is the job of an electrician and you are right, it is. Had a 30 amp rv plug rewired to a 50 amp rv plug, ran new wire from electrical panel to the existing rv box and changed plug.

The guys came here and completed the job in 1 1/2 hours. Something others would have taken all day. They installed an attic exhaust fan in my garage and recommended the ideal product for my needs. I have a remote to turn it on and off and set timer.

We had just recently installed solar on our home, and a couple of days after everything was switched on, the power to my office went out. I work from home, so this was a huge issue. The power went out around 7:30 or so. I checked all the breakers and nothing was flipped, so I tried some troubleshooting to no avail. Quickly googled an electrician and AES was the first to actually have after hours service. They were lifesaver in restoring the power to my office temporarily until the solar installer could get back out to fix the underlying issue. Huge thank you to Patrick for coming out after hours to help us out. He was very friendly, and very thorough. Hopefully we won’t need an electrician anytime soon, but AES will be our go to if we do!

We appreciated the quick and reliable service we received. We had issues with the power every time we plugged in an extra appliance or heater in the office. It had been a problem for a long time, but as soon as we called them, they were out and it was fixed, yay! We should have called them much sooner.
