I came in to this Best Buy and found exactly what I was looking for. Although they have a smaller store than what I’m used to, the shelves were fully stocked and they did not lack on different varieties of brands. The gentleman showed me what I needed and was knowledgeable about what kind of modem I would need. I definitely will be back to buy again from Best Buy

Got exactly what we needed quickly with tremendous customer service. Branding, the manager is the best and most knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with at any Best Buy anywhere. I was in sales over 40 years and would hire her in a heartbeat.
This Best Buy store is quite small, so they dont carry a very large variety of products. But there customer service is excellent. They have always been helpful and provided me with answers to any of my questions.
Asked for directions, was expertly guided to correct spot, selected product. At checkout, confusing lane to checkout, as employee had blocked usual route to work at another counter. Was able to complete purchase.
Had a back up camera installed in my truck. Waaaay cheap than any local shop. It was installed the same day and they fixed my stereo as well! Highly recommend!
As usual when it comes to electronics, I feel compelled to check out BB. Always disappointed. 15 blue shirts doing very little and definitely not helping clients. I went in to purchase home security camera system. After almost 12 minutes of NO HELP, I left and bought from Costco. This store Manger needs to be let go. His staff is lame. His fault completely. Tone deaf. 5th time it has happened to me at this location. Brutal.
Lindsey, the store manager, went out of her way to correct some issues in the delivery of our new TV. We really appreciate her efforts and the consideration she gave us. We also want to commend three installers who came this last Sunday to install our TV. They provided competent and friendly service. Their names are Skylar, Mark and Kyle. Thank you so much!
I tend to put off tasks that have anything to do with electronics because I dont have much experience in that area. I decided to stop by Best Buy on a whim the other day and Im glad I did! David Fausey with the geek squad helped me find and order all the parts I needed to have new speakers installed in my car and set up the appointment all in a very short time! He answered my questions quickly and knowledgeably. The parts I needed came in earlier than anticipated and they were able to reschedule my installation appointment to a sooner time as well. The installation was completed in a very timely manner and I had my car back even sooner than planned!

All the pros are gone. The store has rearranged everything, a lot of major appliances and TVs, a few audio devices and a small collection of computers. The thing noticeably missing was sales associates, the ones there were more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. After 2 requests at the desk in front for help a sales associate showed up and knew absolutely nothing about anything I was interested in. This will be my last visit to Best Buy. I wont complain, I will shop elsewhere.

It was alright. They didnt have the phone case I needed and their inventory seemed rather small. The lady that I also asked for help was a little rude and had an attitude. But other than that it was an alright Best Buy.

Its been awhile like almost 8 months since last time Ive been inside of Best Buy. There showroom floor is kind of jam-packed with stuff! It feels a little bit cluttered but I guess it gives us more of a selection to choose from right? So other than that the customer service was excellent as it usually is now that they dont try to devour you at the door. LOL

You know what to expect if the floor associates are with someone else they will never get to you so it is best to do your research on products ahead of time. Then you can just walk in and get what you need. Everyplace is short h as nded these days.

Car stereo ordered from this store was proven defective after installation and was confirmed by a Best Buy Geek Squad employee. The installation on this defective radio was also NOT done correctly. After a heated discussion, a full refund was eventually provided after a near argument with a supervisor there, Lindsey. She was not interested in listening to the customers perspective and had made up her mind about NOT refunding the defective stereo even after improper installation. I showed her picture of the stereo installation and she refused to acknowledge the poor installation even after seeing the exposed stereo and wires. Lindsey was immediately defensive from the start of the conversation.To complicate things further there was some initial miscommunication with the Geek Squad stereo installer, Cody, but he made the issue right at the end by asking Lindsey to process the refund. Lindsey eventually approved the refund but NOT without making it a point of stating she did NOT do the refund for me, the customer, but instead as a favor to Cody. Really?? Even if this was the case, did she really have to say. At least Cody attempted to rectify the situation at the end. Perhaps he can take his supervisor, Lindsey, under his wing and teach her a little customer service. The request for a refund was discussed and approved by Best Buy after ONLY 7 days of radio installation!

I did not find exactly what I was looking for, which was a pair of Jlabs Bluetooth headphones to replace my old ones that had just broken a few minutes before, when I was taking them off, they no longer make the same model that had just broken when I was taking them off, but the store associate helped me find a suitable replacement, even though it was a bit more expensive than the ones that I was replacing.

I tried shopping for appliances online had a very difficult time checking out finally gave up on checking out via internet and drove all the way up to Prescott to order what I should have been able to order over the internet. The delivery was excellent very professional had no problems with the Geek Squad delivery.

I was told by a Best Buy Associate at this location i had until 1/15/2021 to receive a Sale price. I went in today to buy the item only to find out the information given to me was wrong. The camera is now $800 more expensive. I am really disappointed that nobody could honor the price for me despite our loyalty as customer and their mistake as a employee. The floor key holder girl that claimed to be the store manager lost her cool when discussing the situation. This makes me re-think where we will be buying electronics in the future.
As a fragile senior citizen, I felt raked over coals. Flagstaff did not have my color unlocked cellphone; Best Buy will not receive phone calls. Ivan (returning from brake while coworkers passed me/my walker, silently repeatedly passed me by while 2workers serviced solo, able wm. This captured his attention too, (stared at me). Ivan was comprehensive enough to locate my choice color n Prescott and prepared me with print-out, cautioning distance and closing time. I knew exactly! In Prescott, Price went up $50.00, initally sold wrong color, damaged my personal sim card, refused to sell me additional items, concurred with stern looks/voice by Brandi. Finally Touched my new prize Galaxy fold ... first time; in my house. Observed scratches on top and bottom of phone; It would not work; >1AM. Put on charger. Slept. Next day again would not work. Attempted reinsert sim into phone which it was removed...now does not fit...piece missing. CHOICES!!! 2.5hours back to Flagstaff...HELP! missing important calls! No 911, no call for help, no working phone!! I was the pinball for most employees to knock around. I was told Ivans name was John and he was off today. LIE! They mustve had great thrill at my expense. I spotted Ivan being deflected from me by department head, the lier... Manager not there. My final decision was ... BEST BUY DOES NOT DESERVE MY MONEY!! Im still waiting for manager contact and return deposit my money less all the deductions which Best Buy kept, bullied, stole, swindled, including refunding only three of the four items I did purchase and return. So I was shorted there also, by Aaron, who admittedly volunteered he didnt know what was going on! But also stated he didnt want to hear it. Made me sick!! Almost two weeks now. Suffering. Tried in good faith, to do business with Best Buy.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They have an OK selection. I usually go in looking for computer parts or tablets/laptops and they dont have a whole lot to offer in that regard. They do however often have good deals on other stuff like TVs. Well kept and clean store.

Busy day....no service. Slow day.....no service. Looking for a cable....no service. Buying a computer....no service. The only time I got help was when I spent 15 minutes tracking someone down so they could tell me that they were out of stock on two of the monitors I wanted. Giving them an extra star because they had the best price on the computer I wanted. Im just glad I did my research and went in there knowing what I wanted, because....no service.

I have tried 3 times in 2021 to shop at Prescott Best Buy and not been successful yet. I check business hours and they are closed. Curb side pickup has not been successful either. I waited on hold with the telephone for over 6 minutes with no success. 🤨

The Prescott Best buy is a smaller and condensed. The only person who greeted me was the loss prevention guy at the front. NO ONE asked if I needed help unless I had a question. They were very short and preffered to restock than pay any attention to customers.
When Im looking for something electronic and very special this is the place that I go. The people that work there are the best they know their stuff and they dont try to rip you off I appreciate doing business with them and they appreciate my business I like that.

I am very disappointed in best buy. I ordered a 65in TV almost 2 weeks ago. It was supposed to be delivered today but it wasnt. No call from the manager like he was supposed to do. Maybe he can find time to call 📞 me tomorrow but I Doubt it.

Went in 11/2 around 6pm after work so I could purchase an SSD hard drive only to be waiting around 15 minutes before giving up. There were two associates nearby both of whom walked right by me multiple times without stopping to ask if I needed help. Both gentlemen appeared to be busy.Funny how this place works: you go in just to look and youre approached by about half the staff, but when you actually need someone they arent around or be bothered to assist you.

This best buy is pretty mellow. I have been going to this store for 10 years and have never had an issue. They dont have the best return policy compared to general retail stores but it makes sense because they have the newest and latest electronic merchandise. Best Buy cant afford to do in store returns all the time like the big monster retail giants. I would give them 5 starts if I didnt always feel like Im being spotted by over friendly employees always asking if I need help. Kind of uncomfortable every time I go in there, but I still like the store.

The personnel they employ, when you can get someone to help, is pathetic. They provide misinformation because their product knowledge is subpar. I try to buy local but buying online is superior to purchasing anything from Best Buy in person.
