Literally the worst possible customer service i could have received. I had to call the sales rep Benjamin back three separate times trying to purchase a vehicle, only for him to tell me he would call me back an hour later, which was at 5 pm (after the previous day he said he would email me at 10 am when he came in, due to him being the original person i talked to about the vehicle, he was who had to speak with the manager on my behalf), the following day he emailed me, telling me the vehicle sold the previous night at 9 pm allegedly. I had previously spoken to Lesley on the phone, who was more than helpful and answered all of my questions, but apparently couldnt take my deposit for the vehicle since i had previously emailed Benjamin, and it turned out Benjamin had already left the office that day as well. If i could rate negative stars i would.

I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my lifetime - Including two Toyota’s from the previous Tim’s Toyota. This weekend, we purchased a Highlander in what was the smoothest transaction ever! Alan Hoover made it such a easy time. We arrived 15 minutes before 7 pm closing time, (Sorry Alan!) and in less than two hours, we headed home in our new car.I generally don’t like salespeople. Usually I get so annoyed by their style, I walk out. Alan is not the typical salesperson. When I told him what I wanted, originally a 4Runner, he offered us a car that would be arriving in October. Really? No trying to shove the wrong car at us just to make a sale. But once he heard our true needs, hauling the grands around and towing a trailer, he pointed us to what thought would be a better choice. He was right! I love my Highlander!! Thanks again, Alan!
Best car buying experience ever! Smooth sailing from the time I walked into the door until the end when I walked out with keys to a new vehicle. No pressure sales whatsoever. It was finally time to get a new car, something reliable, and that would last awhile. The RAV4 that we bought is absolutely beautiful, and I’m so happy with all the features of the car! The moment that I walked I was greeted by Ryan. And asked what he could help me with. I informed him of my 8:00 am appointment to having the timing belt replaced on my 2002 Tundra i hand him the keys, he informed me about the courtesy shuttle to take me home. I got a call from Ryan telling me that the truck was ready. he contacted the shuttle driver and i was told that they were keeping up a rider and Id see him in 5 minutes. the shuttle driver picked me up and we headed safely back to the dealership. Upon arriving I went to see Ryan about the truck. Ryan showed me the work order and discussed what was done and pointed out some items needing servicing and replacement of certain items in the future. He gave me my keys and i left.From start to finish it was a awesome experience.Findley is truly a World Class Customer Service center. Thank You

I did not appreciate the games played with my trade value. I use to have high regard for Findlay. I waited for more than half an hour for numbers. When I did get them there was no negotiation, and their team using the tax credit to incentivize the low ball offer. I suppose in this bull market it makes it easier to screw with people The experience is what keeps people coming back, and recommending your dealership to others, and it was not a good experience at all. tPhoenix, but I guess I will have to again.

Terrible service. When I arrived, every service person was looking at their computer and no one acknowledged that I was standing there. One person made brief eye contact but looked back down and said nothing. I finally asked who I should be talking to, one of the people told me which person I needed to work with ( another one of the people who had been ignoring me). I turned in my car at 8:00 for my 8:00 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I told them I was waiting in the dealership. I was never told that the service was complete. Finally, at 11:00, I approached the service person to see what was taking so long. He told me that it had been completed at 9:32 AM. When I inquired as to why they had not notified me, I was told they sent me a text. I showed the service guy my phone and that there was no text sent. He had no explanation. Then I was charged $20 more than the website showed for the same service I received. When I approached the guy about the overcharge, he began to give me a lecture about not knowing about the coupon I presented. There is nothing on the printed add that it needs to be presented at time of check in. This clearly was an attempt to rip off a customer.I believe the dealer desires to provide customers good service but the execution of the espoused service was a dismal failure.

Internet salesman Mitch was very good to work with. The finance officer was also very good. I did not feel pressured into buying anything I did not want.Biggest complaint was the waiting time to get paperwork done. Once you sat down it did not take long to complete.

Friendly people working here and had some good laughs buying our diesel pickup. We needed to upgrade and the salesman came in on their day off just to help us out. Found some items bad on the vehicle and they stepped up to the plate to ensure that the repairs will be happening.
The only reason they get a 4 star is we had to wait a while for financing. But even then we had Pauly and he made up for it with his kindness and his personality!

It took several weeks to get in for servicing. I brought it in for an oil change and my sensors connected. I drove it home and noticed the tire pressure light was on and a tire cap was missing. Now I have to take another day to bring it back for servicing. I was told the sensors were working, if so why is the sensor light still on? Did I really get an oil change? Or was that a story as well?

Purchased 2021 Highlander Hybrid Platinum (Moon Dust color) and traded 2019 Highlander. Entire transaction done over text, which is pretty cool. Everyone was professional and courteous. Happy with trade-in and felt deal was fair for both sides. Golf ball size hail rained down on vehicle during the transaction which could have easily squashed the deal....but we worked through it and the SUV is beautiful with just about every bit of Technology and geegaw possible. Highly recommend this dealership...... Nice people.....
The service department has sent me texts saying my vehicle is done when it is not done. It’s gotten To the point I have to call every time and double check the vehicle is actually ready.In terms of purchasing. 3.5 stars. I took my used truck in, which I just bought to get a few repairs after purchase and am still waiting for the 2nd key because they only sold it to me with one key, and that fobs battery is dead.I’d say the service is only slightly above average.

Almost everything went well. Quick service, my tires were rotated and oil was changed, as well as everything else topped off that needed it. HOWEVER. When I picked it up I noticed a significant steering wheel vibration around 45-65 mph. This wasn’t an issue before. If it doesn’t resolve then I’ll bring it back.
Customer service is lacking. Service department acts like it’s a hassle to deal with you. The manager, Mike, is lovely but he’s the only example of a person in that building to treat my husband and I like actual people and not an inconvenience

I will never ever ever do business with Findlay. I went to get an oil change at 8:30 . I waited until 11. When I got home the oil cover was dangling by one bolt. Another encounter was when I purchased my vehicle in June the tires were bald so they agreed to put on 4 new tires. We go to pick it up no new tires. One week later a tire goes flat they said since it was part of the deal they won’t cover it. Not very happy😡

My service rep was personable and helpful. I only needed a tire rotation and he made sure the staff knew I was waiting. I had my car back and was on my way within 15-20 mins of completing the paperwork. Great customer service!
They were able to fit me in which was very nice. This is the first dealership that I wasn’t greeted by an employee at my car. I waited for a while and no one came so I went in to check myself in. This is also the first time that when I picked my car up that my car wasn’t brought to me. It was in the parking lot. This is also the first time I wasn’t given a car wash. I have been to the dealership in Plano Texas for service on my car and Woodbury New York. They were very customer oriented and it was generally a very nice experience. This time I kind of felt like I went to a completely different place. I’m also a little concerned because I feel like my car is actually more sluggish after my service. My car is almost 4 years old but, I literally had to look to make sure I was in drive. The only reason I am giving them a 4 is because I showed up early and they fit me in which is nice but, it may have caused and issue with the quality of service. Ugh.. idk. I just didn’t leave feeling great about the experience. Maybe they should send some of their service guys to larger locations for training? I would like to know that the customer service and service is consistent no matter what location you go to.
I am a first time customer, and I needed my new key to be programmed. Appointment was for 2 pm 21st Sept, 2021, and Miguel took my vehicle in and advised it would take about an hour and a half for this to be done. I told him I would wait in the customer area till it was ready. Around 3.30 pm I saw my vehicle parked in the sun, but I had not been advised or called that it was ready. Just before 4 pm - I waited for Miguel to finish with another customer before approaching him to ask if my vehicle was indeed ready - his reply was that it became ready 2 minutes ago which was not the case as I had seen it parked for a while. I asked him if there hadnt been anyone else available to call the customer when a vehicle is ready, and his attitude was I was busy with customers - would you be happy if I left you standing at the counter to go an call a customer when their vehicle is ready . This attitude was not appreciated and was rude and disrespectful. I will be most reluctant to have my vehicle attended to by Miguel again= he does not have a clue about customer courtesy.
I was visiting in Prescott, AZ and went to Findlay Toyota in Prescott for the 25k Maintenance Check. Left a few days later, headed back home to Dallas, TX. On the way, the Maintenance Required indication came on for most of the trip home. I took the vehicle to Toyota of Plano and they said the Maintenance Required indicator was not reset, so they did it. Also, they did not find my 25k Maintenance Check logged in the Toyota database, so Findlay did not enter it. Fortunately, I had a receipt showing it was done and I asked Findlay Toyota at the time to sign and stamp my Maintenance Log book, so my personal records show it was done. Findlay Toyota needs to work on their Quality and Completeness.
I finally got the exact car I was looking for thanks to Tony! He kept an eye out for me for a couple months and made sure I was happy with everything before/during/after the deal! Everyone was so nice and accommodating! Thanks for the great experience and new car!
