The young lady working the shop tonight, 12/5/20, was great! She greeted me, and asked if I needed anything!

Dont you love when you get watched and eyeballed instead of being greeted and asked if you need help finding anything?Its quite wonderful.

This shop is absolutely pathetic. This store is never open even during its posted open hours. Without question you need to fire the general manager and hire someone with a work ethic. This Is a major reason why professionals never count on this business.If you post that your only open certain hours for covid or whatever you need to do the responsible thing and drag your lazy self into work.

So finally this locations employees decided to come to work. After several weeks of this location being closed while a sign was in the window the entire time stating they were open for business finally someone decided they need a paycheck and came to work .Now this location may be open for business but since there are no responsible employees at this location there is literally nothing in stock. Guess if you cant even drive to correct your open sign then doing something like placing a restock order is just too much to ask.I really hope this review is seen by whomever owns this location because you seriously need to get a manager in charge of this store that has accountability.While I was in I asked why they had a sign saying they were open for business and there was nobody inside the business. The answer I recieved was well there are only 2 employees here and we were feeling sick so we just let things go. Bad work ethic.If you have to close this location until you can find reliable staff then do so but dont have a crippled half running business.

Was trying out home waxing for the first time. Went to go get some wax referred by a friend, sadly they didnt have it but they had something from the same brand. Unfortunately the wax didnt work but went back to the store and were more than happy to exchange it for a different one they suggested and it worked amazing! Such great customer service, so refreshing!

Connor was amazing and so helpful. I only go to Connor for help!!

Staff always at the ready to help you with finding what you want or with recommendations when you arent sure what you need. Quick and easy stop but with enough variety and choice to browse if youre inclined.
