This store has a lot of furniture & I was surprised at how cheap the prices were. Saw a piano for $25. There are more clothes then anything else & there’s not really a lot name brands but it’s not bad. Pretty clean & organized compared to other Goodwills

This is the cleanest, best managed Goodwill store I have ever been in!! Keep up the great work!!

This is a ok place for quick finds but alot of the things are still dirty when you get them I bought a chocolate fountain and it still had food in it when I got home to wash it and there prices are a little bit high.

Went to the Prescott Valley location about a week ago purchased some clothing items cannot use dressing rooms due to covid. Take items home absentmindedly took off tags. Clothes didnt fit. Returned to Prescott location with correct tags and receipt manager was a little rude and said their policy is cannot return items unless tags are still attached honest mistake did not know. She said would do it this one time. Neighbor said maybe that is on the receipt cannot return items unless tag is attached. It isnt but my mistake. We inquired about dressing rooms. They are still closed until Gov. Ducey gives the go ahead to open dressing rooms. Stepping stones dressing room is open as well as Walmart and Bealls. So a little confused on that. Will still shop there decent prices. Dont remove tags if you want store credit.

Good selection of items. Do wish that the store offered discounts to teachers every day, not just on Sundays.

Decently sized goodwill with a handful of different things at an OK price. Nothing spectacular in the savings department nor anything outrageously expensive. Expect just under internet prices for most media. (I.E. If a used game is $10 online, this goodwill will price it at $9) There is a hearty selection of records, vhs tapes and DVDs, with tons of clothing and furniture. The usually Goodwill affair. The staffing could use some work but as with retail the customers who want to check out come in waves, so I just happened to be there at the wrong time.

Very sad this store has really gone downhill. They are charging way too much for a lot of items and the cashiers always have some type of issue. The last four times I’ve gone in I’ve had to wait and wait for someone in the back to fix a tag or add a tag or price something. Please give the cashier the power to price things

Thought military day was Saturday. Purchased $120 worth of goods, only to find out I came the wrong day. Checker said to contact management and theyd probably give it to me so I wouldnt have to bring it back the next day. Called today. They literally said I should of waited the 12 hours to purchase. Awesome way to treat military! Will never be back.

Love this location. Always find some little treasure there. Tidy and not cramped. Discount days are great too.

This used to be one of our regular stops while in Prescott. Today, we walked in and were followed by a member of staff and he was handing out masks to those in the store without one. We refused the masks due to Gov. Ducey’s announcement on March 25th that masks are only required in city buildings and public transportation. The employee said that masks are a policy requirement from their corporate office. Well, policies can only be mandated to employees and not patrons. He then said that it’s the same as “no shoes, no shirt, no service”. That was used in restaurants. I did see that he was so very concerned with masks but NO one was cleaning the door handles, nor cleaning items picked up by patrons and then put BACK on the shelves, no one cleaning baskets, and one employee brought a large empty vodka bottle out of the men’s bathroom that was left behind from a “patron”. We walked out and will not go back. We have been released to CHOOSE to wear a mask. We don’t walk in fear like sheep 🐑. We’re not masketeers!

I paid cash for a blouse that didnt fit right, and I returned it (with all tags and receipt) the next day. Very long line and was told I was in the wrong line when I got to the cashier. Another long line, and I was given a gift card. I suppose I expected to get cash back, since that was how I paid for the blouse. The experience was not pleasant, took a long time, and the staff all seemed to be having a bad day. I will not be returning to this thrift store.

Prices are comparable and sometimes more expensive than Target and Walmart. And incredibly rude staff.

Good will, they need more people to work to fill all the empty spaces.

This store sells a good collection of clothing, housewares and electronics.

Really clean and well organized goodwill. A couple of Trumpy no-maskers inside in January 2021 but thats to be expected in Arizona.

Extremely empty shelves for hard goods, but we were still able to find a few things. We visited on a Thursday evening.

Love shopping there but lately the prices have been to high to buy much. I used 2 buy a truck load full of stuff but now not so much.

I observed 1 stocker and all three cashiers wearing their mask with their nose exposed. Therefore, I did not purchase the items selected and exited the store. I will not return until the policy changes.

2/29/20 - I walked into goodwill after hearing about their 50% off Saturday Special, and seeing Sale Saturday, all tags 50% off posted on their window. I went around and found some baby clothes to purchase and when I went to purchase them, the cashier told me the total was $19.89. I just decided to purchase them even though only three items were marked as 50% off. I left the building and took three steps over to the sign in their window to ensure that I hadnt missed any fine print. All it said was that drinks, seasonal items, and new items were exempt from the deal.I then decided that I didnt want to spend this much money on the few items that I had purchased, seeing as I was expecting to get them dirt cheap. So I walked back inside to return a few of the more expensive items. I waited in line and asked the cashier if she could return my items to which she replied, I dont do that very rudely. She then directed me to another register where I waited five minutes for the manager to show up. He gave me a dirty look and said, hi. I then told him that I wanted to keep a few items, as he just grabbed my bag and started scanning everything. He then looked at my receipt with the purchase time being no less than five minutes ago and said, you didnt make it very far. I then told him that I thought today was the 50% off sale saturday, as clearly posted in the window, to which he laughed at me. He then said that because I left the store I could only get in-store credit. Even though I literally took three steps out of the store to view their sale sign. There was obviously no arguing with this grouch, so I took my $15 store credit and left. This goodwill has always had the most rude employees, but today was my last straw. They posted misleading information about their sale, laugh at me misunderstanding the sale, then refuse to give me my money back after I take three steps out of the building.Horrible service, horrible staff, I refuse to ever visit this goodwill again. I wish Id have gotten the managers name because Id report him to the CEO of Goodwill. I wish I could give 0 stars.

It was not what I expected. Prices a bit more than they should be for used clothing. Not a great selection. No winter coats. Actually, quite disappointed.

Way over priced cheaper on ebay for there games I would not donate to this place or buy from them

This is one of the best Goodwills I have been to in a long time. There was lots of good stuff and it wasnt priced crazy like some other Goodwills.

I like the goodwill because it is clean, and face it, the prices are right😂 if I did my own lil survey, Id say 9 out of 10 times, I am gonna find a treasure of a deal... and I dont buy things just to buy things... Ya know what I mean? And I also like to donate to the goodwill, its a win win for me... it makes me feel good(and I dont take trash there either) and it helps with jobs, and keeps business in our area going 😊

I go to thrift stores all the time and I’m very familiar how the sales and extra discounts work. This location is by far my least favorite. They have damaged several pieces of furniture I have bought, most of the staff is downright rude and act like you’re an inconvenience to them. But today what I saw made me not want to return ever again. I walked in at 9:05 only to find that all the employees were walking around the store pulling items with pink tags into back room. The sign in the front said that today’s color for half off was pink. That’s an incredibly unethical practice I didn’t expect to ever see from this organization.

They had all the stuff and it was all very soft 10/10 would recommend.

The only reason I give a 2 rating is because 1/2 off Saturdays. Definatly not a good atmosphere. Ive had employees be very rude to me, but the worse is the over powering fragrance in the air. If this doesnt give me a migraine, then the employees in the back play music so loud it would rival a concert would. It shakes the walls and floors which are concrete. I leave with a headache and nauseous. For a company that is supposed to care about those with disabilities they dont make an environment for someone with disabilities to shop. I will try Prescott valley next time.Update! Upon leaving Lily checked us out. This was the sweetest lady there was. Because of her I raise my review to 3. She is a five star employee!

I like this place. But I like it mostly on the every other 50% off Saturdays! I always find what I need and a lil more even. The quality of things are usually pretty decent and every electrical unit that Ive purchased has worked well. I drop in and drop out quickly. The parking lot is big and there are usually enough spots. this place can become pretty crowded and rowdy on 50% Saturdays so its best to get in there early because once the crowd starts it doesnt stop. Overall this is a very fun place to come and shop with the sisters and with mom and its my go to shop spot. 😁

I Purchased a vacuum cleaner at Goodwill, but was unable to carry it home that day, because my vehicle was too small. I prepaid for the vacuum and was assured by two employees that it would be held for 48 hours for pickup. When I returned 48 hours later, I was informed that my vacuum had been put in the return pile the day before and returned to the floor where it was apparently sold. They refunded my money, but I had already made a special 40 mile round trip in my truck only to return home empty-handed. So, now Im out the cost for fuel as well as at least an hour and a half of my valuable time. In my opinion, this is not a very responsible way to run a store, thrift or otherwise.

Better than average goodwill with lots of parking. I always find something amazing here. In particular, they have a really big toy section. When my first son was born I bought him most of his first toys here!

It is a very large store and they carry a huge variety of items and clothing shoes handbags scarves gloves coats sportswear pots pans dishes home decor books CDs furniture electronics bedding and much more!

A fantastic selection of used household goods. Some items brands new and never used. The store could do without the overdose of cheap perfume sprayed into the air by the automatic dispensers.

Love the store, cant stand the music genre played throughout the store; depressing country music with numerous references to drinking over every life struggle and reveling in it. When the vocals turn to love, I started to feel queasy at the toxic levels of codependency described and by the accompanying dreary melodies of lost hope. I just wanted to find a costume for my daughter but cut my visit short literally as a result of the downtrodden music selection.

I think Goodwill has forgotten that it is still a second hand store. We have bought clothing, furniture, kitchen products, and much more all of which we think is really good. However when your price is the same as Walmart even if the product is close or unwrapped new it doesnt uphold the name or the reason for the store....Goodwill,!

Not a great selection of stuff and most things seem over priced for what it is. That being said I have found a few good deals here over time. Employees are friendly and helpful. Store is clean.

It is clean for a Goodwill. The staff is fairly friendly. They are open 9 - 9 weekdays and open on Sundays, therefore the 2 stars. But the prices are ridiculous.Ive been to Goodwills in other states that are totally reasonable so I dont know whats going on here. The only option is to try to find tings on 1/2 off Saturdays when there is a big crowd. And even then, their 1/2 off prices are just doable.Very disappointing.

I love this place . I went there yesterday and got 23 pairs of clothes which were the cutest clothes ever for 15 bucks. I love goodwill. I definetly recommend it.

Expensive, they get stuff donated and charge an arm and a leg, then ask if you want to donate a dollar while your paying for your stuff. Of course you could go in 1/2 off Saturdays and save money but Ive never been that guy that wants to stand in line for the opportunity to buy used clothing.

As far as Goodwills go, this place often has higher quality treasures to be found in it. This store is always a staple in outfitting my family for Halloween.

I enjoy crafting and the items here help. Cost is high on a lot of items. So shop the sales and color tag items.

I always thought that Goodwill Industries helped people by selling low-priced,second-hand items, such as clothing, appliances, tools, etc. In fact, every time ive shopped at Goodwill, whether it was in california or Arizona, Ive been able to buy needed clothing and other items at affordable prices. WHAT HAPPENED? This Goodwill store has ramped up its pricing and is trying to move into the upscale world of high prices! I needed some clothes and a drill motor and I was not able to afford either because of your high prices. There were several drill motors available and each one was priced at $13.50. None of these were in good condition. They were rusty and old and I can not understand where you get the nerve to price almost as high as a new drill motor would cost at Walmart.Same with the clothing. Second-hand clothing should never be priced the way you are doing it, unless youre a boutique in Beverly Hills. The Salvation Army would never do what youre doing. They are there to help people. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!
