My sister, who is visiting, wanted to shop here so off we went. The prices are average $$$ with some items on sale. The selection was fairly good but not enough of smaller sizes. I found the store hard to navigate and when I asked where the south entrance was, the employee said she didnt know which direction south was in the store. The quality of many items are pretty good and some of the brands are well known. You will find a wide array of items in the store. We found the staff to be helpful and courteous other than the directionally challenged person 👍👍👍

Love JC Penney, sad to see it so empty. I live overseas, so every time I come to visit, I shop here. It was clean and the staff were helpful.

I hate to report a negative but sale prices dont get rung up as sale prices. Watch every item that you purchase. Sad.... very disappointed. Had to go stand in line to get it corrected and I still dont think they gave me my additional discount because I had their rewards applied. Very confusing for the cashier and customer!

The store is not well stocked with products. It is disappointing to go shopping there.

The store was bustling with customers doing some last minute shopping. I was not there to purchase but in the mall to wrap gifts for a charity. I was glad to see the stores a bit more vibrant than expected - made me feel happy to be there.

I ordered items online and picked them up at the store so I wouldnt incur an $8.95 shipping charge (I didnt meet the minimum for free shipping). Everything went smooth when I picked my items up. Kendall was very pleasant and she did a good job helping me.

They had a buy one get one free on jeans but only had 3 in my size so the girl specifically ordered a pair in my size and I still got them free! Nicole, you are awesome! Thanks!

I love shopping here. The cashiers are always very helpful. I find work clothes here that I cant find anywhere else and at a fair price.

I was so impressed with Patti who helped me on Monday, July 8th, 2019 around noon at the Customer Service counter. She was able to go in three directions at once and still help all of us. And such a sweetheart. She took me from feeling so stressed out to resolving my issues. Give this lady a raise!!

The lady at the jewelry counter was so nice. Sadly I didnt get her name. I wish I would have her supervisor need to know about her. She went way above and beyond my mom. I would say 95% of the staff at the Prescott valley jc Penneys are wonderful. Very helpful.

Enjoyed the Sephora inside this location. Lisa was wonderful with helping me find new products. Giving 4 stars because they didnt have my shade of a new foundation I was purchasing. But Lisa did order it for me to be delivered to my house. Will go back again if Im ever in that city.

Best mens clothing store in Prescott but they dont always have my size (tall but not fat). T-shirts are longer than any place else so they dont pull out of my pants. Prices are good.

The young lady at the return counter needs to be fired. I’m usually not one to tell someone how to do their job, but I’ve been around the retail scene. My grandmother tried returning shoes she bought a week ago that ended up being to big. She had the receipt and all but the cashier “couldn’t find the item” in the computer even though the UPC matched up on the box and the receipt. Instead of trying to get assistant from a manager or co-worker she just said sorry and refused to do the return. We ended up selling them online for more than we paid for. So thanks for that.

If I could give 0 stars, I would at this point. I had a balayage done by an employee there that assured me she knew the process and was very good at it because she had been doing hair for 10 years. I left the salon with dark roots, a sharp line of delineation, then completely yellow, brassy hair. No blending, just all bad. Once I got home and inspected my hair, I saw that there were spots of bleach in the brown, which made me look like a leopard. I ended up having to go get it fixed by someone who actually knew what they were doing the next day. I called to speak with a supervisor to ask for a refund, and have not received a call back...very rude. I wont be going back and if youre thinking about going there...just dont.

Clean, shiny, good displays. Not a place for the chemically sensitive to visit, but those of you who are... Already know.Store was empty of many customers, and had lots of workers on this trip. It kind of has a ghost town feel, kinda like Tombstone AZ. Some paid actors roaming the streets, but you know a show is gonna happen that emptys the streets.So its sad to see a place failing anyway.Its like they lost sight of their true customers and are not reinventing their goals correctly, to gain new ones.

Although it was hard to find an employee, the store was very clean and neat. Good selection. The woman at the register was very kind. Loved her.

Jewelry counter lady was awesome. Extremely helpful while searching for perfect engagement ring. She walked us through credit application process, explained advantages of all discounts, and patiently allowed me to try on several rings. Unfortunately, we didnt make a decision that day but she gave us her business card to return whenever we are ready. I got an opal ring for Christmas gift also. She is amazing. Her name is Linda Newell.

I have always liked this JC Penny. There are always sales and clearance items that are fun to look through. The store is clean and the staff are friendly. They have a huge makeup area that makes me feel like I walked into some sort of futuristic department store with all of the fun lighting and rows of beautiful colors. They also have a good selection of shoes and clothing for everyone! They are clearancing out their big appliances though, I dont think they are going to be selling those things anymore.

Went to saphora inside. Was great Penneys had some cool things on sale

I never thought JCPenney would have competitive pricing but they really do I never really shopped at JCPenney much in the past but now with incentives and discounts a lot of the things that I get are inexpensive but good quality I cant vouch for their Appliance section theyre just now getting into that so well see what happens there

Pennys is a favorite store of mine but the plaza is sad. All of my friends like malls. Were seniors. Younger folks seem to enjoy shopping on line.

4 stars because I LOVE the deals, especially on Nike and they have some really nice work out clothes by the brand xzersion-squat proof and not see through. Unfortunately the service is too slow, they have some really dedicated people there but not enough help for the demand of customers.

Not five minutes ago my wife and I went in to look at appliances getting ready to drop $2000 on a kitchen package. I have never dealt with such a rude sales woman. She spoke down to my wife and was extremely condescending and rude. We showed her a picture from their online add to show her what were wanted and she scoffed at us and continued to be rude. I ended the sales and we will take our business elswere.....possibly Sears on the other side of the mall. And they wonder why their business is slow!
