Start to finish, a great experience. Brian was knowledgeable about all of his products and we ended up replacing our kitchen and bar tops with quartz. The scheduling was easy and the project was completed ahead of expectation. Raul is an amazing installer. We couldn’t be happier with the service, quality and follow-through from engrained. Will absolutely be using them in the future.

Recently my family purchased a home in the Prescott Valley area. The original cabinets were installed by Engrained Cabinetry and Countertops. So, naturally I called Engrained to discuss adding additional cabinets to match what was already in the home. My first point of contact with Engrained was a WONDERFUL young man named, Parker W. Parker met with me and my husband to discuss our thoughts and walked us through the process. From that first contact with Parker to the proposal with detailed diagrams of the cabinets to the install was a seamless process. After the install, a gentleman from Engrained (sorry, cant recall his name) came to inspect the installation. He has such a keen eye for detail that he noticed a couple of areas where scribe (trim) should have been added and he insured this was taken care in short order. Every single person that we communicated with at Engrained Cabinetry was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. There were no hidden cost or unexpected delay. After the initial install, we decided to add another cabinet from Engrained and the experience was the same. I would not hesitate to use this fine company for future cabinet needs. My wife and I are building a new home and we hired Engrained Cabinetry to design, furnish and install all of our cabinets. We met with Ann from the Flagstaff office. She was able to help us thru the Design Stage and followed all the way thru the Installation Stage. She was always available to meet or phone calls and visited the site even though it was over an hour away from her office. The installation went on-time and smooth with two very professional installers. They also followed up on performing an inspection and door adjustments as needed.
