Our company just installed a new phone system. My partner worked with Meghan who helped us determine the correct headset and adapter for our new phones. We received it and it worked just as it should. We bought a second one. Fedex showed it delivered but we never received it. Wayne, the owner, tracked it for us and fed Ex came back with no solution. Wayne simply shipped us another one at no cost. No questions asked. Just a quick and wonderful solution. I bought my new Jabra touchscreen headset from Headsets Plus and I was blown away by the high quality customer service. Great price, easy website, phenomenal service, they are SO much better than other online retailers.

Our company tried to order headsets from this location and the owner Wayne called me to let me know that he can not take our order because the shipping address and billing address on our company credit card didnt match and it could be fraud. I provided this company with our toll free number, my cell phone, company email and my direct desk phone. So just FYI if your billing and shipping address do not match DO NOT ORDER. I wasted TWO days trying to provide them with the information they asked.
