The absolute best embroidery store in the Tri-City area. Super-quick turnaround and terrific quality. They will embroider from existing stitch files, as well as digitizing from image files. I am very impressed! Wont go to anyone else from now on.

I wanted to get a number of shirts embroidered for an expo. Nancy promised them by Wednesday. It was later than I had hoped because I wanted to get them to the cleaners, but it wasnt her fault I hadnt given her more time. Nancy called Monday morning and let me know she worked on them through the weekend because she new I really had wanted them in time for the expo. Whats more, right from the beginning, she really worked with us because we wanted a particular shirt. She even stayed late twice to meet me. Her service was fantastic, she was friendly and professional, and will definitely go to her again. One word of warning- the business has moved, and Google hasnt caught up.
