I am a new employee of Findlay Hyundai Of Prescott. I am so impressed by the employees that work there. The truly care for each other and the customers that keep us in business. I have been in the car business for 37 years and I have never witnessed such a team spirit as I have found in the Findlay Prescott stores. I highly recommend them and not because I work there, but because I find it to be true and factual. Find out for yourself.

The service department repaired my Sonata efficiently & quickly. The parts were ordered and received next day.Shawn was courteous & knowledgeable. He knew I was leaving on a trip in my car and had repair completed promptly.I will definitely return & continue to do business with Findlay Hyundai.

No pressure and family atmosphere. Everyone here is very friendly. They did all they could to get me into a car that fits my budget and for it to help me rebuild my credit at the same time. Greg was my salesman and was working with me every step of my purchase. Will recommend everyone I know to Findlay Subaru.

In buying a new car you no longer get a spare tire nor a jack just a tire kit to refill your car. I think the no spare tire & no jack is the worst idea Hyundai came up with. For the price you have to pay for a car, it doesnt cost that much for the dealer to include a spare. If I was thinking better I would have went somewhere else or negotiate a spare tire & a jack with no charge. I drive in places that have no cell service & if my tire is not able to refill with the tire kit Im skewed. I have had to use the spare tire in the past. Now I have to buy one to put my mine to ease when I travel. This is the worst mistake that Hyundai & the dealers have done. I love Hyundais but I will let my friends know about this fault.

I had a great experience when it was Tims and referred my son and my parents. Huge mistake! Have since gotten rid of all three vehicles purchased at Tims in the last three years because of the horrible and condescending treatment from management and not wanting to deal with anyone for service. Hope Findlay gets better managers.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I took my car for my 37,500 mile service here which should have consisted of maybe three things. I am a young woman who doesnt really know very much about vehicles and I walked out 567 dollars later because my brake fluid, transmission fluid and air intake needed to be flushed. 567 dollars for three things to be done. This is absolutely ridiculous. I am never going here again. On top of that it shouldnt have took as long as it did. I have been taken advantage of and I will NEVER EVER go to this place again. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Had a emergency brake light switch recall ask the service manager if driving the car because the switch and time did not work with the E-brake on would they check the brakes and the emergency brake to make sure it was incorrect working order he said Hyundai would not cover anything to do with the brakes because the light and the chime is just an aide the problem with that is my wife and I drove the car 9 miles with the E-brake on because when we left the chime in the light did not work so I wanted him to look at the pads and see if they were glazed over which Im sure they were and inspect the E brake system he said they would not do that very disappointed with Hyundai Ive had three problems taking my car there with service the first at the 10,000 mile check-up they did not rotate my tires or even put air in the tires so I had to take that back very poor service very unsatisfied I will never buy another Hyundai again Ill stick with Chevrolet
