I dealt with Cameron over the phone and he helped me with what I needed and how much it would be before I came in. On sute he explained everything to me and made me feel like I had made the right choice in storage facilities. His open door policy is awesome and gives me peace of mind. Great location. Staff was great to deal with. They take corvid-19 seriously while in the office. All contracts etc. sent by email paperless. First call to staff everything went smooth in reserving the space.

This was my first time renting a storage unit, and it couldnt have been easier. Cameron was friendly and knowledgeable. The process was fast and facility itself was clean and in very good condition. Pretty much everything you need from a storage facility!

After shopping around through many different storage companies in Prescott I ended up speaking with the general manager Cameron at stor-it.Not only do they have a terrific facility but they offer some of the best value for the sizes in town not to mention that Camerons customer service it goes over and above.I highly recommend stor-it it for all your storage needs!

Just moved from California, needed storage for a little while. Quiet location, ran by a very sweet couple who live on site. Very helpful upon move in. Gate hours arent as long as previous storage facilities we have used in the past, but not a huge deal. So far so good, I will be recommending facility to others I know who might soon be moving as well.
