Honestly couldn’t have done it without Presque Isle Autozone this past week. Going above and beyond to get a part no one else had in my hands next day on a Saturday and being the cheapest price shipped free to my house. It wasn’t in store when I went and they made things happen. By 3pm overnight delivery by Fedex Express. I am absolutely impressed! Thanks for getting it done! Went into the Presque Isle store a few weeks back to get a headlight bulb for my car.. Mark King waited on me and I have to say he is the most pleasant guy and so very helpful.. He took the extra time and changed the bulb for me.. He went above & beyond cause it took some time to change the bulb.. Thank You Mark King for all you did for me! I so appreciate people like you!😊

Helpful, friendly customer service. I bought a new battery yesterday and brought in the old one for a refund of the core charge today. I had some trouble taking out the old battery last week to get it recharged and an employee came out with his own tools to help. Good prices...affordable...clean.

Terrible customer service later in the evening. Employees told me that my light on my car is something that they have never heard of and didn’t look at all. I have found this light at a few different auto parts stores locally and even online but I just wanted to get a price and buy locally instead of online. They didn’t want to help me at all, so I’ll take my business elsewhere.
