How do they even stay in business?? Not only were they rude and arrogant when they came to my home to do a crazily expensive routine service call, but now my emergency switch wont work (it did before they came). When I called they told me it was probably my switch. Had an electrician check it out, not the damned switch. I called again and they want to insist its my switch and the electrician is wrong. Youd think for almost 600 bucks for a service call they would return to make it right. But they think its funny. Im switching my account to Dead River. At least they are polite and they stand by their much more reasonably priced work. Id say get away from these rude rip offs, especially if youre a senior on a fixed income like me. Oh, and I dont trust their meters either. There seems to be something wrong with that whole outfit.

Seniors Beware! Their techs are rude, arrogant, aggressive, sloppy, and don’t do a complete job. I watched them reuse parts and they defied me to complain about it. I’m a vet, a white haired senior, and I taught in public schools. I have never been so disrespected or frightened as when their techs came to my home and literally raised their voices and behaved rudely and aggressively towards me for absolutely no reason other than, according to them, they were angry at their boss. I went to the office in Presque Isle to report this indecent and rude behavior, but left feeling mocked and ridiculed. They said they would take care of everything, but never showed or called. Never even tried. Probably just had a good laugh about it. If you’re on LI-HEAP they’re worse. And really, I’m suspicious about their truck meters because gallons in my tank never seemed to add up to what the delivery ticket claimed they had delivered. If you’re a senior don’t trust these guys. At least never be alone with any of their techs or delivery men. There’s better oil delivery companies around. And one or two that will knock a little less than 10¢ off the going price for you. Run from Daigle Oil! Your self-respect and safety may depend on it.

My delivery day is today called and i was rudely told i had to wait until tuesday to get fuel when i have two kids at home, in the middle of a storm they said i would have to pay an emergency fee because they already went that way. If they do my area in the morning they should tell people that!! Rude all the way around
