We live in Arkansas. When my daughter and her husband flew out to Utah and rented a jeep in Salt Lake City to drive to Moab for their vacation they stopped in Price to purchase some water and snacks. When they left the store and got back to the jeep the key fob failed. My daughter and her husband could not get their two very small children into the car for shelter from the nearly one-hundred degree summer temperature. The rental car company offered no assistance. In desperation my daughter called me. Luckily I thought to call AutoFarm Price Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram after a quick Google search from my home in Northwest Arkansas. At first I couldnt get through. Then, after a couple of failed attempts, my phone received a call from Chris in service. He said, Im sorry you could not reach us. I saw you called a couple of times so I called you. How can I help? I described what was happening. He gave me directions on how to use the emergency protocol to see if the car would start and told me to call if it didnt work. It didnt work so Chris sent a tech to the stores parking lot, he got the car started, my daughter drove the Jeep to the dealership while following the tech. Once there, the tech quickly confirmed the diagnosis and made the repair on the spot! The cost? just a little over $6 including tax! It was a simple replacement of the key fob battery! Chris and his team saved my daughters family vacation and provided them with safety in an unfamiliar location. This was the best service by far I have ever experienced at an auto dealership. We are full-time RVers when our engine light came on while driving through Price, UT. Luckily, we were on a couple of miles away from the AutoFarm dealership. The service manager quickly diagnosed our turbo actuator was failing and was able to replace it the same day. While traveling in Utah, we experienced a breakdown with our Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn. The nearest service center was Auto Farm Ram Chrysler Dodge in Price UT. We had our Ram towed in and although they were fully booked for 5 days the Service Manager, Chris, rolled up his sleeves and made the necessary repairs to get us back on the road. Absolutely stellar experience from the service desk- shout-out to Jackie and Jamie, through the whole process. This business gets my highest recommendation!!

We are retired and live in our RV on the road so it is very easy for us to buy a new vehicle anywhere we are at the time. We love Hunter and everybody at Price CDJR so much that we specifically went to them to order our new truck. That says a lot because we have bought over 50 vehicles from various dealerships over the years. We were not living in Price at the time, but we still went to them for the truck. That is how highly we think of them and now have bought two trucks from them and will go back for any future trucks we buy. Wherever you are, it is worth buying from Autofarm in Price Utah.

While traveling in a RAM Promaster camper van through Utah in early June, we suffered a torn CV boot and were towed to AutoFarm in Price by Chrysler Roadside Assistance. Chris Bordeau, the service manager, realizing we were tourists on vacation, squeezed us in that day, had a service tech examine the damage and ordered the parts for next day delivery. Chris even offered AutoFarms rear parking lot as our campsite for that evening while we waited for the part. Chris and his excellent team had us all patched up with a new front axle by the time we were done eating breakfast at the cafe down the street. We were happily back on the road before noon. Hooray for Chris and AutoFarm!

Autofarm was a very pleasant experience. I have done many deals at many dealerships and autofarm by far was the friendliest courteous and most professional dealership Ive ever dealt with. Julius, Hunter and Jeff make you like family. I am very happy with the car I purchased as is my family. My family and I even drove from North Utah County to price to pick up this beauty. I highly recommend visiting this dealership as you will not be disappointed.

Car went in for overheating, they said they fixed it and a couple codes drove it to get the mail 6 miles if that. It died at the mail and ran back to the dealer died again and then we were told it needed a new engine. Came out worse than when it went in. Not good

The fuel pump on my Ram 2500 failed and I was stranded in the Utah desert in the middle of a 1,600 mile trip back to San Diego. Chris and the team at Price really helped me out. When the problem was diagnosed and we found out that it would take a few days to get the parts, they drove me to Salt Lake to pick up a rental car so I could get home. Totally exceeds expectations. Poor communication. I called in needing work done on my vehicle. Waited on hold for about 20 minutes. Left my name and number with the staff. It has been 3 days and I have not received a call back. Very disappointing as this business was recommended to me.

I took my car there on the 21fts of June when they said it would be ready on the third of July I thought the night mare of absence was coming to an end. No such thing, the bumper level grill was missing when my car was returned. They had charged me a thousand to replace a a/m fan assy, lower cmember assy brackets upper radiator mounts, and installed line for a/c. However the bumper grill went missing. But after running around for half an hour getting assurances from his work men he announced he was to busy to review a tape which would convince himself it was not attached when the vehicle arrived. So i, a non resident of Utah will be absent my grill until he decides it was there on arrival and sends me a replacement or I buy one myself.Confident I will be buying it myself after all he participated in the decision to try to convince me to purchase four new tires at more than the Yokoyama company advertised them for and a lower mileage, and it would have only taken them seven days from, u gotta have them to, installation. Must was gonna have them made in Japan and shipped by slow boat and brought overland by wagon train.There are workshops to avoid doing business with and this is one I would recommend u avoid. So sad to have been there.Today is july eleventh. While they would be looking forward to hearing from me soon that information was not communicated to me. No call, no text or gmail did they send to me. They called to tell me I needed four new tires which would take them seven days to install from the day they called. They called after I sat waiting two hours for them to finish up and found they had all gone to lunch.Their writing is not evidence of trying to speak to me or solve the problems they caused. This is just an advertisement from them to appear as if they are a reputable organization. The man who ran from employee to employee asking if they had removed and not replaced my grill promised he had a video, he would review, and be it that showed it was on the vehicle at arrival he would call and ask where I wanted the replacement sent. He is the individual in the office photo, I have not heard from.Be not dismayed this organization is apparently full of scammers who will over charge u and waste youre time and rob u of pieces of youre vehicle. It is not within my best judgement to allow u to walk blindly into a den of thieves. Save yourself from having parts of your vehicle go missing in this shop. Buy youre tires somewhere else, they will be cheaper and have a longer mileage warranty. Additionally you will not still be waiting for the human in the picture to review his video and determine if youre grill was there when you bought the vehicle in for service or maintenance. By the way how many of you have to look at youre post to determine that one who had your machine wants to make up for their failure. Find others to repair your vehicle your life and that of others are on the line. Today is July eleventh, an I am still suffering the sorrow of having work done at this den of thieves

I was driving through Utah when I got into a minor accident. Autofarm got me into the shop within a couple of hours, diagnosed the issue, and made the repairs the next morning. Better yet, they allowed me to sleep in my van out back. Everyone was super friendly and courteous, from Jamie in customer service to the manager and mechanics. These guys are top-notch.

Moved to the Price area 1-1/2 years ago and AutoFarm (Jeep) has maintained my Patriot since that time. They have done a very good job for me and I trust the work Ive had them do. Their service department really does a great job. Its nice to walk in and be greeting by name and feel that you really do matter. My wife and I travelled over 2 hours in order to see a vehicle on their lot. We worked with Jeff, who was great to work with. When we arrived, he had the vehicle ready to go. He handed us the keys and allowed us to drive the vehicle without him tagging along. Anyone who has shopped for a car, knows how nice it is when you don’t have the awkward third wheel riding with you. After we decided that we were ready to move forward, there was an issue with a credit freeze on my part that took us a while to get figured out. Jeff was willing to bring the car and paperwork to us the next day since we were running short on time. We got everything figured out and ended up purchasing the vehicle. There was ZERO pressure from anyone at the dealership while we were there, which is a huge deal. I would definitely work with them again, and would highly recommend them.

Jeff C. went the extra mile to make the changes I needed to get the truck I wanted. Not many dealerships would do that! First ram truck I have ever purchased but I am impressed with the ride, transmission, looks, etc. Just went off-road with my new Rebel and it handled it very well. Air suspension is a nice addition on going off road.Gas mileage sucks but I knew that going in - with almost 400 horse power you shouldn’t expect great gas mileage. I’d rather have the power. Wish I had a 6 1/2 foot bed with a crew cab. Dodge/Ram needs to listen up on that one and make that available in addition to memory seats and electronic seat for the passenger as well. Other than that, just about a perfect truck. Unfortunately, never have found the perfect truck yet, but this is close !

So this has been quite the experience, a bit frustrating at times but Jeff and Tyson were open and transparent about helping with these vehicle issues. At first we had some issues and but if miscommunication, but once that communication began to open up the issues I was having with the purchased vehicle was taken care of and I was able to still make it to work and kids to school while given a loaner which I so deeply appreciate it especially with how hectic my life is. Recently traded in and purchased a vehicle from Price Autofarm. Vehicle we purchased had the AC go out days after taking it home. They tried numerous times to fix the problem and never could. I asked for my money back and they offered me thousands below what I had purchased the vehicle for. They claimed a 200 point inspection was done on the vehicle before I bought it and obviously it wasnt. I will never purchase from here again.

I was so impressed by AutoFarm in Price. There was no pressure to purchase from them, they were accommodating to my requests and were so easy to work with. I had been looking for a new car for a while, and other dealerships were constantly callingsometimes 3-4 times a day, trying to pressure me into buying from them. I found what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. We drove from Payson to Price on New Years Eve after a snowstorm through the canyon first thing in the morning, hoping this was going to be worth it or at least leave with something after driving all that way. Its hard to put into words how good these guys are. We had a water pump issue on day three into our road trip and they sourced the part and got us back on the road to Moab in 2 hours even though they were backlogged. Day four in Moab we had a transmission issue and the dealership in Grand junction wanted to charge $470 for the part, Chris and Reggie went to bat for us and got the price knocked down by $100 and we made it back home. These guys are top notch and I recommend this dealership and parts / service dept to anyone. Thanks to Brandon also for the good work. 5 stars is a minimum, I wish I could add more.
