This is gonna be my go-to Michaels from now on!!!! The shop is very well organized with great variety of inventory. Crew members are always around whenever you needed help. Melissa was helping us with the checkout and she was so on top of things and super friendly. Thank you !

I always go this store for my craft supplies but the few times I have been to the store these past few weeks the cashiers ( 2 particular people) were very rude and not accommodating at all. The cashier that rang me up at the counter today couldn’t care less and was rushing to get me out the store (though I had questions about my purchases) . She was nice and polite with the older lady before me though. Very strange, I’m also a paying customer even though I am young and should be treated equally.

I went to have a print framed, staff are very friendly and helpful. They showed me different versions of my finished piece with different layers of matting. They are very knowledgeable and I felt secure that i made the right choice.

I love Michaels for all of my craft supplies and projects. However, there is an older woman who works here (gray hair at her roots, long face, always scowling, never smiles) who is absolutely MISERABLE. First occasion, I asked her for more information regarding the UPS drop off service they offered and was presented with an attitude (shrugging of the shoulders and eye rolling). I asked to speak to the manager and she nodded in a general direction. I then stood in front of the manager, waiting to be acknowledged to no avail. Second occasion, I was at check out. This woman said not a single word to me (which is fine) but I had to remind her to scan my rewards card and coupon. Then, after not looking at me once and scowling the entire time, she shoves my purchases at me and says, Here. Looks like Im going to have to make my future purchases at Joannes. Such a shame.

Nice and polite staff! Good selection but limited. It looks like alot of people shop there so there were small pickens amongst flowers and looked sparse. I would shop there again due to ease of shopping even though I have one located closer to me.

It was hard to get the items that I needed off the shelf. There was no one to help.On the plus side, the store was not crowded, and the check-out person was pleasant.

Place is always so busy which is good, but i feel staff is so over worked it breaks my heart. I have witnessed customers giving cashier and staff a very hard time because they basically want something for nothing. Love there clearance isle and i find staff is very helpful and kind despite having to deal with rude and obnoxious customers all the time.

The Michaels Arts and Crafts Store while visiting. Was in some kind of reconstruction. But it still serves many Items of your crafting, Floral pleasure. Just to name a few. My visit was very successful. Michaels arts and crafts is located right in West Windsor Nj. Across from Nassau Pk. Pavilion. Off Rt 1# north or south here in New Jersey. They have plenty parking space. And wheelchair Accessible. The Employees were very friendly. And shopping in store was very spaces and they follow the CDC guidelines to were a Mask! While shopping in- store. They also have curbside pick up orders. And Same-day delivery. So if this Pandemic has you wondering what to do with time? I was looking for something that radio shack would normally carry, but sadly no stores are even close, Best Buy, lol(barely stock computer accessories). So I racked my brain end up at Michaels. The staff was extremely helpful but alas didnt have what I sought. I didnt realize how much craft stuff there is.

Sales lady was exceptionally helpful. I didnt have my rewards card but she looked my acct up with my email as the phone number wasnt working. And she told me about a coupon that was on line. It saved me about 25.00 on a 90.00 order. And I found what I was looking for. Thanks!

This store is Heaven for the crafters of the family...if you cant find it or make it from all the thousands of items then you just dont need it.

Not good, I know some senior citizens need to work, but this woman is not cable. She rang things up twice, rang things up that I told her I wasnt taking and didnt give them to me since she charged me and could hardly see even with glasses. She is very nice but needs to retire....

This is a well organized Michaels. Even the cashier (who was texting on her phone the whole time we were checking out), got us out of there very quickly.

Place is ok in person, but recently called & had a question about a return. The woman on the other end said with a receipt ONLY.I went on to sayI know but can I return it onto the card if I dont have it? Only to get dial tone & found she had hung up after expelling those 4 words. Better customer service would be appreciated.

Best Place to get your art supplies whenever I need art supplies for my daughter I come here. The supplies are cheap but of exceptional quality

I needed candle-making supplies and was able to get all of them at Michaels. Also, a greeter at the door directed right to the correct aisle. My 5-star rating is for this limited but very positive experience.

Great deals on crafts especially close to or after the holidays. We always come here for stock frames and actually had custom frames made. Service is good. Some of the time, regular stock items are out when you need something.

Michaels has great sales. In fact, with coupons I purchased a great float frame for under $20. My Michaels is bright and clean with friendly sales ppl. Great store.

Got what I needed and the staff was lovely. It was difficult to get around though, there was a lot of stuff in temporary boxes on the floor. Probably just the holidays though!

Big disappointment-- the framing shop has been reorganized to be based on Michaels separate holding inspired by the Property Brothers. The selection of frames is not a robust, the selection of mat colors seems to also be far less, all pieces no matter how small are finished off with big hanging hardware, and a big sticker is slapped on the back with the name of the framing line 9f goods and the name of the person who assembled the framing components. I used to go to Michaels for all of my framing, but this big change is likely to be a deal breaker.

This is a womens toy store!! What fun to plot a project. They have everything you need from excellent silk flowers to baskets, from yarn to jewelry making supplies, crayons for kids, construction paper, poster frames as well a custom framing.Enjoy the toy store experience!

I recently came in to grab some quick art supplies and they bring out the Christmas decorations and they are all so beautiful and very well priced.

We needed some crafting items for a project, and Michaels had a nice selection. I paid a little more than I wanted because most of the items were not coupon - eligible.

Nice cashier, managed to find what I was looking for, but the art section was a hot mess. Competing rap songs playing, not a fun experience.They had a nice selection of oil paints, including some high end, but the prices were high overall for everything.

Sales signs hang on the shelves but when you get to the register to pay, thats when they tell you the item on sale is not the specific brand you picked. Theyre out of stock. Its very disceiving.

Staff was friendly and helpful but the store location is rough. Kinda on the edge between two big stores so lots of traffic, parking was difficult, and a TON of stray shopping carts in the lot.

You can spend hours in Michaels lol, love it.
