Get ready to be ripped off with Insane Prices. Just an Oil Change at this dealership is double the price than any other VW dealership. Also they do send emails to have express service without appointment but when you show up they say you would have to wait at-least 3 hrs.

Rezza and Matt and the Princeton VW team were excellent to work with. I was looking for a new ID4 Pro S in a specific color. Rezza and Princeton VW was the only dealer to suggest they could try and look for the vehicle at dealers in other areas of the country and attempt to bring it back to NJ. No Guarantee they could do it, but with-in a week they found one, traded a vehicle they had in stock to the other VW dealer and I drove off the lot with my new ID.4 They made the process simple with no stress. A fantastic experience overall.

Jonathan was really helpful in leasing my new car. A lot of communication was by text/email which made things very easy and made my time at the actual dealership very minimal. I was surprised that a lot of other dealerships weren’t willing to work this way, especially amidst a pandemic.

Disappointed, went to my local VW dealership to check out the ID4, was hoping to buy this weekend. The dealer barely engaged, first time I ever had to ask a dealer their name because it was never given. If this it the service I can expect from the dealer near home, crossing this brand off my list.

While the staff was friendly, the photos of the used car they advertised online did a really good job of hiding all the damage the SUV had. While thats normally not a big deal we travelled an hour out of our way with intentions of buying it until we saw the condition. They offered another $500 off before we left but its at least $1500 in body work, and it smelled of smoke.

After driving a Volkswagen Jetta at a different dealership, I decided to do some research on where I could find another Jetta in a different color. I found the car I wanted at Princeton Volkswagen. I emailed the dealership to find out if the car was still available and I received an email not long after from Alan. We scheduled a time for me to cone see the car. Bought a car! Great service and my car is AWESOME!

Waited 3 hours for a oil change and a software update. Took them 45 min just to get my car into the garage... the manager told me they brought the car right in.... right.. (I was seating right outside). They told me the car had a software update error and thats the reason it was taking a long time. I walked to the garage and the guy was seating around, I asked him if the software was done and he said all he had to do is put in two bolts and the car was ready...after 3 hours, no offer for loaner car, customer waiting lounge way too small for 6 people during covid so I waited outside. Plan to be here for awhile.... no rush to getting anything done fast.

It started with a phone call, Alan Gellar picks up and he is so pleasant with no oversell. We set up an appointment to visit. When we walk in the door he is there to great us and work with us. When we shopped other dealers the person handling the phones is not the sales person, so any info you share has to be repeated to the sales person you are assigned to.We were in for a pre-owned car and the availability was limited. However we test drove a new car. Reviewed the inventory with Alan and was able to pick one and test drive that as well. He also pulled into the bay as it was dark so we can could see it. No oversell or push to make a sale.it was priced high we made a low offer which was rejected.After visiting other brands, felt this was the best car to go with.The car and brand does not always make the sale, but having to work with a pleasant salesperson who is knowledgeable about the car and its features.The finance deal was a short term lease deal to hit the low price, Did not quite understand it. but went along.As with all dealers there is oversell on the maintenance plan but they would only offer partial plans. I am an all or nothing guy. so decided not to take any plans, they were not happy.Alan was very nice about showing the features of the car, setting up the phone, and changing the battery of the key. He even gave a toy car to my son, as this was for his birthday, this car ended up on his cake. Thanks Alan. Drove the car this weekend and it drives very well, love it.All in all the shopping experience, the car itself is great. Will go back to get the next car and highly recommend you stop by even if you do not intend to buy a VW you may just about change your mind.
