Being totally honest, the worst company i have dealt with. We had them for our corporate solution for many painful years. At first they are great to get in the door, but if you have need a service, billing question, or tech support GOOD LUCK! We requested an additional badge swipe for a door and no joke 90+ days later it still wasnt installed. On top of that they tried to charge us emergency hours for the intall to get ONE door secured, I can only imagine how many years it would take to secure a whole building. After servering ties with them they still think we are a customer and continue to invoice us even though we clearly do not use their services for over 7 months. Like I said earlier their billing department is asleep at the wheel, do your homework before getting involved with them.

Yesterday morning I set off the alarm. I called in right away, (see screenshot). The person who answered at the call center seemed confused. I left for work, Vector began calling all the numbers on the call list 2 minutes later and then they sent the police. I will be charged $50 for the false alarm. When I called Vector later they claimed to have no record of my call in the morning. I was told that I should contact the police department. Soooo, their company in incompetent and I have to beg the police not to charge me?

Originally called for service information and a possible upgrade to my current system.- Salesperson on the phone barely let me speak and was very aggressive.- Came to my house for a rushed consultation. Did not come across as knowledgeable about the technology.- Was verbally pushy and combative when I said Id like to think about the numbers I was given.- Upset that I was not ready to confirm a service agreement at the end of the ten-minute visit.- Very bad first-impression of this company as a direct result of my experience with this salesperson.- I will be looking for another provider.
