Looks like a lovely store with the finest cutlery. Tried to get in store and all walkways had large floor baskets filled with items for sale like the yellow brick road, two to the left three to the right. Im disappointed I could not make it through in my wheelchair. Now Im certainly not a Karen however it appears the walkways were the legal 39 inch ADA wheelchair width. However with the endless baskets all over Im sure it was more like a 29 inch width. When the short saleswoman with grey hair asked if I needed help and I explained there was no room to get around to look at the knives I wanted. She sarcastically said well we dont have they open floor plan.

Love their products.Today I went into the store to purchase their dry brine for turkey.at $17.00 a can. I waited patiently at the counter for someone to ring me up, but both associates were involved in phone calls. After the associate facing me was finished with her call she hung up and walked away. Sadly, she didnt acknowledge my presence. Shortly after the other associate finished her call, she looked my way and asked if I was being helped and rang up my purchase. I was the only customer in line - I waited nearly 5 minutes. Not great customer service when you compare it to the cost of their products.

People were very nice and the store was very clean.

Love this location I get my morning coffee at the Starbucks in MarketFair I just wish the staff would get with the program you can look on sale online and then come to the store to pick up the item and they will literally know nothing about it even though they work in the company..... can’t count how many times I had to pull my phone out and show them proof...

A so nice shop for coking and baking, so wonderful table sets. Friendly and pertinent advice from the associate.Funny herbal and spiced mix for chicken//turkey/beef. Special pumkin mixte for bread, pies...

Of course this store is what foodies dream of, but this particular store has something more. The staff is so friendly and helpful that Im sure youll go back again and again. The mall its in is clean and worth the trip.

Poor service, very slow. Not enough staff I guess. Instead of taking care of paying customers waiting at the register there taking phone calls. I should have walked out.

Love this place, they guy even showed me the Nespresso Vertuo line which I ended up buying. Only downfall is they don’t sell Nespresso pods...

Hi,We were at the egg decorating class and it was great. The class is suitable for ages from 8-13 which is on their site however parents are allowed to sign their younger kids up as long as they are helping their kid. I brought my 10 and 4 year old and I was helping my 4 year old. They love cooking classes. This is probably our sixth class here. We also went to few cookie baking classes and kids really enjoyed it.

To dye for stuff and to dye prices.

I like this store. The cooking classes are great too. I took a pasta making class. Its a little pricey but it does have great products. There is always a small clearance section too. I like that there are occasionally free food samples its nice to see the results of the machinery. My eye is on a vitamix. The staff is usually nice and the store is always clean.

Worst customer service. Tried to calling the Princeton store several times.. First time 20 minutes on hold . Second time 10 minutes on hold... able to talk to someone but not able answer my simple question so she asked asked again to hold until she connects me to a supervisor or manager.. I believe they can be more organized.

Cool store. Great small trinkets and big expensive stuff too. Cool cooking demos.

Signed up for the kids egg decorating class and would not recommend it at all. It’s basically a teacher doing crafts using one of their kits. And the kit is simply paper dolls with an egg that the kids can’t really do. The kids ranged in age from 4-7 and a few older o es. The little o ea can’t get the double sided tape to work and got frustrated and gave up leaving the adults to do th work. The older kids were bored. I’m sure the other classes are fine but the egg decorating one is a bust.

Very nice store very knowledgeable in the staff I love coming here for my dinner parties their Decour anf dishes their decorations are absolutely adorable.

This store does have great products and quality, but prices are on the higher side, just need to know what you are looking for and do your homework, worth going

This store is amazing! So many things for the kitchen, things you didnt even know you wanted! Some items are expensive but they are good quality products.

I really like this store. It a pleasant place to shop for kitchen items. Although Williams-Sonoma can be expensive, the store has unique and quality merchandise. This is a great store to purchase a gift or a gift certificate for a person who enjoys cooking or just simply cooks. I also like that Williams-Sonoma has unique dishwares for holidays/occasions, such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, Valentines Day, etc. these items generally sell out fast. Note, if you dont see what you want ask the sale associates for assistance. Generally they will volunteer to check another store or the online store and have the item(s) mailed to you.

Never got such awful from WS as I did in this store when trying to return a toaster oven given to me as a gift. First they wouldnt give me the actual price of the item. It wasnt on sale and the person at the counter said, there were many different models. Well I went to several WS store websites including the Princeton location, and the price was the same everywhere,, When I called the 800 number, they said there was only one price on the model I received and there was NO model less. To add insult to injury, the sales person told me if I didnt buy something at the exact price, but at a lower price, I would forfeit the difference!!!! Who would ever want to deal with William Sonoma after this experience. The 800 number folks explained their policy and it was not quite what I was told at the Princeton store. Dont buy anyone a gift and use this store to return!! They were very unaccomadating!!

Great place for kitchen gadgets and gifts for culinary aficionados.

The sales assistant here are so slow and they don’t have very good knowledge on the updated sales I literally had to pull out my phone and show the lady the sale online so she could fix it in store it was ridiculous.

I had a horrible experience not once but twice the staff here is very slow minded they are not up-to-date with their sales online one lady told me I was wrong about a sale and then I open my phone went on the website and showed her is the website wrong and she said oh no it’s right🤦🏻‍♀️
