The people at The Optical Shoppe were awesome! Accidentally sat on my glasses and was able to take it in to get it fixed same day. They usually take appointments, but I was lucky enough to call in and find a spot. Would recommend.

Sat on my sunglasses (cheaper ray-bans) this morning and snapped the hinge. Pat had the hinge replaced in 45 minutes for nearly nothing. Easy in and out. Thank you again.

Customer service is outstanding and the glasses are quality! My father is in a local nursing home. Both Sam (the owner) and Lydia have gone to visit him and provide him with new glasses/adjustments. Both of these individuals did so much more than I expected! And the new glasses were made quickly.

The staff are very helpful, patient, and absolutely no up selling. In fact, the salesperson actually agreed that a less expensive lens would be just fine. I have subsequently gone back and they have fixed things for free, etc. I highly recommend them.

Professional, courteous staff. I occasionally try other stores because the limited frame selection here doesnt always have something to my taste, but routinely wind up regretting the poor-to-average service I receive elsewhere. The prices here seem fair, too, especially for the area. But really, this optical shop is all about the customer service.

Patrick Musto has been my optician for many years. He has helped me in more ways than one can imagine. He is not just a professional and extremely knowledgeable optician. He has been there for me and tried in as many ways possible to find answers to my eye problems with compassion and patience that I would never have found elsewhere. I cant say enough about Pat. Hes always tried his hardest, to make me feel better and help me look at a situation that at times was so trying in a positive way.

Pat Musto was really great! As a first time customer I had the usual concerns but Pat was very professional and put me at ease. He listened to me, took my order and most importantly delivered as promised.
