BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased both my engagement ring and wedding band from this location. After purchasing my band it had to be resized and A few days before the expected return date, I was told the system erased the information and I had to come back to be resized. Upon return of the band, I was advised that the band wasn’t fitting properly because of my engagement ring and was advised to return 1 month before the wedding to send it out. I’m beyond glad I opted to have it done at that time because I’ve now been without my ring for over a month as it had to be SENT BACK because it still didn’t fit right. I was told it would be expedited and requested to be returned by 8/29 which is a Saturday. Accept, this location doesn’t accept deliveries on Saturday. So the manager lies to your face to get you out of the store. I sat on the phone with customer service for an hour and received 0 help. After spending thousands of dollars in 8 months in the store, I will never shop with zales again. My wedding is in a little over a month and if it doesn’t fit with the band, it will again have to be sent out and apparently just hope that it arrives back in time to actually be able to wear it at my wedding. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.

Ive been going here since the 1950s and boy let me tell you. Let me tell you something... Its a great place to and buy a ring. Your wife will love it! Hell even your dog will love, love, looooove it!

Both Kathy and Meir were very helpful in finding the right ring for me and also being able to show all available financial options for it. They did not pressure with any sales, and they were transparent during the whole process. I will definitely will be doing business at this Zales again!

Kathy has been amazing. Shes helped my fiance and I through our whole engagement and wedding process. (Picking out rings, sizing) Weve also purchased other jewelry from her and shes very informative. Always recommend the protection plan! It takes care of itself.

After repairing my ring except that it had diamonds, the ones that fell out, it looks terrible. after another repair, the lady told me that they did a good job but my ring looks terrible again; ( after when I gone from this store she started laughing. because what? because I would like my weeding ring look perfect?! she is so rude!!!!!!!!!

Pretty disappointed by my trip here on Monday. Went to pickup an order placed online and was greeted with an uncomfortable stare and terse offer of assistance. Gave a staffer my drivers license and she brought me my order with barely a word and then walked away. No expressed appreciation for my shopping with Zales, no offer of further help, no request to return for future business. No worries on the last one. I won’t.

I have been going to the store in Menlo Park mall and they are great always helpful and caring, I moved recently and the store in Princeton is close to my home now, I am So happy to say that the staff at the Princeton store are just as helpful and friendly my wife and I were so happy we will definitely go back for all our needs I feel really secure in the quality of their merchandise and the people are always willing to help you make it happen, prices are always more than fair and the selection is huge!! Store was super clean and We were greeted as we walked in the door the sale person was very friendly and not pushy I could go on and on !!! Scale of 1-10 I give zales a 10 !!!Thank you see you soon

Hi highly recommend anyone looking for jewelry to go to Zales in Princeton nj. Barbara was very helpful and she put all her effort into serving me with complete satisfaction. She took her time and handle me in a timely fashion manner, Im going to always go there for my jewelry, even the other workers where handling the customers with courtesy satisfaction. Very incompetent people working here. I ordered a ring online and had it shipped here, went to pick it up two weeks later on my wifes birthday and they couldnt open the safe. Rudely told my to come back some other time.On another occasion, i dropped my wifes ring off for repair and they never bothered to ask to see the warranty papers, two weeks later they call and tell me i have to bring in the warranty papers or pay for the repair. Waste of time.

I wanted to get my ring resized and I chose this location because it is the most convenient. Its been 2 weeks and I waited for the call and email they told me I would receive. I go online to check and its ready. Then I called to ask why I wasnt notified. She said the emails come from Texas and they have nothing to do with that. Ok but I didnt get a call either though. She said Well check your phone because we dont initial if we dont call. Um ok, very rude... I will not go back to this location.
