I worked with Viburnum for my July 2021 wedding, and Rachel and team exceeded my expectations every step of the way. They were incredibly helpful in navigating two date reschedules through COVID, and when the wedding finally arrived, I was blown away when I first saw our arrangements and floral; I cried happy tears! Rachel brought our vision for a romantic wedding filled with greenery, candles, and funky wildflowers to life, and I highly recommend her and the rest of the Viburnum team to anyone looking for a wedding florist.

Yes, they do very lush designs but they also will work with simple, smaller ideas too! Very classic and elegant no matter what your budget and design.

Omg... I just got my urns filled and wreath installed by Viburnum for Christmas. I have been impressed with their orchid arrangements but the fresh flower/leaves arrangements for outdoor area are beyond my expectations. Rachel does this with no sweat and you can tell she has great sense of Style. I highly recommend it.

I had a great experience with Viburnum Designs. They have a knowledgeable, well-experienced, and accommodating staff to help you pick out the right bouquet for any occasion. Their arrangements are always beautiful and creative. In addition to being very helpful in person at their lovely store in Princeton that is full of cool plants, flowers, and cute little gifts, they are great with phone orders and delivery options. More recently, I got a bouquet delivered to my friends that are teaching from home during these times of social distancing. The flowers were beautiful and made their day. Cannot recommend Viburnum enough.

Worst florist ever literally.. I spent almost 10000 dollars on the flowers for my wedding and the centerpieces were not as big as they were during my sample meeting .. my entrance centerpiece which was over 600 dollars looked nothing like it was supposed to and they forgot to put the candles all over my tables which completely made the look to my venue very disappointed after spending that amount of money on flowers it should be absolutely perfect and when I texted Rachel about forgetting the candles on my tables which she knew to do and I was very clear about it she did not have the decency to even answer and apologize after spending close to 10000 dollars completely rude never use again or recommend everyone should go elsewhere

Just had my daughters wedding with the most gorgeous floral arrangements. What is so impressive with Rachel is her creativity and listening skills. Excellent experience and so worth every penny. Both Rachel and Stephany communication and detail are excellent. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

These people dont stand behind their product. The manager knows almost nothing about carrying for plants. We bought a Calamondin orange tree here that soon developed problems. When we came to the store to ask how to save this plant, the manager just couldnt help us and after a while just abandoned us saying she needed to do something else. I guess she doesnt care what happens to plants once they are sold.

After years of ordering flowers online and pretty much always being somewhat disappointed, I found this shop and was completely blown away in every aspect. I ordered a dozen roses for my anniversary, and picked up the most beautiful arrangement of flowers that I have ever seen in my life. At a price point that was competitive with the online services. The staff was so friendly and so caring, when I was leaving they noticed one of the flowers was broken comma and quickly rushed over and within two minutes I was back out the door with a perfect arrangement of flowers. They really care about their customers, and they care about their craft. I highly recommend this floral shop.

I live in the UK, and needed to order a plant for my sister who has fractured her wrist falling on the ice in Princeton this week. Ashling could not have been more helpful. She sent me photos of the available plants and I selected a Succulent Garden. The arrangement was quickly delivered and my sister was delighted. She said is was lovely and it made her happy! Betty was amazing as she dealt with me to get the perfect funeral display. She searched for the blooming plant I wanted and added the special ethnic touch that I asked for. She made multiple calls to me to let me know she hadnt forgotten about me. Flowers were at the funeral home when I arrived and they were beautiful...thanks!

I came last Friday night after the store closed, but the assistants noticed my arrival and kindly unlocked the door and efficiently (in the space of five minutes!) prepared a spectacular flower arrangement that made my evening and delighted the recipient! I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH WONDERFUL THINGS ABOUT THE TEAM AT VIBURNUM DESIGNS! classy and clever every step of the way for large orders and small!! (I always order from Viburnum for my home and parties. I was recently asked to join a Gala Committee and asked to provide mouthwash, Q-tips, lotion, soap, sewing kit, Tide stick, powder, lotion etc. for the powder rooms at the event space. The way the team put the items together transformed the presentation of the necessities!)

The best florist I have ever used! Rachels designs are beautiful and unique. I used Viburnum for my wedding and my reception and the comments I received were wonderful! At the end of the night I barely had any flowers to take home myself because all my guests had taken them home. She was wonderful she spoke of investigating the issue and making sure it would not happen again and also offered my store credit for the corsages I purchased. Business are not perfect but when they care this much about customer satisfaction it really is impressive. I will return to Viburnum Designs for sure for my floral needs! ** Thank youI had ordered corsages for a baby shower for the mother to be and the two grandmothers. The sales staff was wonderful during the ordering process and they told me since it was a Sunday I could pick up Saturday. I called Saturday to see what time they would be ready and I was told at 9am they were ready because they were made the night before. When I picked them up the mother to bes looked stunning but the grandmothers to be already looked a little wilted. When I took them out of the fridge today both of the grandmothers corsages the white flowers were brown. I am very disappointed that they were made on Friday when they knew they were for an event for Sunday. if they were not wilted they would have been the most beautiful corsages ever but I expected more for the price of the corsage. Also since they knew it was for Sunday I would have hoped they would have used blooms that would have looked good for the day of the event .

Not only does Viburnum produce stunning arrangements, but it stands by its work and delivers outstanding customer service. I cannot imagine purchasing special occasion flowers anywhere else!
