I love a store that envelopes me in heavenly - but not overpowering - scents the moment I walk through the door. Such a lovely store. Design services, upscale comfy sofas and chairs, a multitude of unique gifts, plenty of state and university embroidered pillows. Just a short distance from the old location in the heart of Princeton, the new location is quiet and serene with plenty of parking.

Home decoration is a personal taste. This is not the place for me. I have seen the same or similar stuffs elsewhere. This place is clean, nicely curated; the staffs are friendly and welcoming.

This gorgeous store has something for everybody. The owners have so tastefully and thoughtfully created a store that transports you upon entering. From small gifts to beautiful, high quality furniture, Homestead has something for all ages!! We love this lovely gem in Princeton.

I had such a wonderful experience with Princeton Homestead! I needed a kitchen table with lots of specifics! It had to be beautiful, sturdy, hold up to my 3 messy kids, be an oval shape with certain dimensions, and within budget. Ron delivered all of that, while sharing his knowledge, expertise, and experience as a dad. He knew what I needed and made the process SO easy! I couldn’t be happier! What an amazing family owned business. I can tell this table was made with love, and will be surrounded by those I love for years to come!

This is a beautiful store filled with a wide variety of unique items for your home ranging from decorative and gift items to exquisite pieces of furniture. I recently purchased some items of furniture while planning to get some home renovations done. I worked with one of the interior designers, who was very helpful in making the right choices for my space. The owners are great and kindly stored the items while I was getting some of the work done. I was also very impressed with the guys who made the delivery. They were friendly and professional and very careful. This was a great experience. I have shopped at Homestead over the years and will continue to shop there. I strongly believe in supporting local businesses.

We recently ordered a custom table and we are thrilled with it. Our order was the culmination of a very long search for something that would work in our small/unique kitchen. This table is it - part counter, part seating and just beautiful. Working with the Homestead team was a pleasure from start to finish. They’ll be our first stop from now on.

The associates at this store are so friendly! I am local, but I placed an order online because I did not feel comfortable going into the store. The store associate offered to drop it off at my house and even gift wrapped it. This place has many unique gifts for that hard-to-shop-for person in your life. They also have tons of awesome decorations and household items. I highly recommend.

The whole staff including the owners, Ron and Kristin, were a delight to work with when we had a custom table in mind for our media room redesign. They walked us through all our options, sharing samples and guiding us through the process even coming to our home in order for us to be comfortable trusting them with such a unique order. We took delivery of the table today and we couldnt be happier with the product and the careful installation by their movers. We are delighted with our new kitchen island and could not be happier with how the delivery went. The two men were courteous and super careful as they maneuvered the large island into our small kitchen. We will certainly return to shop at The Homestead in the future!

I have just recently discovered this gem of a place. The owner and designers go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and taken care of as soon as you walk in the door! I needed a desk made for a certain space, and Ron, the owner, took his time to go over all of my options from inventory to fabricating one custom! His pricing was extremely reasonable. I am HAPPY to buy from a local store owner and community member as opposed to a big box store. While discussing the desk specs at length, I noticed another item that I wanted for my house. This took some getting creative and communication back and forth, but Ron was able to provide me exactly what I needed- and it turned out to be GORGEOUS! I will definitely re-visit this store, and I appreciate tremendously the excellent customer service!

Homestead had always been a go to for our family. Whatever we need, whether it be a mirror or piece of furniture, Ron and his staff are always there to help us. We always find what we are looking for or they find it for us. My husband and I are always satisfied with the customer service and care of our pieces upon delivery. We cant wait to walk into the store to see what we will find next to accentuate our home. We recently purchased a bar for my sister as a gift and she couldnt believe how beautiful it was in person. No matter what... Homestead does not disappoint!

They truly have something for everyone. Mothers day, Fathers day, graduation, and birthdays all done in one shop and in less than 30 minutes! They have unique finds that can suit the most impossible tastes. Prices are reasonable. The staff is outstanding. The experience is uber pleasurable. Absolutely love this place!

I love this shop. We bought our bed, dining table and two rugs from this store. The customer service is great. We custom designed our bed frame and our table with the help of the designer at the store, (who came to our house to measure for everything before we bought it which was super helpful). When the bed-frame was delivered, I felt that it wasn’t the right size. I contacted the store and they fixed it and delivered the perfect bed frame ASAP. Our pieces are made from repurposed barn-wood which makes it not only beautiful but special. I really can’t say enough about how much I love this place. It’s a great place to buy gifts too, especially for those that are hard to shop for!

Great store, wonderful products, inventory always changing. However, the prices are high. Every now and then you find something reasonable, but dont come here with a budget.
