So I had called around a different bunch of places to get a windshield replaced the one good thing about this place is that they were thorough they did call me back they got me in the next day and they were able to find the windshield I was looking for and needed as I couldn’t find it from any other place and I called maybe 10 places that day. However when I got there the guy who told me that it would only be $160 for the plane windshield decide to tell me that it would be 340 after he already place the windshield for me. So then he decides to tell me that he’ll meet me in the middle and charge me 285 for it! Honestly I don’t have that kind of money to just throw away and that’s why I was shopping for the best price I would’ve never gone there if it was gonna cost me almost $400 for a plain windshield!!Make sure you triple check the price before you come to this guy. I gave him 3 stars for being the only place to find the windshield I needed and calling me back to get me in same day and it only took 30 mins to place.

Got a crack on my windshield, called them, he had me come down the next day. Fair prices & took 20 mins. They were also super friendly! Would definitely recommend.

Great customer service, really nice people! My husband called yesterday and they got us in today. The price they gave my husband over the phone was the price they charged me today (which didnt cost us an arm and a leg, Thank God!) I was in and out in a half hour. Ok Ive been to other windshield repair shops in Rhode Island. I have to say that this shop was ABSOLUTELY THE VERY BEST. They are Very Professional. Very Fast and the PRICE ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT BE BEAT. If I EVER NEED ANY TYPE OF VEHICLE GLASS REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT THIS IS DEFINITELY THE GO TO SHOP HANDS DOWN. I ALREADY HAVE THEM ON SPEED DIAL. Needed a windshield done right away. Taking SUV out of town for the weekend. Called EVERYWHERE and nobody had the glass or appointments until next week. Called USAVE at 830 and they had the glass and could do it at 9. They called at 1130 when the job was finished. Totally professional and excellent work. Would recommend them 100%!

I emailed these people for a quote and i use the term very lightly people. Over two to three days or more now and have not gotten back to me. Sorry excuse for a business practice. Im far from impressed with them. Its no wonder why people will pay more at other companies then go here. Its said at the end of asking for the quote theyll call u, yeah make a wish and they might. As well so much for local in R.I., no wonder why people go else where.Anyone doesnt like this, its exactly what i ran into with them.

My car got broken into and I was stressing about having to find a place to replace my passenger window. This place hands down is the best value. I called other places, including one we all know and we see commercials for, and they all charged me an arm and a leg. I was in and out of the garage in less than an hr. Cant imagine going anywhere else for auto glass services. Just cant beat the value here. Just keep in mind glass warehouses are closed on weekends so dont expect your window to be fixed next day if you schedule on a friday like I did.

Had the front windshield crack this morning and sought the help of U Save Auto Glass. Jaime was friendly, knowledgeable, and overall direct. The price of the new windshield (double protection) with installation was $225, far cheaper than any other quote in the area. Car was serviced at 10am and work was completed before an hour. Certainly professionals who care about their customers. Top notch work!

TREATED ME FAIRLY WHEN I NEEDED IT MOSTA tree fell on my windshield at 3:30pm. Called police, insurance and at 4:15PM began calling windshield repair companies. The nationally know company said at least 48 hours before they could come. After calling several other shops and was told not tonight finally around 4:35pm I called U Save Auto Glass. The man who answered quickly checked if he could get the glass, then said yes, come now. I drove there, was able to watch him replace the glass and thanked him. I am grateful he was a hard worker who was willing to go the extra mile for someone he did not know. The following day the nationally known company called me with a quote- it was $270 MORE than what I paid at U Save Auto Glass. I will recommend him always-

This was my 1st time using this company. They came to my location in the time frame they gave. The work was super clean and the glass is a better quality compared to the company I used before at about the same price. I would definitely use them again as you should too. You wont regret it

Called and got quotes from 4 places and U Save had not only the best price but were able to change my window right away. The other 3 places had openings a day or two out (perhaps theyre just that busy, well then I hope your price is worth the wait; wasnt), am I supposed to drive around with a plastic bag in my window in the middle of winter for a day or two? No, I have a child to pick up from school. Jaime and Henry were very professional, did a quick (40 minutes) and clean job (I had glass everywhere and didnt even try to clean it up before bringing it in). My window works, my car was cleaned, they were timely, professional and courteous demeanor. I would definitely recommend this place, no doubt about it.

I had the most bizarre thing happen yesterday. I got home and found a huge crack in my passenger side rear window. I have idea how it got there, since there was no point of impact, like you would see from a rock or piece of debris. Of course, the next step was to ask Google for auto glass replacement ner me. I scanned the results and read the reviews for about 10 places and found USave auto glass in Providence. I called them on Thursday afternoon, told them what I needed, and they went ahead and ordered the replacement window. About one hour later, I was back on the road. The total cost was about $240 Very satisfied.

These guys took my appointment on short notice and did an amazing job in less than 30 minutes. They are true professionals and I cant thank them enough.

We were in a rush to get to the next destination in our trip and woke up to a rock smashed in the windshield. It was absolutely demolished and we called U Save autoglass and brought it in about an hour and a half later because they other customers and they were so so friendly and accommodating when we made a mistake with the type of windshield (because we are just two 18 year olds) and were happy to go get it and they fixed it within an hour. So so friendly and great/speedy service. And definitely the cheapest place we could have gone. Great place!

Great service! Last night, I noticed that my rear window had been completely shattered somehow. I called multiple places before finding Usave - none of which had an appointment and all of which quoted me at least $100 more than Usave. With the 4th of July coming up, I needed it fix asap. Finally, I called Usave. I was told to come right in and they could fix it. Everyone there was friendly and professional and I was done within 30 minutes! Highly recommend this place.

I was rushing to find a good window replacement shop to get my passenger window replaced because someone busted it in the morning. I was trying to hop around the Providence area to scout for shops to repair my window, It was 3pm and almost all of them closed at 4pm and 5pm. U Save Auto Glass was the only one on Google that said it closed at 6pm so I gave it a shot. I went to U Save Auto Glass to ask for a quote and price and I immediately got a quotation on the spot. It wasnt cheap Ill be honest, thats because of the model and make of my car, but it was never a problem for me. I gave the owner the green light to have it installed and he immediately went and pick the replacement window up and was back within 30 minutes. The installation itself is phenomenal, as he really knew what he is doing. This will be my go to shop for automotive glass replacement in the future.PS: I do wish you had tinting services tho because that would be awesome replacing wiindows + pre-tinting them.

I needed a full windshield replacement for a 2014 Hyndai Sonata. Called multiple big company shops; Safelite, Triple A and so on, and, nobody had the glass, and the earliest I could get in was Thursday. Called U Save, they had the glass in stock....and got me in an hour after I called, AND were more than 50 percent cheaper. Good group of guys, had the work done quick (within and hour and a half) and it was a very clean job. Support the small business and use these guys. Take it from somebody who broke his windshield THAT DAY and had it fixed...THAT DAY.
