We were looking for a kitchen faucet for our newly renovated kitchen. We went to several plumbing showrooms and we didn’t find anything. However,, as soon as entered the Waterston Showroom we were impressed. It was filled with various selections and several working kitchen faucets which was very helpful. The owner helped us and was beyond helpful and certainly knowledgeable. Definitely worth stopping here first before going anywhere else!!

Very nice showroom... Just needs to be cleaned up a bit. Theres lots of loose sinks and toilets being stored on the floor and in the way of walking around.. The brands carried here are very good quality like Graff and Rohl

Great customer service from Ardente. I purchased a furnace from them and their delivery driver was out on the day of my delivery. I had driven 1 hour to my property and at first they wanted to reschedule, but since I was at the property already, they were able to work something out and get the furnace delivered within the hour. Thanks to Michael and the team at Ardente for the amazing customer support.

Im curious as to how youve gotten so many stars and I wish the ones who rated you poorly said why. The only negative response I see was answered in an unprofessional way (in my opinion). That doesnt surprise me though, due to my visit there this morning.When I walked in everyone was in the back, thats ok, that doesnt effect my review. Once I was finally noticed the woman just said, oh, I didnt realize anyone was in here then attempted to help me. Attempted to. She was more focused on her phone and only seemed to know the basics when I started asking questions. Ive been shopping for my bathroom redo for awhile now and have a pretty good idea whats out there, and that things do exist, such as a 36 vanity with the option for sink on either side. Asking me for a picture of it several times wasnt a fun game to play either. I saw them at 2 prior stores and it was front and center in the store I went to after leaving yours, leading me believe that its pretty common actually. But what I was disappointed in really was your attitude. It was very condescending, which Im sure is because I look young so you did not take me seriously. Also in your lack of knowledge on the products you are selling. If you dont know the answer, dont pretend that you do. And when youre dealing with customers, put the phone down. Its a shame... Im currently redoing 2 bathrooms and my parents will be soon as well. I only gave you 2 stars because you had beautiful stuff... But poor customer service is a huge turnoff.

Poor, slow service. Employees here dont know what theyre doing. They dont have the couplers I needed. I recommend shopping at Seekonk Supply which is in a 2 mile radius from this store. They have everything you need provided with professional performance.

The worst customer service that a business can have, do not buy anything in these times, it only sells you but if something is defective they do not change it, lose your money and they do not answer you, what kind of business is this that you buy without a guarantee? if they do not want to lose if money goes to another place where they give you a guarantee and do not throw your money away.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff, the guys are the counter Marvin, Kevin, Charlie etc. are great and get you in and out fast. The people in the showroom and the Ardentes will do anything they can to help you with your projects. When I need help with warranty issues or installation questions they are there and eager to lend a hand. This operation is top notch.

I have experience with gas piping even though Im not a contractor--Ive installed many things professionally and safely--so I didnt deserve to be treated like a criminal for asking a simple installation question.I knew I needed a reducer nipple and two threaded pipes but I was hoping for other suggestions--because maybe the tech has changed in 6 years.They said do you have children in the house-theyre going to eve up dead.Wont be doing business with them ever again... I found someone better.Its disappointing--I used to like them.Yeah I know its a liability issue. Ive been doing pipework for years its just been about 6 years since my last time.Angry? No just dissapointed.. I take pride in what I do and greatly value safety--if I cant handle something I hire a professional. I have proffessional people inspect my work also.

I bought replacement valve stems for my American Standard NuSeal sinks built in 1966. They had the parts in stock for the same price as the internets best price that I found. Fast and courteous service. I have bought there before and will continue 🙂🙂🙂

Brought in some old faucet valve stems originally from the 50s, they were able to sell me perfect replacements for $10 each on the spot. Highly recommended for home owners and contractors,

Went in with a shower handle completely calcified. Mike and the other service guys didnt give up until theyd pried the pieces apart, got the broken part replaced; and then showed me how to put it all back together. Took their time instead of just selling me the part and sending me on my way.Friendly and professional staff. Highly reccomended.
