Bought a jacket my daughter wanted and saved 10 percent when I sighned up for reward program.

I went to this store and was approached by an employee on the floor who told me if I was an essential worker I could get 50% off my “entire purchase”. She said I could show my RN license and my ID. She knew which coat I wanted to buy for my son. When I brought the coat to the register and showed my license and ID, the cashier said the coat I wanted to buy was “excluded” from the sale. What??No explanation as to why the girl told me several times I could get 50% off, just turned me away. I left the store upset and without a coat. Very bad customer service, misleading sales people.

Came to see if they had it in store unfortunately they didnt but they were helpful enough to put my order online and I should be receiving my product very soon! Ty to tnf store!!!😊

The staff were so helpful, buying a winter coat is always really stressful for me because I want the warmest and the best. The staff talked me through my options and were so helpful in helping me figure out what I needed since Im not from the States. Thanks guys!

Awesome place but the customer service think they know more than you do and that kind of fight you over it other than that pretty awesome gray coats and to be honest pretty good prices too. Oh but I did and bump into a couple people that think that their coats are not good enough for them that was kind of annoying.

I received exceedingly patient and informative customer service from an associate named Kyle. I was in returning boots bought online as a gift for me and needed help getting more appropriate sizing and features on a boot that would be available on my size this late in the season. Very pleased!

I love my north face duffle to book bag I plan to buy all of the sizes. I got the xs and use it for a personal bag when I fly so I dont have to pay for carry on or checked luggage and the bag is made from honestly the best material Ive ever felt. I feel like it would have to be shot and burned and than torched some more to hurt this thing. Best $100 Ive spent on a bag without having to spend $100s paying for the name brand line.

Excellent selection of bags and some high end expedition ready clothing. Large, inviting layout as well.

The employees are very helpful, they the newest styles, so if youre looking for some older styles, you are better off going online. But you really should try on any apparel before you buy.

Great place to get the latest in North Face gear. I went yesterday to buy a matching hat for my winter coat, the person who helped me find the hats did make me feel a little uncomfortable. After he pointed me towards the direction of the hats he quietly followed me and was watching me like an eagle, i understand he was just doin his job but if i walk in with a $300 gotham on what makes you think im going to steal a $25 hat? No harm done, but at the end of the day good place to shop.
