Absolutely unprofessional low life staff. I bought shoes which broke after ONE WEEK of purchase and they were accusing me that this was my fault and that the sale was final. They were obviously making up stories not to exchange them, the chinese guy was shaking. Go elsewhere, there are many shops in Providence which provide great service and treat you the way a custores should be treated! Disgusting experience!
