Oh wow.. Family had a craving and this place came highly recommended. We can see why. Huge portion sizes and fresh hot cookies with perfectly scooped ice cream. Yum.

Their cookies are so freaking delicious and they have an awesome menu selection too. I recommend trying them out if you havent yet.

People are willing to pay $3 for a small, mediocre cookie instead of just buying a whole box of them for a $1 and taking 5 minutes to make a ton more that are 100x better. I dont understand.Also, every other place Thayer has bigger, better and cheaper desserts. This place is an absolute rip off.

The worst customer service goes out to insomnia cookies on Thayer street. Ordered at 107 for an ASAP delivery to our dedicated health care workers at The Miriam Hospital. Was told at 229 they were on the way after spending 10 minutes on hold. When I inquired about my order at 315 I was told it left at 1:23pm and when orders leave they don’t know what happens to the cookies. As someone who frequents insomnia often, I am disgusted In the answers I was receiving from the “manager” ALANI. She then proceeded to tell me to call her manager Rebecca around 5/6 to refund the order as she is incapable of doing what was requested. So now it’s 3:45pm on 10/9 - over three hours of waiting for a 50 dollar order and they never were received. What a shame. Can’t get the cookies for our nurses and can’t even refund the kind person who made the order in the first place. DISGUSTED DOESNT EVEN DEFINE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR SUCH A WELL KNOWN PLACE. DO BETTER. I wouldn’t even rate the establishment a 1 star, due to this terrible experience. Would not recommend.

Not a big variety of ice cream flavors. They only had chocolate chip cookies. But food quality wise it was very good.

I get these for my airbnb guests that come into town. They simply love them. Warm cookies Boxed up and ready to go. They have specials when you get over 12. I normally get them separated 2 boxes. Just enough late at night.

We have eaten cookies from here many times and they are delicious. I ordered a cookie cake for the first time and even though the cookies still tasted delicious they were stuck to the bottom cardboard. I loved their frosting too.

I never had a warm cookie before. It was a new experience, plus customizing the cookie, turning it too a ice cream sandwich 🤯🥰🙂 gave me ideas and feels. Im a night owl, before the lockdown they were opened til 4 am, reallysatisfies the sweet tooth 🙂. Currently now 1am which is not too bad. Have not tried their cookie cakes but looks really good. Its a must if your looking for something sweet in the late hour :)

Cookies were amazing. I got a “cookiewich”. The ice cream in the middle was great and the cookies tasted like they were right out of the oven. Overall my favorite cookie place. 10/10

By fare the worst! Been to others and the black (African American) not sure what to say anymore... since I’m black and I refer to myself as black, was the worst! Along with cookies being stale and not properly recognized for their signature. Absolutely terrible! My purpose was to treat a black lady cop across the street for her hard work. Since the the location is directly fork a police station. Hopefully she doesn’t give me a ticket for bad cookies! FYI I payed cash or I would have asked fir a refund!

Weybosset street seems to have more of a selection than Thayer street, But the cookies are good at both places! Havent tried the ice cream yet, But i will soon

*Edit to say Thayer street since I didn’t know there are multiple locations. * Gave them 3 stars as zero would be unfair since we never got a cookie. The line was long (around the corner into the adjacent parking lot) and didn’t move at all. I’m not sure if they prebake and serve cold, prebake and warm to order or bake from dough but I wasn’t expecting a long wait for cookies. Given the likely hood they have several flavors and warm to order should be just a few min a person and the ability to take an order, have person move a d take next order. Way to slow of a moving line for me.

I ordered a birthday cookie cake for delivery that was with no explanation not delivered. The order said it was delivered and my payment was not reimbursed. I had to speak with this place to arrange for another delivery at a later date (no longer possible for the cake to be delivered on the birthday). I arranged for it to be delivered at 6:30pm and it didnt show up until 7:45. Additionally, I asked for it to say a specific Happy Birthday message and they said they were unable to accommodate that request, so they went with their own icing arrangement (photo). This icing job is lazy to say the least. Not sure how anyone could consider this acceptable.

I first tried the spot on Weybossett and though the service was a bit off the cookies were Awesome. Then the 2nd time around, I had ordered at Thayer because theyre the only one that offers delivery and the cookies were old and hard. And it took an hour to get my delivery considering I only live 8 minutes away. Too bad I couldnt take back my tip. It was sad and disappointing. Next time Ill bake my own cookies for half the price and headache.

I had cookies delivered within an hour and a half. I had specific and tricky directions because I was delivering them to a hospital and they followed directions perfectly. Cookies are amazing and the ordering process is so easy definitely check them out!

Id rather take the cookies to go and buy a half gallon at the store for less money. I WISH I lived inside the delivery circle since they deliver till 2 AM! Highly recommended!!!

Really good cookies, good ice cream good staff. We stood in line for @10 mins before we got in but it went very quickly. They are open until 1am which makes it a VERY good option for ice cream or a quick sugar snack late in the evening. They also have delivery but I am not sure of the distance. Check the website. 5 stars!

My dad got my mom cookies from this place, OMG THEY WERE AMAZING. I would totally recommend Insomnia Cookies to people.

We ordered cookies before we started the movie. The movie ended, my date if ruined, the cookies still havent arrived. After 45 minutes I called insomnia cookies and they told me that they were sorry but the driver was 10 minutes away. Then 60 minutes later I called again and the driver is still 10 minutes away - NEVER EVER order from this place. They will ruin your night and not come.

Always love the cookies. The 2 guys at the counter were super funny and friendly, they made the whole experience great and I left with 24 cookies and about a year shaved off my life span. So worth it.

These guys are awesome. Probably some of the best cookies Ive ever had. Theyve also got ice cream & crazy cookie/ice cream combos, and they deliver to the city area well into the night (havent done this personally). It may be just a little bit pricey, but its a worthwhile treat if youre in Providence.

I was sadly disappointed in the quality of the cookies. It only takes 9 minutes to bake a cookie.The cookies I got were previously made and then obviously microwave for about 10 seconds. I dont understand why they are not baked to order.

Tried calling the Weybosset street store in providence on Sunday afternoon 10/18/20 and only music played on the phone so I called back and hit #5 on the phone for customer service and as you can here since your calls are recorded for “training purposes” I placed an order at 4:45 pm for the WEYBOSSET STREET STORE. I ordered 3 oatmeal raisin and 3 chocolate chip for 5:30pm pickup. So I get to the store and they have no record of my order then they look me up by name and tell me my order is on Thayer street, well Thayer sounds NOTHING like WEYBOSSET and you will clearly here through your “training purposes” recording I said WEYBOSSET. So since my cookies are in the other side of the city I tell your clerks at Weybosset what I ordered and ask them to please replace but they tell me they have no oatmeal raisin so I then ask for a refund and they tell me I HAVE TO CALL BACK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE for that. I am now fuming as you can imagine, no empathy from your staff and no great customer service from your staff and they offer no resolve until I tell them to give me any 6 cookies . This was an awful experience and I expect either a gift card or full refund on my card since I never got what I wanted. Please TRAIN your staff how to offer great customer service when things are not done right.This is what I sent them, when my order did not exist, they offered me a coupon of 6 free cookies with a $6.00 purchase....SO THEY WANT ME TO SPEND MORE MONEY FOR THEIR MISTAKE???

This was the 3rd time I tried to order cookies to my night shift job and the order was once again messed up. Ordered a happy birthday cookie cake over the phone for a coworkers bday because I wanted to make sure it would be able to get here. I was told that it would be delivered around 130/145 am but it never came because they put it in for tomorrow. 3rd time we have tried and all 3 times have been extremely disappointing. The staff was more than helpful but will not be ordering again! No cookie is worth the hassle they bring.

I love the cookies from Insomnia cookies. My coworkers and I work the graveyard shift, and ordered tonight. They didnt have two of the cookies we wanted, so they gave us extras. The note was so cute! I really appreciated that. And theyre always so fast to deliver! Thanks for the sugar boost for the rest of the shift!

Cookie was good but not exceptional or anything. Kinda small for the price too. REALLYYYYY expensive for a cookie. Also SUPER pricey milk. Was expecting the best cookie and milk of my life but pretty disappointing.

The worker literally had no idea what she was doing - it took her 20 minutes to ring up my order (a single ice cream sandwich), then couldn’t figure out how to get the register to work, and then even longer to make my sandwich and I was the only one in the store.

Me and my friends, we usually go there for a quick sweet tooth. We love the vanilla ice cream, it tastes amazing! Yesterday (3:45pm,10/14/19), we went there again, however we got mistreated by the lady who was serving. She was extremely rude to us. We get the quarts of ice cream on regular basis but this time the behavior of the employee was unexpected, our containers were half empty when opened. We still love the place and the people there but this kind of behavior is not acceptable at any terms. I have posted the pictures already for your reference.
