Its fabulous to have a small local shop where you can go and get copies without having to travel all the way to the east side to go to Staples. Plus you get to deal with a real human and not just a machine and your credit card. Not only is it a pleasant experience, do you get the save time, and its incredibly convenient, but you feel like you are supporting a human being and part of the local community everything about this place is perfect
