Not as.mucj furnishings or.household items as.other locations but a good selection of clothes. The self checkout stations are an excellent upgrade and keep the line moving quickly.

ITheir prices have more than doubled, even before covid. look at these pictures from yesterday of ripped and broken items that are priced for $16. I don’t care if there’s a sale day that would make them half price it is completely ridiculous and insulting to low income communities. This Company runs entirely on 100% donated items. Now they’re going to permanently close fitting rooms To add self check out stations. This will eliminate even more staffYet cause more exchanges. They’re betting you won’t bother and just keep it. The exchange only policy (for certain items only ) means your $10 for that used underwear won’t ever leave the company. They screw you on sales and coupons and loyalty points. And the bathroom looks like a dungeon from hell.

Not liking new self checkout with only 1 cash register. The customer in front of me had difficulty maneuvering it and rightly so as we both had to call for our change the machine did not dispense. Certainly not customer friendly. 1 star because the front end woman clerk was very nice.

This is an update based on the recent lack of professionalism by the employees including managers. If youre looking for a deal at this store its possible the employees already scarfed it up as they get to go through the product before it goes out on the floor. I found this out because I had an item in my carriage and one of the employees walked up to me and said it was theirs. When I asked for verification they had a manager come over and they said yeah, thats hers. I gave the item to the employee and they immediately walked to a register and paid for the item. I immediately asked how they were allowed to do this. I had never seen any company let their employees go through the merchandise until the end of the day and I was told we dont do that here. So. Again, if youre looking for a deal. It might already be gone. I will never be shopping or donating to this location again. Oh. I also saw the exact item, that was supposed to be for someones daughter, at the flea market the next week for 10x the price it was in the store. Coincidence?

I like savers, I found some good treasures there. Just today I found a glass bottle with a good stopper on it to use in my yogurt and Kiefer making. Plus Tuesday is a senior day gives me a good discount. I highly recommend it.

Wow i justvwalked in saw so many varities great choice store to buy things us girls want and need maybe for special occasion at least even one purse shoes earings. To bad cant wear.. Over priced. They received a lot of things and have some decent options, bit are super over priced for thrift. I also purchased some furniture and when I went to pick up it was sold to someone else. I was refunded, but I thought that was terrible. Also a bit of my fault, because I didnt get there in exactly 24 hours, but went first thing next morning and gone. I was so frustrated.

I enjoy going from time to time to search for hidden gems at a great price. Recently, with my wife, we found a (used) home pilates reformer for a fraction of its original price!

Nice place to get some decent stuff although some of it is MSRP for some used items and some items are straight up overpriced.

Its O.K. for a thrift store. Every once in a while you can get a good deal on high end items. That being said Ive seen shoes from Payless priced higher than brand name shoes. Ive seen generic brand of womens winter coats priced too high for this chain -$29.99 & up. I can go to Burlington Coat Factory and get a brand new one on sale or regular price & its still less than Savers. Considering that the clothes are donated here & they have been raising prices for a while now, Goodwill is looking pretty good to shop at.

Savers is always a go to store for me..I collect vintage toys and sometimes come across some treasures.

They have a LOT of clothes and most sizes. There is no fitting room access due to covid-19 so its a gamble when you buy and the prices are not as los as some other stores but you are sure to find SOMETHING with how much they have. My go to for getting clothes for work.

I am a frequent shoppers of Savers and regularly visit their other locations. It was my first time at this location and will also be my last because of the staff. The staff are unprofessional and like to make baseless accusations against its customers. Other customers defended the accused customer, but none of the other employees stepped in. As a result, this customer left empty handed. I decided to pay it forward and purchased that customer’s items and gave it to them outside of the store and asked for nothing in return. I was shocked and appalled at the employee behavior.

Great spot to find bargains. The clothes are well organise by style and size which make shopping a lot easier. Its hard to predict what is available but the furniture deals are insane, 10$ for a good kitchen table set it 5$ for a good dresser are not uncommon. Its worth the trip.

I decided to stop in to see why this store is always so busy. I was surprised by how expensive most of the clothing and household goods are. I enjoy shopping and do price comparison quite often. They do have items that are brand new with store tags still on them, but I cannot justify spending 20.00 on a sweater in a thrift store. I know that I can go to Macys, Nordstrom Rack, Jcpenney those types of department stores and buy everything brand new for less money than I would have to here . The store however was very clean and the employees were very friendly and seem to be happy working so for this latter part of my review I am giving them 4 stars .

I visit often and always purchase more than one item.They have deals and discounts that provide even greater savings. For pre-owned products this should be the first stop.Conveniently located right off of Rt. 95.

Prices are way too high. I can get brand new clothes on Macys clearance rack and some of the blouses at Savers are $10.00. Did they forget almost all of their items are donated and people who shop there are low income?

Got what I wanted and more... Had to wait in line of course but it went rather quickly the manager and the associate were very friendly very pleasant experience

I loved the clothes I bought, and for a great price. Pricing overall is a hit or miss, some things are over priced. I gotta say - it smells like feet and musk almost everywhere. The floors are dusty and dirty. And the fitting rooms are a mess. Please clean.

Savers is a nice place for clothes that are still in excellent condition if not unworn for cheap, cheap prices. Honestly Ive worn clothes from here all my life. Theres really no reason to always buy name brand, it just makes no sense. Especially when a little bit of searching can usually lead to you finding some name brand clothing. I love this place and will continue to visit, and you should too!

This place is huge! I could spend a whole hour here. I went in for a specific item (tablecloth) and came out with a bed sheet for $2 that will serve me perfectly. The store is well-organized for a thrift store, and they have a large selection. Especially enjoyed the books.

Love the store no problems there. Dropping off items to donate is a bit tough. There ALWAYS things over flowing I that area and no one ever comes out to help you and give you the tax/ coupon info. I always have to walk In and find someone to follow me out of I have a lot of stuff. Other than that all the staff members are friendly and I find awesome stuff there!

I went in looking for an ugly Christmas sweater but inside found some new coffee mugs, a science kit for my great niece and nephew and a nice pair of Florsheim shoes. You never know what youll find here.

Absolutely amazing! Alil pricey on the couches I just got, but they are practically brand new. I spent $525 on a full Parlor Set. Wrap around couch, and a love seat. Love it!!!

We came to this store because we suspect one of their employees is making fraudulent charges on my bank account and we asked to speak with the manager. HIS NAME IS JOE. He outright REFUSED to speak with us and said to come back the next day. This is a store MANAGER who is there to assist customers with any issues and how much more when we are talking fraud. I called another store and spoke with a manager to let her know the situation and asked if she could call this man to talk to us and she said she was not able to but that she would gladly give me the number to file a formal complaint to HR. The girl that took us to the managers office only to leave us outside, was also rude and obnoxious and proceeded to laugh thinking this was funny. UNBELIEVABLE.

I like coming here and looking. Especially at sales or holidays. Some good deals some pricey. Overall friendly service except one cashier who was rude. She didn’t want to ring me up I had one item. She rung up other customers before me and after I changed lines.

Great place to find things you need on a tight budget

I had a great time shopping there recently on a sale day. The staff was so pleasant and courteous even though I had an exchange and it was really hectic. The selection was great too. All in all, I had a nice experience and I will definitely return there to shop.

A treasure trove. You never know what you will find ! Some items are a little overpriced (think Ebay) but overall, a great place to find some cool stuff and blasts from the past ! Also, you can find clothing from top of the line brands for a fraction of the cost.

I have never been without needing to spend at least 10 minutes in the checkout queue. The clothes are mostly organized but there is much in the wrong place for the item type and size. While thats probably a customer based reason, the staff should regularly do upkeep to ensure things dont get crazy

I’ve never been to this store in my life and keep getting charged thirty-odd dollars a month. Fraudulent charges have been happening since August and the bank says there’s no fraudulent activity.

I did not want to give this one a star. I like Savers the store itself, but this location is the worst. Would not recommend this location. Unfriendly staff, unstocked, has unpleastant things, smells and is unorganized. The best ones are in East Providence, any of the MA locations and NH.

Friendly and helpful employees. Never know what youll find, but always a treasure of some sort. Fun to brouse! Need to wash anything you bring home so it doesnt smell musty.

So much fun to shop here! They always have a fantastic book selection, for dirty-cheap prices (especially, childrens book). And, when they have a sale....theyre practically GIVING it to you!

Items are very well priced. however I gave my experience only a 2 star rating because the sales associate who checked us out when paying was incredibly racist and rude to the Spanish women in front of us. they did not understand English and she was incredibly short and Curt with them when trying to decipher what they needed. I had to intervene and Translate. After the to Spanish women had left the vetA the white sales associate then thought it was appropriate to complain to me another white person about them not being able to understand English. and that they should go back to their countries if they cant speak our language

NB Summer 2017 hours are extended to be longer than the hours listed by Google.Bright, clean, cheery store. VERY nice staff. Im not sure it would be possible for a store to have kinder staff. Didnt see a bike rack. Within an easy ½ mile walk from a RIPTA stop. Parking lot could use a little TLC. Stairs at front entrance are steep but there is a ramp. I have not used the ramp for anything but walking. (Havent pushed a wheelchair up it, for instance.) Great bargains. I mean **REALLY** great bargains! A mere 4.9 miles from MacColl YMCA by bike, or 4.6 miles by car.

About the neatest second hand store youll ever find. Usually find something useful at a great price. They also have a charity drop off center there as well.

This Savers location is generally great for picking up deals on housewares, toys, and furniture. They separate out the craft supplies, which is really convenient. Staff is normally quite friendly.The clothes selection gets old a bit quickly, but then again Im there more often than most people! The toy aisle along the back is ALWAYS totally trashed. People just let their kids run wild there.

Sometimes the deals are good, and sometimes you wonder where they came up with that number. Still, one of the better non-religious thrift stores in the state.

If youre willing to sort through a lot of things you can find excellent brand labels in excellent condition at a fraction of the price of even TJ Maxx. Theyve got great stuff, but the only thing wrong is that they have too few dressing rooms... and too many people like me trying on way too many things, so theres quite a line for the dressing rooms, and you just have to be prepared to wait up to 15 to 20 minutes to get in the dressing room. If they had twice as many dressing rooms the place would be a hundred times better

Prices were good. That earned it 2 stars. This place was disorganized and a filthy mess. Stuff all over the place on floors, in the way, etc. Only savers ive been to that I wont return to. Womans bathroom was a disgusting mess. Clean up and organize folks. Youre giving a bad image of a fine thrift store.

Terrible pricing for used items! And wasn’t worth my trip, asked for a wholesale deal on the already overpriced CDs and they wouldn’t do any! Also wouldn’t give a discount on a used tv series that was the same price New elsewhere! Salvation Army always gave me deals worth my wild! (And even has better pricing!

It has a nice selection of used goods. Some items should be in trash and not sold. Many items are over priced for the condition they are in.

Not bad for a Savers. Better than many. Electrical/electronics section is poor compared to other locations. Parking lot is frequently overcrowded and is poorly maintained. Worst part is the entrance and exit of the lot. It can be a nightmare to get out. And many accidents occur as a result.

They have many good used thing if you want to help someone in need of for yourself. Always purchase bags of toys for my son under. 10 dollars

Its a pretty big Savers, but its 95% clothes. Other than that, the kitchen selection is pretty good, but most other departments are typically slim-pickings.

Always lots of good-quality clothes at very affordable prices. Levis for $10? YES! Buy whole outfits (shirt, pants, tie) for $15? YES! Larger sizes wont have as many clothes available, but theyre there.

They have good used goods at a very low price. I often find rare items here for an eighth of the price it would of been elsewhere.
