The mall was not even officially closed and it was one minute past 8. The doors had been closed, yet there were 10 people in the store. It was the day before Valentine’s Day and all I needed was a card- it would have taken me 2 minutes to pick one out, a rude sales associate refused to open the door and told me tough luck... I asked her if she even cared about making a sale and she said “nope, not at all” then slammed the door in my face. I would not reccomend this store purely because of the rude sales associates.
