This shop was recommended to me by a friend so I called them completely out of the blue with a request to help me get a broken screw out of a caliper. The guys were immediately accommodating and helpful and invited me to bring the item in to take a look. Within an hour, the problem was resolved. I could not be more satisfied and sincerely appreciated their help and that they were so friendly.

I had an (admittedly very small) project that I needed assistance with and the folks at Stearns were incredibly helpful. Based on the interaction, I would recommend consulting them if you have something that needs machining. If your project is something they can handle, I suspect theyll do great work!

I had old brass English shower, the connector got rotted & broke, could not get part replaced even in England. They stopped manufacturing it. I did not wanted to replace it with modern one . I looked around for tool makers& found Bob & Scott at Stearns Tool company.. They were professional & Scott spend lot time talking to manufacture from London & finally made the brand new connector at his shop which is as good as new one. He made special trip to my, looked the configuration & for measurement . This was master piece of work & I appreciated as Heart surgeon . I am enjoying my Shower.
