Great experience. After going to Cardis, Staples, Jordan’s and countless stores, I decided to stop in here. So happy I did. Walked out 20 minutes later w great chair. Owner is professional and nice too!!. Inventory is high quality and reasonable priced. Such a positive experience!!

This place really helped us out. My husband just joined a new company with a local office and was given the assignment of outfitting the location. The company gave him a maximum budget and from the 2 previous stores we had visited, it didnt seem likely we could get anywhere near that price.National is surprising from the outside. We remarked how much larger it is than we thought and the salesman (who was John) remarked that he hears that all the time and wished he could let the public know.Well we got down to business and my husband was shocked when the salesman said he thought he could make this work. My husband was able to pick out a combination of new and a couple of used pieces to put him right in target. Actually...he was going to be slightly over....but the salesman was able to lower the delivery & install fee to keep us under budget. We were happy when we left and eagerly awaiting our order.A few days after our order, we received a call that all our merchandise had arrived in their warehouse and when would be a convenient date for delivery. Well...everything just arrived and was installed. The delivery men were very polite and did whatever we asked. I am very happy with the product (so far) and would highly recommend their services.

Great selection of office chairs and very helpful staff.

Dont bother doing business with these people. They do not stand behind what they sell, blaming the manufacturer instead for defects to the products they sell. We purchased three desks and had them installed. Ordering, delivery and installation all went well but after installation we needed to slightly move desks to allow for outlet space under the desk. One of the desk tops broke. You should be able to move desks around in an office without them falling apart. When we called to complain, we were told that it was our fault for moving the furniture. If we wanted to purchase a new desk top to go with the desk we could do that but otherwise they could not help us. We purchased the new desk top, had to pay for it and pick it up. I called ahead the day we were going to pick up the desk top and was told it was all set for pick up. When it was picked up there was no customer service to speak of. The person in the front told us to go to the back, the person in the back asked us to help him move boxes so he could get to the box. He then opened the box and took the top off it to give to our driver, no box or wrapping, just a desk top to put in our truck. Unbelievably bad customer service, do yourself a favor and dont bother dealing with this company.

These guys were so good, I had to give them a 5 star review! We had a pipe burst over the weekend and furniture was ruined. I called them first thing Monday to see about renting some furniture. Things were crazy and John was great emailing me photos and calming me down.Even though their delivery schedule was booked, he rearranged things and was able to squeeze me in the next day. When we settle with the insurance company...I will definitely be shopping there for replacement furniture.

We also saw online that their prices were reasonable and looked like they offered some good quality office furniture. Truly accommodating experience, store, and service. Staff immediately facilitated our office furniture needs. Highly recommend them for furniture and design for office chairs of all kinds. Whether it is task chairs, ergonomic chairs, any kind of office chair they have or will find for their customers. They have an extensive collection of office desks and accessories too! I would definitely return if I wanted to buy a large desk or another office chair.

I went to National to furnish my new 3 person office back in late April of 2016. I was told that the furniture could be delivered in 7 to 10 days. We were looking for a mid May delivery date and this seemed fine at the time. We picked out furniture and waited for delivery., but unfortunately we learned the furniture was back ordered. Although we were not happy with this news, National Office was accommodating and worked to supply temporary furniture. They offered alternative furniture as well at a reduced price. We decided to stick with the original order. We did have a few phone tag issues, but National Office finally communicated the late June early July delivery. I am looking forward to having our furniture in our new office. Our delayed furniture should not sway future buyers from the business, but it is the reason for my 4 out of 5. In the end they have been very helpful.

Very nice staff, very helpful, a little too pricey for just popping in for 1 filing cabinet, but if youre looking for actual office furniture advice I wouldnt go anywhere else. These guys dream about horizontal 4 tier steel lined soft close filing cabinets.

They have a great outlet downstairs and we were able to find several items that worked for us. Steve was awesome and took his time and explained everything to us.

Opening a new facility in Rhode Island. I found this company on-line and called them before my visit. When I arrived they were waiting for me with a floor plan, furniture samples and chairs.They have a huge showroom to inspect many products and to try them out. This is important from me because the other places I called only had a couple of items on display and catalogs. I placed the order that day and all my furniture was delivered and installed within a week as promised.John was great and the delivery guy was awesome. He put the items in place and even moved them several times for us.

My back has been hurting and my doctor suggested a standing desk to relieve some of the pressure. I stopped in Saturday and there were several on display. The gentleman that works downstairs took some time and explained the differences between the various models. I was surprised they had several models in stock to take away with me. The other place I went said it would be a week or 2 until they would receive the unit. Only been using a couple of days.....but I really love it!

I work for a non-profit and had dealt with Business Surplus for years. When they closed I was fearful that I wouldnt have a go-to place for office equipment. When I stopped in National I was in a slight panic when I saw the furniture upstairs and knew that was out of my budget (but very nice).They directed me downstairs into the budget and used department. I was shocked how big the place is (doesnt look it from the outside)....and they had a massive selection. The staff was very friendly and courteous....I found almost all that I was looking for. We saved more because we picked up the items....rather than deliver.Will be back.

I have driven by this place many times and had no idea how large it is. Very deceiving from the outside. Our office needed a desk and chair for a new employee and one of my co-workers suggested this place.We stopped in and they had quite a selection of new and used furniture. We found a new desk that was on sale that wasnt much more than a used piece...so we chose that. Then we had a to select a chair. Must have sat in nearly 2 dozen before we made our final decision.They delivered the items and put in place. New worker seems happy (have my fingers crossed). Will definitely keep them in mind for next time.

Fantastic selection of new and used office furniture. Went in looking for desking systems and came out with a new system, a new desk and several ergonomic chairs for the office. Great staff, will certainly continue shopping here.

Added an employee and waited to last minute to furnish his office. Found something in stock that was affordable and built with quality. Delivered the next day and happy.

Stopped in today and walked through the entire building without seeing a soul. After looking at some of the prices I couldnt help it but laugh. For example, the cheapest seat you can find at staples is bare bones and about $50. Now picture that same seat, used, and this place is asking $169. This wasnt some special top quality brand, just an ordinary office chair with a back and no arms. This is not an exaggeration, these are the sticker prices. This stuff is used and beat up and they are asking more than the cost of the item if it was new. Finally upon leaving someone saw us there and when I said something about the pricing the guy just laughed. Well ok then, Ill go get the same stuff new from the store for cheaper. Do yourself a favor, avoid this place.
