We basically call home depot our second home these days as we redo our kitchen. We have done ship to store SEVERAL times now. They are always nice and right on things. They have made the pain of remodeling a little more easier for us. We like taking our dog there to get out and they are always so kind to him as well. They are always respectful and ask to pet him and give him treats. We also take our kids along and the employees are so kind to them as well. I very much value a kind person and Home Depot is truly filled with them.

Great to help and quick to check us out and even allowed the military discount which we have . the home depot in Yuma does not allow that discount if you dont have their form even though it shows on our drivers license very happy with home depot in Utah but not so much in Yuma

I just the good fortune of finally shipping at the home Depot. After my 500 dollar credit limit, I asked for a credit line increase but was joking when I asked for 10k, the computer was not able to do that without taking to a person so I asked for 5k, the computer upped my limit to 5,500 to my surprise as I was still kidding. Since my limit increase, I have had the opportunity to shop there, get paint and supplies. The staff knows their department and were very helpful. The check out was very nice and my over all experience was a good one. With my higher credit limit, I dont need to get a card for any other home fixing up place which is very nice. Im able to meet all my needs with home Depot. Im in the process of refinancing my home so home Depot will be the place I turn to, to get my house in order for the appraisal. Thank you home Depot.

They sell everything you need plus more. I found everything I needed because theyre so organized. Everyone is friendly. The store is clean & well lit. Easy to find bathrooms. They even sell some cleaning supplies to save you a trip to the grocery store.

They have 3 trucks for rental. One of them has a flat tire. One doesn’t have a license plate and the last one has expire plates. The 2 times I’ve tried to rent a truck from them I keep getting different unique excuses.

This is our favorite Home Depot and weve had mostly good experiences. -1 Star when doing returns you generally get ignored by the employees as they gossip. Eventually you just have to walk up to them and pretend to be a manager. In all seriousness they should be supporting customers and I shouldnt have to wait.

I was looking for rain gutters, I asked three different people where they were located and they all gave me the exact same directions, and they were all right! I was, of course impressed. P.S. They where all very nice and all smiles!

Outstanding service! Rarely these days dose one find superior service. Home Depot Provo hits the score in superior service. Nephi in the Plumbing department and his crew are outstanding in the work ethics, customer service, and treatment of each other! This is what will make us drive the extra distance to shop! Its a good clean environment but no one helped us in the refrigerator section and the employees were talking to each other and just kind of avoiding us.

Usually my favorite home improvement store. But, today I played hide and seek trying to find employees. I felt like I was at Lowes. When I finally found someone I waited at the 6 foot stand off and the employee at the desk didnt even look up. Intently focused on his computer he didnt even glance or acknowledge that hed be with me in a minute. I walked just about to the other end of the store before I could locate another employee. I asked him for help, he kindly escorted me back to the other guy and said hed help. After a few minutes I left without service.

Visited on a Saturday at about 3pm. Place... Was... Insane!! Way busy and it was hard finding knowledgeable staff when it came to the riding lawnmowers. We asked several times for help and nobody came. We finally decided on what to purchase and just went to checkout as staff never arrived to answer or questions. Stock was great and plenty of staff in the store but hard to find knowledgeable ones when it came to the lawn mowers. But, for as busy as it was, checking out and loading the machine went rather quickly.

Not my go to hardware store but thats because I live in Orem and they dont have location super close to me as their competitor does. Most items are more affordable here vs the other one and the customer service is pretty good here although most if not all checkouts are self checkout.

Fine. Its Home Depot! Not much to say. I will say, tho....if you need hand sanitizer by the gallon at a great price... Home Depot is the place. They have it all out for everyone to see. They cant give that stuff away! We just went for salt for our water softener. That was it! Glad they were open late!

Terrible customer support. We bought a lawn mower and the battery went out in a year. EGO which is the lawn mower brand is terrible to work with and so is Home Depot. Neither company couldn’t do anything for us even though it was under warranty. To make it worse, the manager of the Provo store was useless and didn’t seem like he knew anything that was going on. The general associate was able to give me more information than he was.

I am unsure what to rate this honestly. Home Depot was great but the Installer (another company) didnt install our counter well, Huge gaps and we where told it would be sealed but it was not.. so...5 for HD and 1 for Vendor..

Glidden paint sucks. Sprays terrible, smells like antifreeze, and likes to run bad and 10 gallons did not go as far as expected.As for everything else in hardware stores, lumber prices make one sick right now....

At the checkout I was offered a card for points, which I thought was a loyalty cards. I had just financed a car and had my credit score checked for that, so I didn’t want my credit score checked again so soon to prevent my credit score to unecessarily drop. I asked the cashier 2x about it, and she assured me it wouldn’t check my score. Ló and behold, by the time I got gone I had already got a message from my bank and from my credit card that my score had been checked by Citybank, which does that for Home Depot. Not cool! I called Citybank, Home Depot … and it ended up that they gave me a store credit card. I barely use Hone Depot. I rent! Not cool!

If you dont need help usually Home Depot is convenient. As a company I cant recommend them. I was using home depot for a lot of things for a while, so I got their credit card. (Not a smart idea) Figured I would build credit. Well years later I started using them less. So they lower my limit without any warning and lowered my credit score. Of course I can ask them to increase it again, but years of building credit ruined in a single day. DO NOT get their credit card. Other companies at least give you the curtesy of notifying you.

I have to say that most of your products compared to Lowes are better from my experience. Even tho everything is way over priced, I still shop here every day and the Depot has all the stuff Im looking for . Helpful, Customer Service,& Knowledgeable?? Not so much, but still above Lowes most of the time.

I usually have a good experience here which is why I’m giving 3 stars. Today, however, I went to get around $500 in blinds, and they showed no interest in helping me. There was no one in the blinds section so I asked a worker if he could page someone. He acted disinterested but said he would. After waiting in the blinds section for 15 minutes with two small/ornery kids, I left. Usually I don’t mind you guys but today I’m going to Lowe’s.

I have been to many Home Depot locations and I am always disappointed with the staff at this one, especially my latest visit.I needed lumbar cut and the kid who measured and cut it had to be taught how to use a tape measure!! My pieces were off by over 1/3” and it was incredibly frustrating. If you don’t know how to use a tape measure, you shouldn’t be in charge of cutting lumbar for customers.The staff is never in any sort of hurry and you can be waiting for service for several minutes, especially at the lumbar cutting and paint counters.Many of the aisles are messy and clogged with equipment so getting around is difficult.

Great store! Clean and efficient service. We ordered a Makita drill that came with batteries, and although staff thought it didnt come with the batteries, they worked with us on the issue and quickly found out from their supervisors what should happen. We got the drill with the batteries, and it was a pleasant experience!

This is my preferred store to go to when needing anything for the house or garden. Prices are good and I usually find what I am looking for. Why 4 stars? We’ll, I went there several times during the pandemic restrictions and I never saw anyone cleaning the self checkout guns or the screens.

Repeatedly have better selections with better prices than most similar stores (at least for wood and fence materials I needed this last month. And the service has been very good, pointing me to the right areas and materials.

We were helped by cashier Amanda and she was friendly and quick to help us check out. Very pleasant.

This is the worst place. All I wanted is to get a price on concrete. I was put on hold for a long time they dropped my call and that recording at the first was ridiculous.

Came in for kitchen appliances and got great support and help from Natalia G. You can tell the whole department is run well and Natalia was especially knowledgeable. I would recommend purchasing here any day, in part because the sales staff doesn’t work on commission, so they can focus on getting you the best deal.

I went to the home depot in provo, and a gentleman names Austen helped me while in the painting section! He really made the trip quick and easy, and grabbed exactly what i needed based off a description and or a photo! As well he seemed to get along with all the coworkers as well! Good man!

I keep coming back because the selection is good, but my experiences rarely are. Got jammed up in several different aisles because of random carts ladders and stairways scattered everywhere, sometimes accompanied by employees standing directly in the way of several carts of traffic without seeming to notice because theyre talking to one another. I honestly dont enjoy coming here and wish I had more options in my area.

Their tool rentals are amazing. Seriously great equipment. Everything Ive purchased from here works great, never had any issues. The only thing i wish was easier was to sign up for their veterans discount. They want me to send in a copy of our DD-214 whereas Lowes will just check your drivers license for the veteran logo and thats enough. Lowes also makes it easier for spouses to use the veterans discount. Just a suggestion!

BUYER BEWARE: Do not buy or have appliances installed by Home Depot. I purchased a new fridge from Home Depot about 4 months ago to have installed at my moms home. During the installation the installers slammed the new fridge back so hard that it broke the copper water line that was behind the fridge which started to leak. The water leaked so bad that it completely ruined the solid oak flooring in the kitchen, damaged cabinets, and caused major damage in our basement with water in the ceiling and down the walls.Home Depot has been horrible to work with and their third party delivery company and insurance has been even worse. We had 2 restoration companiescome out and estimate the total in the damages and the repairs and it came out to be thousands and thousands of dollars to repair the damage. We just got a response from their insurance adjuster and they are not even willing to cover half of the repairs from the damage they caused. It is honestly disheartening to see two quotes from good companies to restore property that was damaged by their install company, and then not even be willing to pay for half of it. Absolutely horrendous morals and integrity shown by the insurance companies Home Depot’s installers employ.I will never buy another appliance from Home Depot again and will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward. A company that does this kind of business doesn’t deserve to be in business in my opinion.

This home Depot is night and day difference from the American fork store. The staff isnt bugging but rather nice respectful & helpful when needed. I have had in depth questions in several different areas & the employees answered all I had. The store cleans as well!!!

I hated my experience visiting this shop. Everything is all over the place and the people shoppers seemed crazy. So crowded. People with animals just plugging the walk way. It aint cute when youre blocking the way.

Its ALWAYS a real DRAG when I need something fron home depot. I swear the ONLY reason they even HAVE employees is because the employees want a paycheck!It never fails. When I finally find an employee to ask for help... they see a customer coming and run and hide... pretending to need to be somewhere else IMMEDIATELY. When I see two or three just chatting.. when they see someone approach they scatter like cockroaches. Its not new... it has been that way for years!MANY customers have a love/ hate relationship with Home Depot.... not just me.

Going in person is like any other Home Depot. However, I mark them down to 3 stars due to their curbside delivery being too big of a promise they can’t deliver on. App says it takes 2 hours to fulfill which I am guessing corporate thinks that each location can fulfill that promise with relative ease. However Provo location will call you to argue that it takes at least 24 hours or more for curbside delivery. Then I have to guide the person I sent on the phone where to find it in store and it took them much longer time that Home Depot advertised.

I will NEVER order an appliance from Home Depot EVER again. I ordered a new fridge and upon delivery, the 2 gentlemen told us that the fridge would not fit through our doorway from our living room to the kitchen. I asked if they just removed the doors of the fridge if that would make it fit. They said no that they couldnt remove the doors because then it might not work if they reinstalled them since they are electric. They suggested we remove the door frames to get the fridge through. While my husband and dad were removing the door frames the delivery guys tell me they have to go and just call them and they will come back and install the fridge. Literally 10 minutes after they leave we try calling them and get no response. So I call Home Depot and explain the situation to them and the agent I spoke with tells me that they should have just removed the doors to get it to fit. He then places me on hold to call the delivery service who tell him that they shouldnt have left our house until it was installed and they couldnt get a hold of them so they will be contacting us to reschedule another appointment to come NEXT WEEK to finish installing our fridge.So now, I have a new fridge sitting in my living room and busted up door frames that didnt need to be taken apart in the FIRST PLACE had they just removed the doors of said fridge. We kept trying to call the delivery guys throughout the day hoping to catch them to come back, but never did. My husband ended up calling his friends to come and help him move the fridge and set it up themselves, which guess what? They had no problem removing the doors and getting the fridge in place. But what did they find when they removed the doors? A ding in the front door and a huge scratch inside the fridge on the drawer. So we have a dinged up fridge, busted doors, and NO WATER LINE because they failed to include that as well.In the end, we got the fridge in place, Home Depot provided a water line that we had to go and pick up, but that was it. No sorry for the dings. No, sorry they had you destroy your house for no reason. No sympathy, no offer to fix our home that didnt need to be destroyed, no refund for the failure to include parts, nothing.Never again will I order an appliance from here. I will stick with RC Willey who actually takes every precaution and assistance when things go wrong.

Ridiculous.We ordered a new dish washer a month ago. They kept scheduling times that weren’t available to us. When we finally got a time that worked, the installers broke our water pipe...Home Depot doesn’t want to take responsibility for this third party, and it’s been a week since they broke the water line, and still no plumber.Terrible customer service. Ridiculous that they never reached out to us. We had to reach out to them constantly about updates.

Had 2 items on the side of the store that did customer service/returns. Walk up to 4 employees doing nothing/ looking on phones. Was told we had to go to self check. Where we had to wait for a self check. People, why do we accept this?!? Time to shop online at smaller retailers.

You’ll always find everything you need in here. I liked how friendly the staff is. They are always wondering is you need help and searching for ways to give you ideas. I have gone there several times not sure of what I want to work on a project and the employees there always help me a lot to figure out what is it that I need to buy to do what I want. Their check out system is very fast and they have a great customer service in case you need to make a return. My favorite place of the store is the rental, I think that’s great because if you aren’t doing a lot or big project and just need a certain tool to make something you can just go rent it there and you can have it for the time you need to finish your project. Prices are fine, just what is expected. Also you can use the web page while you are in the store so you can find your items easily, just go to the Home Depot website and search for whatever you are looking for, open the item you want and in there you will be able to find in which aisle you will find the product that you need.

Home Depot is about the best home improvement store in the area but they arent quite perfect. My main complaints are that they frequently have items I need that are out of stock despite their app showing that they have the items. The other main complaint is the quality of many products is tending towards the cheap Chinese end of the scale (especially tools).Id love to see them fix their inventory reporting on their app and to offer more American made products.Despite those flaws I still recommend Home Depot for anyone working on home improvement projects.

When user employment error results in accusing a customer of stealing an item THAT ISN’T EVEN THE ITEM WE BOUGHT. It’s not ok.As employees you shouldn’t be throwing your customers under the bus just so you can save you face because YOU made a mistake. And it obviously shows lack of education.

I returned some light bulbs that werent the right size. The employees greeted me right away and took care of the return. After that, it was easy to find the right size. Thank you!

When returns they give you a card to use in store, later you send your employee to buy and they cant use it because the person who return the item is the only one who can redeem it whit their ID. Returns are the worst here deserve no star.

I literally go here so much for projects that the staff recognize me, Ive never had an issue with anything, always easy to find staff, theyre friendly and always willing to help. I usually come here even though lowes is closer because I feel like they have a higher quality selection of power tools.

People dont know how to keep thier distance and nobody can enforce the mask mandate well enough to keep other people safe from other customers nasty germs. I hated going into the store with my kids. We all wore masks, but the majority of all the other customers, sadly, were not and that is scary as hell.

I often find what Im looking for when I go here because I usually check ahead online :). Prices are sometimes a bit high for some items, but often I can find an alternative at a fairly reasonable price, or I go elsewhere. Also, if one employee doesnt know where to locate something I usually find another worker who does and usually online it says what aisle the item is on if I look ahead.

Ordered a small fridge online to be delivered because I have back problems. It was shipped from the Provo store and dropped off without letting me know it had arrived. Upon inspection I saw that one corner was damaged, likely dropped. Called Home Depot, and after being sent to a few people I was sent to the appliance section. I asked if it can be picked up as it would be difficult for me to return due to said back problems. Was told they cannot do that but can bring it in for a swap. Not helpful at all and will be returning product as soon as help is available. See pick of damage.

Everytime I go in this store, there are many many employees in the aisles. When you ask them a question they say thats not my department and send you on a wild goose chase to find who is. I usually ask male customers to help me.! I did go to a Home Depot while I was in New Jersey and bought my daughter a washer and dryer. They were great! Wonderful customer service there. Employees are very helpful. Lot of contractors go there for their supplies. They also have tool rental there. Also have curb side pickup.
