There are not a lot of shops I fill out reviews for, but University Collision will definitely be one of them.I was referred to them by a coworker who spoke of their high quality paints and I needed a project bumper painted for my Toyota Corolla Hatchback, so I decided to give them a shot. I spoke with Scott to get an estimate, and expected to have quite a wait due to their busy schedule. However, they were able to fit me in and I dropped off my bumper the same day. They did the prep work, primer, and final paint work on the bumper, and to my surprise they worked on it the very same day I dropped it off. I was able to pick it back up from them within 48 hours; their turnaround was fantastic.The bumper was exactly as I hoped it would look. Their paint is of very high quality. I was actually able to watch their painter match the paint color on my car when I dropped the bumper off and I was impressed that they went beyond just using the factory paint code color, instead using a process of narrowing down many close options to get a good fit again my cars existing paint. The result of this process was a piece that looks like factory paint and fits in well with the rest of my car. I am exceedingly happy with the quality of the color match. In some light a slight difference can be seen between panels, but this is almost guaranteed to be due to the fact that the clear coat on the rest of the car is not as new as the clear coat on the bumper, and does not bother me one bit.I am very happy with the work they did on my bumper. Since then, I have also been back to get some scratches buffed out from where I had been nudged by another car. Again they were able to fit me in despite their busy schedule, and took my car in right away. Within 30 minutes the scratches were gone and the impact points were virtually invisible. Scott and his team absolutely took care of me, and I definitely plan to return for any of my body/paint repair needs. I will also be recommending them to anyone I know that needs similar work. This team is amazing! From the front desk to the actual body work, they don’t cut any corners, and they kept me in the loop for the entire service.I was T-boned on my way to work, and bringing my car here was the only good thing to come out of that. They saved my vehicle, worked with the unhelpful insurance company, and made my life go a lot more smoothly.I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone!

I would trust these people with my newborn child. Is that a little too far? Maybe, but I really just cant speak enough to how professional, kind, helpful, caring, and good these people are.Im honestly a little sad that my car is fixed because I wont get to communicate with them anymore, haha. Everyone was professional, personable, and worked to get us a fair price while providing quality service. We went to several places who gave us much higher estimates and did not look for other parts, but University Collision took extra time to find us what we needed at an amazing cost. They also did it even with our short time frame! We would come here again without question, and we would recommend them to anyone.

University collision repaired my Honda Civic after a deer hit. The damage was pretty bad and they were able to get the car looking brand new. They did a great job. Pete was patient with me and answered all my questions and they went above and beyond to try and find parts during this difficult time for part shortages etc. I highly recommend them!

I love Scott and his team at University Collision! Ive painted MANY golf carts with them, and theyve always been fair and the end product is amazing! Thats not-to-say that they cant do incredible work on cars too! After a fender-bender they took care of my 1999 Ford Ranger and made it look as good as new... well almost too good for a 99 ranger. :) I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

They took the time to make sure things were done right. After preping the area that needed repaired I was called and told that they did not like how it was turning out so if it was OK with me they wanted to keep my truck one more day and make sure it was right. When I got it back I found that it looks better than I was hoping for. Scott was awesome to work with and made sure to keep me posted on how things were going. I would drive from Payson to Provo to work with them again!

After a car accident, we needed some work done on our car, and after visiting 3 different shops, University was over $400 cheaper than the others. They got our car done in 4 days, which was incredibly fast. It came back looking literally brand new, and everyone we worked with was very helpful and professional. Their facility, office, and customer service was all very professional, and they were totally transparent with me and their work. I received daily photo updates to see the work on my car. They worked very quickly and efficiently and I would have had my car back in less than a week had it not developed a minor, unrelated issue that reared its ugly head.Although they were only responsible for repairing the bodywork, Scott worked tirelessly to try and solve it, and we eventually resolved the issue and I had my car again. Scott and his employees went out of their way to repair the dent and then some.They reshaped, sculpted and paint-matched the fender expertly, I am unable to distinguish where the OEM ends and their work begins. I recommend University Collision for anyone seeking top-notch work and peace of mind.

DO NOT GO HERE! I took my truck here after an engine fire and I couldn’t be more disappointed in the results. Scott intially made me feel like I was in good hands but he’s a lot of talk. I was told 4 weeks tops and 4 MONTHS LATER it was done and it was a fight every step of the way. From having, to find and supply some of my own parts to not having things done at all to being cursed at !

University Collision is amazing and I highly recommend them for your car repair needs. They do excellent work and are very customer-oriented. I took my car in to get a scratch repaired. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to other bids. Normally, it would take 1 or 2 days to fix this scratch, but they squeezed me in and I had my vehicle done and ready to go within 24 hours, so I had my vehicle before the weekend. That part is truly amazing but being without a car sucks! Thank you University Collision! They have definitely earned my business.

An absolutely amazing establishment that is run by a team that truly cares. Not only was I astounded by their friendliness, but also their impeccable work at such straight-forward prices. I had a nice scratch on the side of my car from a patch of ice on the driveway causing me to hit my garage. The door had numerous dings as well from years of being in parking lots and people opening their doors too quickly. To paint over the scratch, they first had to fix the dings, to which Scott called me personally to make sure the additional work was ok with an additional charge. That is thought for the customer, and now my car looks better than ever. They even washed it for me! I highly recommend this establishment for at least an estimate.

This place has been a life-saver! I had gone to other collision repair centers in Provo that couldn’t get me in for at least 3-4 weeks but the folks at University were able to fit me in immediately. It’s unfortunate that my car was damaged so close to Thanksgiving, but it would seem like it was any other day for them. They were very easy to work with and were able to help put me at ease to this whole experience. Cassidy even offered to pick me up from the rental car place in case they couldn’t drop me off! Really nice people! They were easy to work with and provided constant updates. I felt like the estimates I was given were fair and accurate and much better than others I’d received. (I got quoted factory parts for a cheaper price overall than others who quoted me off-brand parts). Long story short, I will definitely recommend them again and suggest that you, whoever is reading this, take your vehicle to them!

After my car was backed into, striking the passenger rear door, I needed to find a reliable body shop. I got quotes all over Provo and Orem, but found that the reviews for this shop were far above any of the others. Their rates were the most competitive as well. When I stopped by with my vehicle, Scott crouched down next to my car and put his ear to the door, and tapped all over and rubbed the crunched exterior, then from the inside repeated the process. It was like he was the dent whisperer! He then came back in and put together the quote quickly. They performed the work quickly. I called in to check on it because I was curious if they had the parts delivered yet, and they said Yeah were just finishing detailing it! Come pick it up! They honored the original quote and turned it around in less than 48 hours. Not only did they do a perfect job restoring the damaged parts of my vehicle, but they detailed the car to the point that it looked better than when I bought it! When our 2016 Jeep Cherokee was fixed which cost $7k it looked like our car came off the showroom floor brand new as if nothing bad ever happened and the lifetime warranty is no extra! These are the uncrash professionals because they have the power to hit the rewind button! They give you regular text and/or email detailed progress reports with pictures so you know exactly whats going on. While I was waiting in the front I could overhear Scott on the phone talking with one of his suppliers to negotiate a better or cheaper price for parts for a client. I got body work done here after getting in an accident on a road trip. The door they repaired on my car was done in an unsafe and illegal way, putting my life at risk on the road because they did not replace the intrusion beam that had been bent. This beam in the door is what takes the hit during impact, saving the drivers life. When it is bent once, it has to be replaced, since it only works once. The outside of the door looked good so I might not have ever known, but luckily for me, the door sounded funny when it shut so I took it to get a second opinion, since University Collision was not helpful or open to my asking them about the noise (they got oddly aggressive when I mentioned it). When I found that the work they had done was not only not correct nor up to standard code, but that they had knowingly put my life at risk by not replacing the internal structure of the door (and they knew I was planning on driving back across the country at that!), I went back and brought it to their attention, asking for a refund for the part of their work that needed to be redone properly. The owner was angry, defensive, refused to own up to what they had done, was aggressive, hostile and attacked me in a horribly mean way. Without going into details, I ended up having to take them to small claims court which took months and finally got all the money back because the case was obvious, but it was a lot of effort and time and money that could easily have been avoided, and I was treated horribly in the process. They were deceitful up until the end, not only with me but with various organizations and the law. This was definitely not worth the couple hundred dollars I supposedly was saving by going with them over the other local shops who were much more honest and transparent!

University Collision is my go to place for any body work. Ive used them several times; they are honest, friendly, and do a great job. It is clear the owner takes pride in his establishment. Quick service. They do a great job of explaining the options and giving you the best choices possible.

This is the best car shop I have ever used. From the moment I entered into the office, I felt welcomed. The family that own this shop is so friendly. They kept my son entertained with the books and puzzles they had there, offered him treats and put on a cartoon for him. They explained everything in the quote I was given and made sure I felt comfortable with the price before they moved on anything. The prices are very reasonable! They also have a free service set up that sends you text and email alerts with updates. I was sent pictures of my car with every step so I knew that my car wasnt being neglected. When I picked my car up, it looked amazing. The paint was flawless. They had even cleaned out my disgusting mom car. It was vacuumed and wiped down completely. They guarantee their work too! So if the paint starts chipping or anything goes wrong, they fix it! My car is there right now getting more work done on it because I liked them so much. I will be recommending my friends and family to this awesome shop.

Had a front fender. Scott was amazing. What I liked the most was how he gave me multiple options and explained them in great detail. Both options were very reasonably priced, and I went with the less expensive one (which he recommended, so I definitely wasnt being pressured into anything). The finished repair looked great and he even gave me a free bottle of touch-up for some pre-existing scratches and made sure I knew how to use it by showing how to put it on. So yeah, the repair was well-priced and only took a few days, so that was really good, but what I really appreciated was how well Scott explained everything in a way that I could understand my options/what would be done, as Im not the best with understanding complex car stuff. Everyone I interacted with there was really nice as well. Would definitely recommend.

I took my truck in on Monday got it Thursday. They were quick and friendly. The quality of the work is very noticeable. We now have a new place whenever we need to repair our cars, plus they vacuumed and washed my truck! Awesome service!

This company has been such a pleasure to deal with! Theyve been very helpful with the insurance and rides to rental to ensure I am taken care of. Best of all they are a lot cheaper than the competitors around. My estimate was a 1,000 dollars cheaper than Cascade Collision! Plus no where near as long wait time to get the car fixed. It only took them two days to fix my car where competitor would of taken up to 10 business days. Also, I had my gas door replaced that only cost $56!! It would of cost $100 just for the part alone at the dealership not including the work. I highly recommend this company if youre looking for being put first as a customer, low cost, fast and amazing work!!!

Im impressed with their thoroughness. They found damage another shop missed. Im having them do the work because even with the extra repairs theyre less expensive. They fixed another vehicle in the accident I was involved in and theres no sign any work needed to be done. That vehicle looks new again. Its several years old and has a lot of miles on it.

Really great service! The employees and owner were so kind to me. As cliche as it sounds, they really treated me like their neighbor. They did all they could for me as if it was their own car. The only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars is due to how much longer it took for them to fix the car than they said. I had a rental car for about 5 days longer than expected. However, I was very pleased with their customer service.

Never chose to use a collision service because I was always aware of getting taken, but NOT by these folks. They are honest, creative, and helped me with a decent dent in a large Chevy pickup. I didnt want any bells and whistles and they gave me what I asked for: a dent-free vehicle for less than $75. Didnt try to sell me on extra paint, clear-coat, etc. Honest, fast, and reliable.

Scott and his team did a good job fixing the scratch on my car. They have lower prices than competitors. They also clean the car inside and out once theyre done.************1.5 year update: Change from 5 to 3 stars. The paint repair that was done still looks good. Theres no noticeable evidence of any repair being done. I had to take the interior trim off of my lift gate to do another repair to my car. I noticed that about half of the clips and pins that hold the interior plastic trim were either broken or missing; causing my lift gate to have obnoxious rattles for the last year and a half. University collision has been the only business/person to disassemble this part of my vehicle; Im the original owner. So while the paint work they did was good, their knowledge/care they took to disassemble and reassemble that part of my car was sloppy, damaging some of the attachment features on the interior trim of my vehicle. While the damage isnt visible when assembled, its certainly audible when closing the lift gate and driving on bumpy roads.

I had been in an accident and needed my front bumper replaced as well as my resonator, liners for the wheel wells, and a side rocker. When I went in, things were explained clearly and the staff listened as I wanted to clarify what my options were. The car was completely repaired, looks good, and was done in a reasonable timeframe that was estimated and told to me before the actual appointment. Friendly staff, nice waiting area, overall pleased with the service.

I took my Nissan Titan to get repairs after my wreck and everyone there treated me great, answered all my questions and took care of all my questions and concerns. I am very pleased with the results and quality of the work they did and hopefully never need to go back but if I ever do need repairs again this will be the first and only place I would go

I bought a brand new 2017 Chevy Silverado. Before it even had 2000 miles on it, the bed of the truck got smashed in a parking lot. (So glad the person was honest and let a note with insurance info. Rare these days). I took it to a few places, even a dealer that just wanted to do a pound and paint. Drill a few holes to pull out the dent bang it close and put some Bondo on it. Throw a little paint at it and call it a day. I remembered that Scott has fixed some work cars for us and decided to have him take a look. As soon as he saw it before I could even say anything he said. Oh man a truck this new. It needs a new bed side. Finally someone willing to go to bat for me and get the insurance to do it right. He was also willing to put in the time to do it right. He worked with my schedule to get it done and the truck looks amazing again. Great to work with a guy who understands how much our trucks mean to us and how much we love them to look perfect. Can’t say enough good things about Scott and his team. Everyone willing to please, help and take the pain out of having a car accident. I also got daily texts/pics about the progress of the truck. Glad I did not settle for one of the pound and paint hack jobs.

Took my car in for a bumper replacement. They took care of the painting and prep beforehand, then the actual replacement took less than 30 minutes. Very happy with the quality of work, and the good treatment of my time.

Had a lady run into my truck and my insurance gave several auto body shops to choose from and I picked University Collision. I am glad I did. Scott will take care of you and get your vehicle back to you on time. He is very prompt and makes sure everything will be taken care of and any questions answered. When I first brought my vehicle in, I had my kids with me and they were very kind, even with the kids being little rascals. They gave them some ring pop suckers and they loved it. If I have to get any my vehicles repaired in the future, University Collision will be the shop I will go with.

Scott and his crew went above and beyond for me. Me and my family had been coming to University Collision for years, and I knew the old owner Jim had always done a great job. I didnt think that the service could get better than it was when Jim ran the shop. It definitely has! Scott did everything he could to make my truck look as good if not better than before. Anybody who needs body work done on their vehicle should definitely bring it in to University Collision! I could not be happier the results of my experience with them. I dont usually write reviews for companies but Scott and University Collision went above and beyond for me so I know they will for you. It is your loss if you go somewhere else.

Scott did work for me in 2007. He did such a great job that I knew exactly where to take it when someone backed into me last week.Scott, Jim and Christy were all very friendly and outgoing. It made an otherwise frustrating experience much, much easier.Just as I thought, my car turned out looking like new. If I ever have another need, I know I will take it here.
