We had a big trip planned and days before we were supposed to leave our transmission failed. PRTC came to our rescue and rebuilt our transmission. They stayed over time the day before we left on our trip. The road trip was over 2000 miles and the trans didnt give us any problems. Thanks PRTC.

I went in to Gary to have a 700r4 transmission rebuilt. I was on a budget and it was my grandpas old truck so I installed it myself. I was young and inexperienced and Gary worked me for everything I had. He gave me a quote and then charged me $200 more than what he quoted. Less than 10,000 miles later I have leaks at the linkage, the pan, the torque converter, and the drive gear housing. I shouldnt have gone to him especially because he didnt give me any type of warranty. In fact, He didnt know how to run his computer to print me off a receipt. He said his wife would do it the next day and mail it to me. I never got a receipt. This guy was really nice but he takes advantage of people.

Called to get apart for my truck said was one price and he had it I explained I lived few hours away and on a budget he assured me they had what I needed and would take care of me.. after having drove 2 1/2 hours I show up the part is not ready and then after 2 hours at the shop he tells me its $350more then what I was quoted over phone by the same guy. And then said o wall wont be ready untell tomorrow. late afternoon

Got me a working transmission for a great price highly recommend

I am restoring a 57 Belair, and was introduced to Gary by a friend. I am astonished that he made one transmission out of two. In addition he rebuilt a 60 year old power steering assembly including making a valve for it. I looked everywhere for a power brake unit and to my amazement the guy overhauled it too!!! I cant tell you what he charged me because you wouldnt believe it anyway. Do yourself a favor and see Gary, it will save you the year and a half I looked for a guy with his talents. They are very hard to find at his price, and the caliber of his work.
