We had just bought a home and needed the whole upstairs carpets replaced. Carpets America in Provo were recommend to us from our realtor and it was a wonderful experience! Matt was a wonderful salesman that helped us pick out quality carpet and get one that was right for us. He was awesome in helping us get it done asap! Jordon was our installer and was so polite, worked quickly all by himself and did a wonderful job without dinging up the baseboards! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Carpets America was fantastic! We got new LVP flooring downstairs and all new carpet upstairs and we love it! Great quality!The installers were very professional and finished in a timely manner. The baseboards had to be removed and reinstalled and they did a really great job. Remodels are zero fun but this part of the project was easy. If you’re looking for new carpet or flooring go down and ask for Trevor- he helped with all the samples (I took a million) and made the process pain free! Carpets America for the win!

These guys were amazing! They have wonderful customer service, everyone is helpful and professional. The response time for questions is so fast and the installation for both tile and carpet was impressive. The tile installer is truly a perfectionist, so he totally worked for me! The carpet installer was very good and took off his shoes when he was walking over the brand new floor, something small for some, but I really appreciated it. The gentleman overseeing the project was Chris.! He really knows the ins and outs of the job, along with being patient and kind with all my questions for a first time installer for these things. I hghly recommend them!!

Jordan Reyes Did an excellent job. He was a hard worker and figured out difficult situations in repairing a hallway carpet to stretch along with a family Room carpet that needed be stretched and a complex mudroom carpet that needed to be stretched.He was pleasant and very helpful in moving some furniture out of the way to stretch the carpets. We would highly recommend him to do any kind of installation or carpet work.

I paid a hefty down payment on May 18, 2021 and was told it would be 3 weeks at the outside to have the tile laid. At the end of June, 6 weeks in we were still waiting and I went for a refund. Suddenly the tile showed up and it would be installed in another week. Near the end of the day after a week had gone by I called and said to cut me a refund check and all of a sudden at the end of the day here comes some teenagers to tear out the old flooring. We then told it would be the end of the week to the next week before tile could be laid. Another epiphany, after calling the store manager we would have the tile installed the next morning. Here comes a couple of installers and setup their equipment on carpet and go to work laying tile and putting tile dust all over the house. When we arrived we had to run them out of the house with their equipment after the mess had already been made. I cant believe that is the best someone can do when they enter someone elses home. I complained to Treavor at the office and he took $!00.00 dollars off for the cleanup. We have bought quite a bit of carpet and other flooring from this company in the past, but I feel they have seen us for the last time. We have always had good service from this company in the past, but apparently that is something that they couldnt care less about these days. All they want is their money and forget the customer.

Carpets America did a good job on the sales and customer service side for me. They had several good carpet options and their prices were competitive. Our sales person was kind and responsive. The install had a few hiccups; however, their customer service was great. With every installation finding they did what they could to repair it as fast as possible. When you combine our great experience upfront and their responsiveness to the installation findings, I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone.

The sales person at CoA was super nice and responsive. It seemed like things were going well, then went downhill when it came time for the installation of the flooring. The original installers canceled due to a double booking and the replacement team of installers damaged a good amount of our baseboards, door frames and even our kitchen cabinet in a few places. Carpets of America makes you sign that they have no liability for damage of the baseboards although they make you pay $200 if you want them removed and re-added. I understand that there will be some damage but not to the level it was. The installer company Upgrade lied or should I say failed to live up to their promise to us twice, saying they would return to fix this and that. Never did. Took another 2 weeks to get someone to come back and put on the baseboards they failed to put on. As well they mounted our toilet crooked and when we brought that up we were told that we would have to hire a plumber to resolve that. Did a bad job at caulking the tubs. Left a weird gap at the top of our stairs because they didnt plan it correctly so the lip didnt go in to the stair nose piece. They cut a small piece and just butted it up crookedly. Many uneven places as well as door frames cut too high and even some spliced/ruined. For the amount of money we spent, I cant believe what a wreck was left behind. No real accountability.

We worked with Chris with getting carpet in two basement bedrooms. He was great to work with and very informative. I was hesitant to go with Carpets America because I had heard they were more expensive. However, Carpets America is fairly priced and the service was better than other local places. They have a variety of carpet to meet your price needs. The installation wasnt the smoothest, as the first guy to come didnt get all the carpet and there was a 2 hour gap of when the second guy showed up with the remaining carpet. Other than that the carpet feels even better installed, and the installation work itself was done very well. Definitely recommend the premier pad, it feels so good to walk on!

I really liked the quality and variety of carpets I found at Carpet America. Tanya did a great job of talking me through my options and helping me find something that would work for us. The carpet got here fast, the binding is beautiful, and delivery went smoothly. I was disappointed that the area rug pads they offered were much more expensive than what I could find online, but Tanya was pretty straightforward about what they were able to do and what they werent, so I could make an educated choice. Ill head back to them when I finish my basement.

Carpet is wonderful, service was wonderful before purchase, installers were both good and bad. They did a great job transitioning between hard surfaces and the carpet. However, they completely banged up the walls in the brand new house. There were holes in the wall, huge gashes all over, and black marks covering the bottom two feet of each wall. When I called about it they ignored the problem, didnt apologize, and just said That happens with carpet installation. We love the carpet, but not the attitude after the damage I had to spend days to fix.
