I’ve used a personal mail box at the provo location for several years as my business address. This has been very helpful with moving often. Randy has been friendly and helpful. The location is easy to access with good up front parking and It’s easy to get in and out to check my box. The pricing is also amazing compared to a PO Box.

Such Helpful people!! I just walked in with the thing that I needed to ship and a label that I had printed. The man that helped me knew exactly what size of packaging that I needed and that would be the best for what I was shipping, which was good because I didnt have a clue! I was very impressed and will be going back here for all of my shipping needs!

I understand people and businesses can get busy; that happens.However, the service is unprofessional to say the least. Randy took three phone calls while I waited in line to pickup mail.

I called an employee to find out their hours, and when I realized I would likely not make the drive from Salt Lake to Provo before they closed, the employee told me he would be doing some things and that he could still accept my package for the MTC. I arrived 10 minutes after they had closed, so I greatly appreciated the favor. I didnt expect to be the exception to the rule, but I was very appreciative.

Friendly owner and employees. They really know the options for mailing and shipping. Have all sorts of packaging materials at low cost. They keep our frequently used addresses in their system so I dont have to look them up.

Night and Day difference from the UPS Store and not in a good way. The person at the front seemed really confused, when I requested to ship a small package via DHL to Moscow, Russia. She brought the manager/owner to me and he seemed confused and uncertain, as well. After a few minutes looking online and calling their US main office, they handed me a complicated set of written instructions, telling me that I needed to set this up by filling out multiple forms online.I left and phoned the UPS Store on Bulldog Ave. Tanner told me to bring the package over. I brought it over and Tanner wasnt immediately available, so one of the young women in front took my package and the recipients business address and seemed almost bored, as she quickly entered the information herself, printed out 6-7 different forms, had me sign and date them, she gave me a tracking number and receipt for my payment.... and I left. 10 minutes... max!

I LOVE this place. They have been so good to us in the past. Especially with delivering packages to the MTC.

I have been going to Post Mart for years. They are dependable, honest and kind. Customer service has always been excellent.

I hardly ever leave reviews, but the people at post mart are so friendly. I needed to get a key made and he was worried the first one wouldnt work so he made another one at no extra charge, and over all was very customer friendly.

Wasnt upfront with the cost. Told me it would be 4 dollars and some how added 5 dollars worth of service with out telling me for a total of 9 dollars. Yeah, I am not going back!!!
