Great customer service! I called them wondering if I could see a few specific shirt samples, when I arrived they had prepared several for me to look at. I was impressed with their willingness to go the extra mile to help customers!

We sent an order into this company they gave me a quote. I accepted the quote and confirmed the design with them (rainbow design). Within minutes after accepting the order they said they were too busy to fulfill my particular order, with no explanation at all. I reached out to the company that referred ImageWear to me, they called to see if ImageWear could do a rush order for them in the same time-frame as my original job and they were happy to accommodate her needs.I decided to try them again and I sent them another a job a few weeks later. They never responded to my multiple emails. I sent a follow up, again, with no response. I called and I was told they wouldn’t be responding to any of my future requests.We’re an LGBTQ non profit. This whole experience feels like they dont want to work with us because of the community we serve.

Ive been working very closely with Image Wear for over a year now. My review is heavily biased due to my high demands for any print company I have approached, like I have Image Wear. I have been working with various printing companies over the years, have had tens of thousands of my own customers, and understand what it takes to properly make a quality print on apparel, be professional, courteous, on time, and meet the specific demands we require as artists and marketers.It is rare to find a company where you can, if desired;- work closely with the staff, owners, and family of owners.- request customized solutions to the demands needed- grow together as needed- find flexibility when issues ariseEvery business has its pros and cons. These either make or break the experience with each customer and their unique needs. I mention these so future customers know what to expect, or at least what I would expect now having worked with Image Wear for over a year.------------------------------------------PROS:- Decades of experience printing, This is vital to proper pre-treat, longevity of prints, the understanding of color in real life, vs the graphics, and so many other aspects, I cannot understate how important this is in a print company, which Ive had opposite experiences with various larger companies.- An actual care about the outcome of the print. They care about how it looks. You the customer are given detailed information as to what it will look like before accepting and then having it printed. I did not have anything like this in any other print company to date, at least not to this degree.- Family touch to a business (can be a CON in many instances with many businesses, this is for sure a PRO with this family dynamic). Family dynamics can be difficult in business. I have had the opportunity to see where family dynamics (not always good) do not hurt the client, as they are able to separate emotions, relationships, and focus on what the shop is there for, the quality of the print and customer satisfaction.- DTG AND SCREEN available. Image Wear adopted DTG while we were working with them, and due to their family member who is a master at his skillset, the color, quality, and process is almost perfection. I know my DTG prints wont have issues, because they have the right person managing their DTG machines (plural). Having DTG allows them to do smaller On Demand orders as well, vs. the previous SCREEN only PRINTS.- PRICING:Having worked with various printers around the country, Image Wear is very fair in their cost per printed item. Competitive pricing is a must in the industry, but to be able to claim the quality behind the price makes the difference with Image Wear.- Integrity / honesty / transparency:Ive worked with great people in other printing companies where Im given the round about answers rather than the transparency, honesty, and integrity I expect and offer fully as well, as to why my orders were late, missing, or of bag quality. Image Wear has been different on all these levels, to where I can trust Im being told exactly whats going on when issues arise.------------------------------------------CONS (room for continued improvement, and its also important to mention that this company actually listens and considers issues and pushes to change within their processes):- Software or processes being used for billing is still outdated where it feels like its in the 90s still. An updated website and processes would take out the pains of billing issues, payments, and synchronization with their printing methods.------------------------------------------SUMMARY:I find the best success working with people who treat me like a human being rather than a customer number. It is rare to find companies like this.

Ordered t-shirts as gifts for one of our customers. Working with Heather and her team was great! Very knowledgeable staff and their team came through to meet our deadline that was needed for a company event. Their print quality was excellent. Definitely will use their services again the next time I need to order shirts.

These guys are phenomenal! I had a last minute project that almost everyone around town (probably called around 15 other shops) couldnt do. Image Wear not only got the job done but what they produced exceeded my expectations! Their communication is outstanding. They returned phone calls and emails immediately. They helped me figure out a design that would work in the short time frame we had AND they got my shirts to me earlier than expected!! Plus price was on point too. Ill definitely be using them in the future!

I placed two separate orders with Image Wear at the same time. The jobs were completed within a weeks time (which seemed to be quick) and I couldnt have been happier with the finished product. The tees my art was printed on are extremely comfortable and fit great. The screen prints had a good soft feel to it and really jumped off the shirt. The owner seems like he is extremely passionate about his job and what he puts out. I would recommend Image Wear to anyone looking for printing services as their prices are unbeatable and their products are quality.

Very Very bad company. The owner is a grumpy old man named Matt. He hates his job and takes it out on his customers and employees. He fires them at will when he needs to get his anger out. Image wear is always late on there promises for when your shorts will be done. You WILL NOT be a priority here unless you make them more than several thousand in business. PLEASE, all business owners, for the sake of your own business, do not give them your business. They will cost you customers every time.

Ive used Image Wear for printing orders for the past 11 years. Each time they have done a wonderful job. They are so easy to work with and able to turn whatever picture or text Im thinking of into a design for a shirt, sweatshirt or even pillowcase! Their prices are the best Ive found and they are all so helpful.

Worst communication I’ve experienced with a printer. No apology for delivering a day late. One employee was unbelievably hostile and unprofessional because I called to ask questions. Not sure what the alternative is if they don’t answer emails. I kept asking when the proof would be sent and they kept saying tomorrow. They finally sent the proof on the day the job was due and that caused additional stress for me and them. There was no time to make changes and correct problems. I should’ve read the other reviews. I see lots of customers mentioning communication problems. The Tshirts were ok, but the unnecessary drama and hostility was a terrible experience. Also 1/3 of the shirts were not the brand I ordered. But they were just delivered that way, no explanation.

Im a first time maker of a custom t-shirt and appreciated the care (and patience) of the Image Wear staff in explaining the process and the different options, providing guidance on producing successful artwork, anticipating what shirt colors would go best with the artwork, etc. and general hand holding through the process. They were very careful to verify what I had ordered with me before starting, showing me detailed placement of the art that I had provided on a computer-generated mockup shirt of the selected color (and making a number of changes I requested until everything was perfect). My order was a relatively small order (17 t shirts) and I was most pleased with this customer service and attention to detail to make sure that my expectations were met. There were definitely adequate safeguards in place to catch any misunderstandings in pricing, sizes, artwork, placement, what the finished product was going to look like etc. so Im puzzled by the negative reviews Ive read.

I was able to get my order in plenty of time - the design looked better than I could have hoped for! Ill definitely going back for the next run of my t-shirts.

Update: when we opened the box we found several shirts with holes in the seams. Bottom line: poor quality, terrible customer service from management, and a ripoff in price.The nerve of these people. I brought in a specific design request with 5 weeks to go before I needed it. They quoted me a price of $300 and I paid a 50% deposit. Then they did nothing. At all. For over a month. Finally, I called them with only a few days before the deadline, and asked them when they would have artwork for me to proof and only after that did they send me something. Only what they sent me was nothing at all that I asked for. The artist made literally no attempt at the design I requested. Shocked that I didnt like the artwork that wasnt anything like I requested, they sent me another proof that was ALSO nothing like I requested. I began wondering if what I was asking for was too hard, so I tried it myself. The entire job took me 30 minutes and was the closest I had seen to what I wanted. Mind you, I am no artist and by no means intended my artwork to be ththr final design. Without my consent, they put it on a proof in such a rush to finish the job that they didnt even notice the small problems with my artwork that was only meant as a guide for what I wanted. On top of that, they had procrastinated so long to even start my project that by the time they needed to order, the tshirts I requested were out of stock, so I ended up HAVING to order shirts that were a little bit more. When all is said and done, they charged me $50 FOR MY OWN ARTWORK and the overall cost was $200 more than they originally quoted me ($500 instead of $300) AND they were a full day late in being done with them. A day late and $200 short. This isnt my first time working with t-shirts and artists and never before have I been so rushed. Never before has the company procrastinated so terribly. Never before has the artists charged me for the back and forth or the artists fees been so exorbitant. Never before have I worked with management who refused to make it right. I will never do business with these bait and switchers again. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Ive run a lot of jobs at Image Wear. Theyve done great work for me every time. I know I can trust them to be honest and fair with me, and theyve taken care of my projects to ensure their quality and durability. I couldnt ask for better.

I am the Marketing Director for a nonprofit youth soccer organization in Utah. We have placed orders with Image Wear on multiple occasions for tournament t-shirts, special event t-shirts and staff shirts. Our experience with the company and the product has always been exceptional.Due to the nature of running a volunteer organization, many things often happen at the last minute. We have placed several rush orders with Image Wear, and they have been great to accommodate our tight schedule! We recently placed an order for 100 t-shirts with front and back screenprinting, and Image Wear had the order completed and ready for pick-up in two days.The quality of the t-shirts weve gotten from Image Wear is fantastic for the price. Our first order with the company was placed nearly two years ago, and we still see kids all around town in our soccer t-shirts. The colors havent faded, the screenprinting is still intact, and they look great, even after the wear and tear.All in all, our experience with Image Wear has exceeded my expectations. I have made orders with other print companies in Utah in the past, but have been so satisfied with my Image Wear experience that our organization will use them for all future orders.

This company does not even deserve one star. We were lied to over and over about when our products would be done. It has taken them double the amount of time that we were quoted and NO work has been done on our order at all. The owner is AWFUL and extremely unprofessional!!! He told me that he doesnt know what his employees told me, but it doesnt matter because his time frame is completely different and then he hung up on me. They will not refund the money that we have paid. DO NOT WASTE ANY TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!!

I have made two orders from Image Wear now. The quality of the work is great. The communication is absolutely the worst I have had to deal with. My first order I needed in a week they promised me it would be here so I called my retailer store and told them itd be a week. A week later they said it still isnt done but will be done the next day. They led me on like this until they were a week late. Then I ordered one more time to give them the benefit of the doubt. They told me it would take 2 weeks to get my order back. I called back on the 14th day to see where my order was and they told me they still havent gotten to it. I called them the following day and they told me they were half way done and should be finished by the following day.. I waited all day for a call or something to let me know that my order was done and I got nothing. I called today Monday morning to find out my order is done but they wont be in today so I cant pick it up until tomorrow.My wife was so upset with how they have been leading me on like this she called image wear and spoke to the owner. The owner said that he is not on the same schedule as his front desk people. He was very rude to my wife and acted like he did not care at all if we take our business els where.I am so fed up with this company. I gave them two chances. I have been very kind and patient with this company and they seem to just not care about repeat customers or referrals.My advice go somewhere else so they dont waste your time WEEKS at a time. One star just for the quality.

I needed my order done by the day i have requested I was promised and guaranteed it would be done i was in the shop helping out hands on for 5 hours holding jackets down so he can screen print on them, folding them and putting them into the box just to get it done cause the owner didnt have the extra help. The next day I went to pay of the remainder balance I thought the owner would be considerate and cut me a break cause i helped him for five hours the only reason why i did that is cause i promised my team they would have their order in by a certain date. well my balance due was $100 more and the owner blamed me for it being late cause i was in the shop talking to him and helping out. to make along story short I needed another order and the owner told me he cant take anymore orders from me cause my orders are too complicated. poooooor customer service

As a disclaimer, I have known the owner of Image Wear for a long time and consider him to be a friend, but if my review is biased it doesnt matter because that is not the point of this review. Plain and simply I am asking everyone reading these reviews to ignore the last review (the one citing the owner as a grumpy old man). There are many mixed reviews on here, and as far as a review goes I will say only that the owner takes great pride in his work, and will even go through hell and high water to retain quality while having to deal with people like the customer in the last post. Now, as to why to ignore the last post: Not only was his description of the events all together innaccurate, but he forgot to leave out the part where he came in to apologize to the owner for the trouble he caused and the way he acted (I can only assume because he wanted to do business with image wear in the future), but didnt decide to post anything sour until the owner said very politely (as described by a couple of his employees as well) that he would prefer to not do business with the customer in the future. The reason for this was that the customer made the order impossibly difficult by changing his order again and again, and essentially making it impossible to even begin, and then making it difficult for him when the deadline was reached. If the customer had been responsible or clear headed then he would have placed the order, and image wear would have printed it, but as it was the order was hardly placed/decided upon till the due date, at which point the customer offered to help because he realized that it was his fault that the order was not yet finished. These facts of the matter were relayed to me not just by the owner, but confirmed separately by the two employees working in the front of the store, one of whom was working there for their first day and was disgusted/scared by the way the customer behaved in leasing a slew of f bombs and the like, especially after seeing how courteous and respectful the owner was about declining to do future business with him because of the trouble he had been (somehow put respectfully). As far as my experience goes this is an honest business, and even if there is trouble with an order, the owner is responsible and communicative about it.

Avoid! The company/wear-house is VERY unsafe and rundown. Do not apply if you are looking for employment here.
