Went in to drop off a big package. Melanie was courteous and had a contagiously happy attitude. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I also love the Quick Stop parking in front of the store. Overall, very convenient and pleasant experience.

This is for Benjamin who works here. He is a 10/10, 100/100, 1000/1000 stars!!!! I brought in a massive file of a historic photo that was getting printed for a huge framed piece in our office. He was so patient in getting the work ready for print, made sure it would be done quickly, and let me know the next steps. I went for pick up and there were some dents and ceases on the print so Benjamin requeued the job on the spot and made a custom bag for me to keep them flat at no extra charge. The best customer service ever and should get a promotion!!!

I went in twice today. They were prompt at attending to me both times. Very courteous overall and patient at my not understanding the machine. At one point it malfunctioned and the attendant (I wish I remembered her name) printed the document for free on her machine that worked. Helped make an errand I was dreading pretty much a cinch.

I use this location for my job. I often come here with documents that need to have specific font sizing, dimensions, etc. and I’m not good at creating them in a way that they can be easily printed. Tucker is awesome and always gets them to print to the the specifications needed. I always hope he’s there because he’s excellent at what he does and makes my life easier. Thanks Tucker!!

Tried to lodge a complaint with FedEx corporate but theyve turned off the ability to email, call, or talk to anybody. The FedEx delivery person tried to drag a metal dolly up multiple flights of concrete stairs and damaged the stairs. The boxes were very light but he refused to carry them up so we had to take the boxes from him and carry them up ourselves. We can get fined in our condo complex for damage to the stairs. Unprofessional and lazy behavior.

Long story short, a package NEEDED to get to its location by a certain day. The store promised adamantly that it would. It didnt and it was a pretty messy situation to try to figure out. I dont often leave negative reviews and Im sure the store is normally great. But in my case it was a ginormous inconvenience.

Incredible experience and unbeatable service! Heidi was the one who helped me from the moment I walked into the store. She was so helpful and walked me through each step to make sure I got everything I needed. Heidi went above and beyond and is truly one of the best employees I’ve ever been helped by at any store. We had a great experience at FedEx. My husband needed to print a planner that he created on Adobe and the employee was amazing at helping us print the pages, cutting the paper, adding a cover, and spiraling the planner. I think that the employees name was Ryan (tall and has a beard). He was also extremely helpful with helping us understand price point and making it a cheap as possible!

Every single time Im supposed to get a package shipped to my work via FedEx the driver I can see the truck drive right past my store, pull up to this FedEx location, and drop off a bunch of boxes. It doesnt matter if my package was shipped ground or next day air the drivers never stop and get out of their vehicle to make an attempt at delivering my package. They never leave the little sticky note on my door saying they tried to make a delivery and that my package is at this specific location. I also never get a phone call (yes I always include my phone number for tracking updates) informing me that my package was delivered to this FedEx store. I have had multiple packages be returned to sender because they were never delivered to me, nor was I informed that they had been delivered to a FedEx store. I have made multiple complaints to the manager of this location and multiple complaints to the corporate customer support number I have been given. FedEx does not care. Im always given the run around and told that there is either nothing they can do or they will just make a note in their system. Great costumer service, I was having trouble with a coupon code for my online order and they were able to fix it for me when I went in to pick up my order. I wanted to fill out their survey but I lost my receipt. Also my order was complete 2 days before expected.

This store does a fantastic job! Theyll help you pack stuff appropriately and do a great job finding the most economical shipping method. As a small business owner they do wonderful high value work when it comes to doing bulk orders of signs, forms, etc. The managers are top notch and staff is very polite, friendly and professional!

Heidi! Thank YOU! I am new to Provo. I had a semi-complicated order to place (print on envelopes in color). I called ahead and spoke to Heidi and despite being super busy she gave me the few minutes I needed to understand the process of using their services to print. I followed her clear instructions and arrived at the busy store. It was clean and neat as well as humming with productivity. The workers all seemed to get along with each other and that was cool. I knew I would be waiting (because Heidi told me it was busy) so that was fine. I waited my turn and when Heidi helped me she gave me 100% of her attention to make sure my project would be perfect. She gave me excellent advice on my future printing, offered me the application to sign up for my business, whether she thought my creations were neat or not didnt matter: she complimented my idea. Anyway, she was naturally awesome and I felt welcome and helped and NOT rushed. Thanks so much!!

I dont usually do a lot of business here, but I need to drop off specimens frequently via express drop off, as I work with a doctor. It is not difficult to drop the bag into the drop box, but Heidi always sure she gets it from me before I get to the box! She tells me that I have more important things to do and doesnt want to waste to my time! I REALLY appreciate this! I definitely rate their customer service at 5 stars!

Ive tried them all.... fed ex places...Considerate, friendly, give you confidence in mailing packages,knowing the customer is counting on fed ex to bring that love from their store to your loved ones any fed ex employee, driver God Bless!....i even saw a couple of gifts for my grandchildren ...but there were not enough. I didnt pressure them but they spoke up and went the extra mile to bring them asap from their other store.....thankyou!

I showed up at 6:01 and the worker let me know they were closed. I realize they close at 6 but because of an accident in the road in front of the store, I was not able to get there before 6. The door was still open and people inside being helped. I only needed something quick but we are closed was the only service I got.

The project quality that they do is pretty good. But they neglected to tell me about the 12+ dollars of extra fees for editing and formatting my document. When it came time to pay I had to drop 23.00 for 45 pages of printed material, and a cheap plastic bind. I almost refused to pay since they did not tell me about the extra hidden fees. If you go here, be sure they tell you EVERYTHING included in the cost and agree on ask to pay up front so they dont tack anything else onto the price. Unlike some of the other reviews, the workers I interacted with were relatively pleasant in the way they interacted with me.

Overpriced with ridiculous policies and poor service. This is the place to go if you want to wait five minutes to be greeted, and told that you have to buy a box from them because they think think that the sturdy box you have is going to have its lid pop open, even if its taped. How rough do they throw their packages around?

Camille is a terrible worker. Instead of going above and beyond and offering all options even after telling her i needed the lowest possible price option she still gave me the option that seemed lowest but included an an additional $5 charge for a box when the other option had a free box. And then for my 2nd package which was overnight and includes a free box she still put it in a $5 box, because i has been helped at this same location by a young man two days ago upfront offered the free boxes i knew i had that option and when I asked her about those boxes she said it’s too late because she’s already added the charges, and the ONLY way to fix it is to charge my card in full and then refund and then start all over, i asked her why she couldn’t just cancel the transaction as we had not yet swiped my card and she said the system requires her to swipe the card first before allowing a transaction to be cancelled, which makes no sense because my card had not yet been swiped she should’ve been able to just void the entire transaction and start fresh and I told her that I didn’t want to have my card run twice so please just cancel current transaction and start fresh. She then replied it doesn’t matter it’ll be an easy fix. I explained again i didn’t want my card run twice and she said again there’s no way she can cancel a transaction without first charging it in full. I knew she was lying because that’s never the case anywhere - so I told her to forget it I will take my package to the Orem FedEx at which time SHE CANCELLED THE TRANSACTION WITHOUT RUNNING MY CARD - like I had been requesting ALL ALONG!Drove to orem and they verified all she had to do was cancel the transaction and start again - there was NO REQUIREMENT or system limitation that makes you swipe a card before cancelling the transaction. And while she will tell you i misunderstood her - i did not - she made it very clear she would not cancel the transaction without first charging me the wrong amount just so she could process a refund and recharge me the right amount. All because she was too prideful to admit that she was wrong for not being honest from the beginning.Terrible terrible terrible customer service Camille!!

Whenever Ive been here they have been willing to help and provided great customer service. I dont have to wait very long to complete what I came in to do. This last time I went in to print something and it was a reprint that was messed up at another FedEx store. I had not noticed the mess up until I came home from the other FedEx store and intended just to reprint this item and pay for it. The worker was kind enough to reprint it without charge even though it was at a different store. That is so great.

I regularly go here and went in a couple of days ago, Kyrie was awesome because she resolved a situation that I was more at fault than her. She took her time to go above and beyond.Unfortunately, not all of the staff are perhaps as sociable as her but thats okay because they are still nice. I still give this a 5 star instead of 4 because of my recent experience.

Not sure where to share this, but Ill post it here. The other day I was at going to Home Depot in Provo and saw a FedEx truck stopped and the driver was on the side of the road doing what appeared to be helping a lost dog. I appreciated that he took the time to stop and make sure the dog was OK.

I went in to get rates for a product I ship through the FedEx SmartPost service. The lady I delt with was uncooperative and unwilling to help me at all. She said they dont deal with SmartPost shipments (although they do accept them) and couldnt calculate a rate for me. She gave me the number to FedEx and told me to call. Of its something that I could do than its obviously something that she could do. I understand that they dont do Smart Post but if its a service through FedEx they should be willing to help when someone needs it instead of simply sending them on their way with no answers. I guess I just expect better customer service.

Aaron from California totally saved the day. I had to get in fast and get out. I was waiting around for a long time before he arrived for his shift and he served me very promptly. The staff at this store could learn a lot from his good sense of urgency. He combined the right prices and promotions to get the finished product I was looking for. You should give him a raise.It would be extremely helpful to your business to allow customers to either use USB drives to transfer files or get WIFI that actually works. Were all in a hurry.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I told them I needed a custom box made with specific measurements to meet the guidelines of going over seas. They told me itll be done by 6o clock even though I needed to ship it that day. 5 hrs later six comes around. I call them and they say, oh we havent made it yet, you have to come in for that. Later that night I show up and say I need a box made with this specific measurements. They try to just sell me a box thats 2 ft bigger than what I need. I repeated, It has to be this size to ship overseas, no bigger. Finally at 11 pm the worker says, Ok, Ill build one, let me help these 4 customers behind you first. What the hell is the point of having a line if Im going to be helped last anyways. I left at 12:30 with a box that I paid $30 dollars for and pretty much built MYSELF since she had no clue what she was doing. I hate this place. Orem office too is horrible.

Ludicrously expensive for meh quality.NE-HEVER print here. I printed 40 small postcards here and it cost me $160.00. When I needed to print more I decided to try an online service and got 100 small postcards for $22.00.... yeah. Those FedEx print centers are crooks I tell ya! And they have the WORST selection in paper. Ugh.

Really bad customer service. Everyone seemed pissed off that I was even asking them to do work, which amounted to printing a word document and sending it. I asked one of the employees if it was possible to change the shipping duration on a package theyd just processed for me, and all the employee did was say, That would be really inconvenient. She didnt make any effort to do anything; she just stood there, kinda glaring at me. I decided that I didnt want to screw with the people that were shipping my personal documents and dropped the issue, but still. Not coming back.
