Tucks Collision is the perfect place to take your vehicle for repair or restoration. The owners/operators Duane and his wife Stacy are caring, attentive, and have proven themselves to be trustworthy! On top of that, their work is top notch and first rate. They truly care about every single customer and car they fix. They have worked on or repaired 5-6 different vehicles for me and my family. We would not take our business anywhere else, and would, and have recommended Tucks to many others as well.

STAY AWAY * NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY !!! * THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT INSURANCE JOBS !!!! Brought my Truck in for a complete scheduled paint Job April 2020. Tucks stated it would take 2 weeks to complete the paint job * came by after 2 weeks nothing was done * the woman at the desk said Sorry but several car wrecks (insurance jobs) came in and she put me behind those jobs * so I took my truck home ! This Happened 2 more times where it was put on the schedule and then the truck just sat for 2 weeks and then put behind insurance jobs. THIS WAS JULY 2020. She stated I was #1 on the list to be done - Again this was in July 2020 and she would contact me when to bring in my Truck. Its Now almost Feb. 2021 and I have not heard anything from Tucks in 6 months !!!! SO I CALLED THEM TODAY FOR AN UP-DATE !! I Ask the woman who answered why they havent called me or whats the up-date ??? She said I was still 1st on the list to be done (WOW) 1st on the list AND ITS BEEN 6 MONTHS !!! and note all INSURANCE JOBS WILL BE PUT AHEAD OF ME EVERYTIME ONE COMES IN * And I still dont have a start day listed on Tucks schedule. HOLY MOLY - Maybe Im just slow but I thought all customers MATTER !!! I ASK HER SHOULD I GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - SHE SAID YES FEEL FREE TO GO TO A BODY SHOP WHERE CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED RIGHT. So I will do as she said and find a Body Shop who takes care of their Customers. Here at Tucks Collision Restoration they only care about INSURANCE JOBS !!! I RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE AROUND A AUTO BODY SHOP BUSINESS THAT DONT WANT OR CARE ABOUT THE AVERAGE JOE. ** YOU !!!

What a Joke and waist of money. poor isnt the word for it.

Poor service had some work done to my truck took them 6 weeks to get done had to have a new door now i cant even open the door truck still faded in a spot work is terrible will not recommend them to anyone they cannot call me back and let me know the status of my truck for 6 weeks
