Just getting up to the parking lot is enough to scrape off your bumper unless you are coming in slow, and because you come off a busy highway that can be an issue. The staff are very nice but the quality of the food and store layout is not the best. Its obvious this is an older publix and it could truly benefit from some rehab.

Only wanted some walnut Brownies and Milk. Also got the fried chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and collard greens. Yummy! 😋

3 customers besides me wore masks. I will go to another area where people are more considerate.

Insta cart is fabulous!!Once you put your order in, pick the time you want to get your groceries. Pull in one of the parking spots designated for Curbside pick up. Drive up, park, call to let them know youre there. Wait for someone to bring your groceries out and load them in your car. Then drive away. You are on your way home with your groceries unload them at your home. Now you can do something FUN!!!Its that easy!

This is one of my favorite places. I love the staff and the selection. I use the online app and appreciate the bogos and online coupons to use when I shop. Great hidden savings if you check the app or get the emails, and a convenient location.

About todays experience Publix has gotten in the habit or training their people to mix products on shelves opposite sizes of price tags.. higher pricing for the smaller size. Like we dont have enough going on.. do they do that on purpose??

Well organized area something for all types of people who need groceries either delivered or purchased in store. Fresh produce good quality meats. Staff is super friendly.

This Publix is within walking distance from my current domicile. I rarely miss sushi Wednesday when they have $5 sushi. This store was remodeled not long ago. Big improvement. Its still a fairly small store.

Love the bakery always go there for birthday cakes.

I love Publix. Extremely unprofessional customer service. We have all our prescriptions filled here. Never had a problem and have always had great customer service. Today the pharmacy immunization provider fully masked and angry that we could not understand what she was saying got to close to her plexiglass shield. Fully protected behind her mask and the plexiglass shield it was impossible to hear what she was saying- but her anger and annoyance were very obvious. I am not sure that yelling at customers who are merely trying hear her and to pick up prescriptions is a new standard for Publix but I hope she gets some training in customer service and learns to articulate what she is saying without being rude and disrespectful to her customers.

They have some great deals at Publix I love their meat department customer service was really great it can be a little busy in there at times you just got to deal with it. Keep up the great work

I always enjoy going to my local Publix. It’s clean, well staffed and usually well stocked. I’m disabled and can’t always reach things on the shelves or into the freezer doors and it rarely fails that one of the employees can’t be found to assist me in retrieving the items I need. They are always helpful and I love that I can ask to leave my cart at the curtesy desk and then bring my items to the cart a few at a time because I can’t carry more than one or two items at a time. They let me deposit my choices and when I get everything I need they will push my cart to the line and help me unload them then bag them and push the cart out to the person who is going to drive my purchases home and get them into my apartment. I then just drive my wheelchair home and usually just need to shop once a week. I love the BOGOS and the sales are usually great too. I feel like I can afford more by shopping with Publix. And the service is fabulous!

Fast service with great customer service at the Deli. Attention to details on how my sub was to be made.

Checker was a crotchety old battle are, miserable. No greeting, she just pushed our groceries down and expected me to bag them. I could go to the Publix on 41 and Del Prado close to home if I wanted this treatment. I think the pandemic is affecting peoples brains. Not shopping here anymore.

Only problem ever at this Publix. One time my son said dad I want to pick your #s for the lotto and he is 8. He was so excited to pick some numbers. Then this lady that worked there was so rude. She told me I was not allowed to buy the lottery ticket because my eight year old son picked it. I was completely shocked. Like what would be so bad it truly hurt his feelings he just about cried. I didnt shop there again for a while.

Clean, safe, and friendly employees. Always offer to walk you to your car and help with loading you groceries. Produce is always top quality. I don’t mind paying a little extra for good food and peace of mind knowing you are safe.

My favorite Publix. Never to overcrowded and always stocked and clean. It would be nice if they had a steam table like the one on Airport Rd but still the nicest Publix around.

Went to get my Covid shot.Took about 30 minutes. Including the initial paperwork and the ten minute wait afterword.Im so glad I waited. All the angst people went thru to be first to get the shot.

Publix has the most friendly employees out there.

We have shopped this store for 9 years, always more than satisfied. We again purchased the Chocolate Ganache cake on Dec 28 for my birthday. Sadly this time the cake did not come up the the excellent standards we have come to expect. The flavor is great but there is no filling between the layers as in the previous purchases. My 75th birthday on Jan 1st and very disappointed. Maybe better next time. Its my favorite still.

Multiple people walking around in store without mask of any kind, many others (including employees) wearing masks that did not cover noses or wore around necks. We ordered three subs for pick up and every single one was made incorrectly. Only one was caught at the store, so that was remade but even then it was still missing toppings. Only noticed because we were given a half sub when a whole was ordered. Sub remade was free, but again, was not correctly made

Love my Publix! Excellent veggies, fruits, meats. Their Market Beef is top shelf! The Deli is awesome. Nothing beats Publix fried chicken! Everyone who works at this Publix is friendly & helpful. The only attitude you get here is positive!

I love our Publix in Punta Gorda! Its always well lit and the produce always looks nice. The employees are always available to get help when needed. They always smile and make you feel that what you were looking for is important.

The store is always busy but they still manage to be friendly and helpful. Theyll joke around with the customers and help without being overbearing or rude. I got some deli meat and subs and the same girl did both. She was very kind and made sure the sandwiches were made how I wanted them and answered questions about a new sub they offered. (The new sub was good) she was very helpful and was the cashier. Im glad Publix is around.

This is the second time that I have used the app to order subs and it’s been made wrong . I leave very clear special instructions to avoid it being made wrong . I asked for light lettuce after meat and then lettuce on top. I did not receive that. I asked for extra pepper . Did not receive that. The last time I asked for five grain and got white . I believe before making the sub order you should properly read what is being ordered I do not like paying my money for an order to be wrong consistently.

I always like going to Publix. Whether its going there to grab something for dinner, getting something from the bakery or getting some Publix ice cream (which I feel is one of the best ice cream brands on the market) I most always find what I want or need. And the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. I am not a shopaholic nor do I get a big thrill from the simple act of going to the store, but I usually go to Publix for my grocery needs.
