Stone factory is amazing, I had them do a install on my new house. After granite was installed we noticed some hazing from the natural stone, Ben the owner and his polishing expert came out and absolutely killed it. As a Realtor in S/W FL I can appreciate quality work and Stone Factory is the best. Fantastic selection 7 ⭐️

Stone Factory workers did an excellent job on the counter in our kitchen that we called them back to do the counter on our outdoor kitchen. They were friendly, on time, and cleaned up after themselves, we couldn’t ask for better service.

I am so pleased with my new counter tops. The staff was helpful with the entire process. The service technicians were quick to remove the old ones without damaging the walls. The new ones were carefully mounted, the drawers were put back in place and they cleaned up after they were done. Great job. Thanks

The best experience I’ve ever had for any service. I love my granite. They did a great job cutting and installing it. The men were wonderful to work with and cleaned up the mess The delivery was prompt and more beautiful than I expected. Looks great. I’d never go anywhere else!

The Stone Factory and their installers are wonderful! We had some intricate curves which the installers did to perfection. When it comes time to remodel our bathrooms we have no need to look around. The Stone Factory wins hands-down!!

Cheryl was excellent in helping us select an appropriate choice and she had our order measured and installed all within 2 weeks. Wow. I highly recommend them.

This place is just fantastic to deal with. We had both of our bathrooms done by the owner Ben and they turned out flawless. We tried saving money and went with a low budget installer to put in an $8000 island piece and they cracked it. No problem, Stone Factory came to the rescue and Ben fixed it somehow to look like new. They are just at good at repairs as they are at installation. What a great place, I really cant say enough how high quality the work that the do is. If you need your granite installed or repaired, there is no one better in Florida. Thanks Ben for the great job!! We love our granite.

From the time we met the office manager to the point where our counter tops were installed we had a great experience, Shirl guided us through the initial phase and made us comfortable in the what where and when process. Her crew of the template maker and the installers were very professional and exceptionally polite. Cleanliness must have been their motto since there was NO mess when they were done. Friendly service, nice selection, worth the drive!

I have had previous work done by stone factory with great results but when I made an attempt to contact their office the young lady on the other side of the phone was just down right RUDE! as if she couldn’t be bothered with taking my business, & was unwilling to take my information other than “try calling back when the owners available” umm 😐 what is ur job then!? it’s unprofessional & not how you treat someone willing to give you money for a service. It’s a shame!

Even though Im fusty and sometimes difficult because I want the prettiest stone for the cheapest price, the office manager handled my small projects very well. From stone window sills to vanity top, to questions about marble slabs for the sides of my shower stall, so I could make cost comparisons, they manager has always been more patient than I deserved.

I was looking to upgrade my kitchen countertops. I had such a great experience with everyone employed by The Stone Factory. From the start we were greeted by Sheryl, who explained the differences in the various grades of granite, then invited us to hop into a golf cart to browse the inventory. By the time we got back to the office, she had two quotes worked up. I shopped around & found those companies with expensive showrooms, & high pressure sales people came with quotes that were twice the amount for a comparable grade of granite. My decision was to move forward with The Stone Factory. Every step of the process was pleasant, from measuring & creating the template to the actual installation. Many companies sub out their fabrication & installation, The Stone Factory does not. It is a family business with dedicated employees. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to upgrade their countertops. My new countertops look awesome! I plan on returning when I remodel my bathrooms.

Best granite in punta gorda

Sent different granite then was originally picked out. The lady that works the office yelled at the fabricator. The owner made it right with the fabricator. Bought the granite elsewhere to avoid any more concerns.
