First time here as I am from Orlando and I highly recommend. I had the burger and it was delicious. I added bacon and it was cooked perfectly. My parents shared a chicken tender basket and the tenders were huge. Their selection of ice cream and baked items is tremendous. I look forward to coming back next time I am in town.

I have been coming to Zoet since they opened. They have the best ice cream in the world. Their food is amazing. But this this week was my birthday, and my sister ordered a carrot cake from them, my favorite. It was the best carrot cake I have ever had.Along with all the great, yummy food, the service is amazing and the owners are so welcoming.

If youre looking for solid food and desserts with a Dutch twist this the place. my advice if youre going for the first time you didnt ask but Im going to tell you anyways. Get the Dutch fries look mayo onions and peanut sauce sounds odd to American ears I know but. it works the mix on some fresh fries is awesome trust me I got a belly and I didnt get it eating bad food. Overall 5 stars would totally recommend this place.

I had the special of the day. It was the Italian club. It was awesome. We finished with the chocolate cage with cookies dough filling. It was really good.

This hole in the wall Danish style cafe has a lovely atmosphere and delicious ice cream. I highly recommend the Nutella ice cream, it tastes exactly like it came out of the jar. Very vibrant interior simple and delicious looking menu, they also serve their ice cream in chilled bowls which is fantastic.

Zoets is very helpful and beyond amazing. They made a beautiful custom johnny cash cake and strawberry cheesecake cupcakes for my sisters birthday and im unbelievable astonished by their work and kindness . The staff went way out of their way to make this a very special gift for her ! I couldnt be there ( Im a few states away ) so they even wrote her a note for me 🦋❤️🦋 I am so thankful ;

This was a wonderful surprise and the food was delicious. Its half ice cream shop, and half cafe. They have very generous portions. We shared a meal and had more than enough. We got the loaded chicken sandwich special. This picture is of just half of the sandwich. I also had gotten the potato soup which was equally as nummy. The fresh squeezed lemonade is some of the best I have had. We also got two scoops of ice cream, but truthfully we could have gotten by with one as the portion was so generous also. We will definitely be going back on a regular basis.

We had a nice lunch. The restaurant offers some dutch treats which are very nice, dutch fries, bitterballen, fricandel, and infact many other nice dutch traditional things. But also more american type food items, look at the menu. If we would live in florida we would certainly come again.

This place is beyond amazing. The ice cream is like nothing else in the area. And the food might even be better. The Ruben was without a doubt the best Ive ever had. The prices are fantastic considering the portion size and the quality. The inside of the restaurant is best describe as cute. It feels like someplace special. You can tell that the owners love this place and what they do. This is a must do if in the area.

What a great little place. I ordered the three scoop Sunday. Really good! We had ice cream in the evening and had to go back the next day for lunch. I recommend the reuben sandwich and fries, if you are a reuben fan. You will not be disappointed.

We had been told about this shop by two different people while in the area. We saw we were fairly close after kayaking on the Shell Creek. We drove over and are so happy we stopped. We were greeted on entering by some friendly staff. We took a few minutes to look over the flavors of homemade ice cream. We each selected 2 scoops so we could sample each others. Delicious! Very reasonably priced. Clean. Locally owned. This is the kind of business to support. We will be back.

First, we tried the ice cream and it was great. Then, we had some soup and it was also great. Then, sandwiches with the same result. Its a fun place full of happy people eating home-style food. We love this place.

Zoets bakers sell their pastries and cheesecakes to other restaurants. I think that says a lot. All the sandwiches we tried were very very good, almost as good as the best weve had in New York City. If I lived here in town I would return to try everything on the menu.

I come here for the Dairy free Chocolate orange ice cream! with limited options dairy free wise, Zoets makes it super enjoyable to finally have a local place with Dairy free options. My family also enjoys the dairy ice cream and its always very good they say.

The food and ice cream is amazing!!! My favorite is the philly cheese steak sandwich with jalapeños added and an orange cream shake. Juiciest philly I’ve ever had and the orange cream is the real deal, no artificial flavor. If you want cheap go to McDonald’s. If you want quality go to Zoet’s. It’s scratch made, not fast or from a box. As someone who is familiar with the food industry I understand the slim profit margins and will pay a premium every time to support a local shop with this kind of quality.

I got a real waffles and ice cream. I got one scoop of vanilla ice cream on a handmade waffle along with some pecans, fresh strawberries and whipped cream. the waffle was nice and chewy with a good sweet taste to it the ice cream was creamy and the whipped cream was dense and amazing. The girl behind the counter was very nice and pleasant. The facility was very clean.

My husband and I tried this place for the first time today always heard about it but never been.. He had the Ruben( he said was delicious)I had the chicken mushroom melt it was out of this world delicious...can’t wait to go back next time and try the desert side!!!!

I discovered this place a week ago, and yesterday I decided to make the 2.5 hour drive from Orlando to try some of the Dutch foods that I miss a lot. And let me tell you, that drive was worth it!! The food was amazing and the ice cream tastes just like it does in the Netherlands (took home 2 pints, thats how good it was). I also bought a saucijzenbroodje to take home. Im eating it as I write this and I wish I bought 10 more, its soooo good! Definitely coming back as soon as I can!

We stopped at this place by accident tonight, having never been there before. WHAT A GEM. The ice cream was amazing (and I worked in ice cream equipment - so Im very critical). The sorbet was smooth & the ice cream was perfection. I had the biscoff cookie in the chocolate waffle cone - pure heaven. Will be coming here again. What an amazing accident.

Our waitress sher was beyond amazing! She accommodated us beyond our expectations. She was patient as I got flustered from not knowing how to order. She walked us through and served us and checked on us various times and was kind, again patient and was fast! We’ve not had great service in Florida from several upscale restaurants and so this was refreshing! The macaroons are better than the ones I got from Paris which was very unexpected and delightful! The food was very good and big portions! Please keep sher on board and perhaps a promotion!!!!!!! We will be coming back before heading home toMichigan!

We had a great lunch there today! I had the best reuben I have ever eaten and my husband had a thick juicy cheeseburger - both outstanding! Their fries are also so, so good. We had to try the ice cream afterwards and it was also fantastic. I bought baked goods & fudge to take home. This is restaurant is excellent - clean, friendly, inviting. You have to try it!!

It was my first time to visit this ice cream shop. I am a big fan of mint chocolate chip and have tried it in many, many places. This was by far the most intense mint flavor I have ever experienced. The coconut ice cream was also very impressive. Highly recommended.

Had a most unusual meal. Ordered a Chili cheese hotdog. When it came I didn’t notice any chili, thought maybe it was under the hot dog but no. So when I asked about where the chili was I was told that this was a dry chili cheese hotdog, told the waitress that I never heard of such a thing. She proceeded to tell me that the ground beef had no seasoning and that’s why it’s called a dry chili cheese hotdog. Very disappointed in the meal and the attitude of the waitress.

The four of us had lunch here. The ice coffee that I had was the best. Could not get over how good it was. Turns out that it was made with the espresso machine. The lunches were also good. Wish we had time for some of the sweet stuff here. Four stars is probably too low -- make that 4.5.

What a find! A real hidden gem. The menu is worth looking into . I had the coconut scallop salad. Dutch fries ( with peanut sauce and mayonnaise). They have a Dutch bakery and ice cream parlor. I had creme brulee with a scoop of praline pecan ice cream. Carmel sauce and whipped cream.

Their ice cream is to die for and now they have opened a restaurants as well.

My husband and I visited Zoets Diner for the first time today. He had a burger and said it was excellent. I had the best fish & chips Ive had in SW Florida and maybe even in New England with the possible exception of Eagles Nest in Bangor, Maine. Zoets uses a fresh 7-ounce cod filet, slices it down the middle and then across to make big chunks of fish. The breading and the (undoubtedly) store-made tartar sauce are delicious. There is no taste of oil in the fish or in the crispy steak fries. Delicious! Service is friendly, prompt, easy-going.Zoets is located on Route 17, Punta Gorda, in the Winn-Dixie Plaza. Give it a try! Oh, the Turkey/BLT and the Reuben look great, too. Well go back to try them.

Its a small place that has sweets on one side and restaurant on the other. The staff is friendly and welcoming. We went there with visiting family. We all enjoyed the food and atmosphere.
