Small but nice.Ive been to just about every Pilot/Flying J east of the Mississippi River because thats where our company fuel cards are honored. This location has to be the cleanest Pilot Ive been to (entire store AND Arbys) Both areas have very pleasant, sociable & helpful employees.I did my 34-hour reset here & it was surprisingly quiet. They keep the coffee area well stocked & the entire store immaculately clean. My Arbys was both hot & fresh.Only negative is no laundry facilities.Silver lining...Walmart is next door & easily walkable. Ill definitely be back when in this area.

Very bad Pilot. I paid 115$ for parking my brand new truck for 5 days,and somebody damage ny front. I tried checked who did this and what? Cameras are off. Just like this. Just Pretend they are recording for Your safety. So, this Pulot is very tight,desorganized. Never again .

Parking is at an angle not a lot of room to manipulate. good news walmart and food walking distance. area is friendly low crime risk.

The music they pump into the fuel islands is too darn loud and the fuel discount is paltry. I give two stars for the Amenable Amanda at the fuel counter: very professional and very efficient. They claim free WiFi but after 10 minutes of use it stops working completely.

Appreciate the clean restrooms and store. Not so high on Arbys in Pilot.

We visited this Pilot location to purchase diesel fuel for our 41 foot motorhome. The entrance signage was clearly marked and we had no problem maneuvering through the lot to access fuel pumps for semi-trucks and RVs. Inspite of a few semis at the pumps, my husband was able to pull right up to an open pump without any wait. The lot and signage was also clearly marked for us to exit and get back on the road.

Kim, the cashier on duty was asked to please make an announcement about the dodge journey on pump 12/14 with the car off and the dog inside to please come turn the vehicle on before the window was busted. She so nicely told me she was to busy to make an announcement about an animal. Wow well when she finally came out side my husband had the door open and she began screaming at us. Well she best be glad the window did not get busted since it is legal here in Florida

Great place for gas and quick stop for snack and drink. Prices are reasonable for both gas and food. Very clean and nice for a gas station a lot of stuff to choice from. Great for a quick drive threw going from Tampa to Miami. Definitely stop every time I go threw. 3/5 star would recommend.

Overall, I really good place to be. Big showers, clean bathrooms.. I would love to see some washers and dryers though. Was hoping to be able to do laundry.

For us it is always a good stop there. They have all you need while travelling. Pretty good organized. Clean toilets.

Great little spot with a clean bathroom and decent fast food. The gas prices were the least inexpensive in the area. Its a busy location yet the help staff was incredibly helpful to answer my questions. Further the parking lot was large and had enough room to fulfill the needs of multiple cars, boats and motorcycles. It is a good spot to meet up if youre interested in a caravan of travellers. I would recommend this location for all of the above... 😉

Im a city girl so maybe thats why I love these truck stop stores. They have full working showers for them and even travelers I think. The store is awesome. They have the coolest and most different souvenirs as well as home goods and car parts. Just really awesome even if youre not a truck driver!

Ive only been to this Pilot Travel Center once. Ive never been to any other Pilot Travel Center. I did stop inside the Pilot Travel Center and they have several fast food options inside. That makes it convenient to get gas and food in the same trip. I like how the Pilot Travel Centers outside lot is laid out. I also like their sign way up high that shows their prices of their regular gas and diesel. I like how the prices are lit up really big. Not a huge benefit, but I really like it. Its very easy to see from a distance. I also like how there are quite a few tractor trailers there. Ive always fantasized what it would be like to be a truck driver, so I have an affinity for truckers.*** Please Like this review. Thanks! ***

I must tell you not to waste your time at this pilot. The place is outdated and WaWa is right up the street. This especially goes to truckers. I wasted a half hour here today.

Stopped in for a coffee & a quick bite (berry muffin) around 10:30pm, on the way back home from a job I was working on in Ft. Myers that day. The gal cleaning around the coffee machine was very welcoming, & the gal at the register was also very friendly. Nice way to finish a great day!

One of the best Pilots Ive seen. while the parking is minimal and the entry/exit is odd the showers are clean, hot and have good pressure. The employees are professional and keep things in a timely manner and there is no music playing (gospel or other) The parking does fill up quicker than the other Pilots but given the quality of this location I can understand why. So get here early (before 6pm) you wont regret that you did

This is a great place to stop just before hopping on the interstate or for a break during a long drive. The gas is very low cost for the area. Cigarettes are cheaper here than most gas stations (however right next door at Murphys they are cheaper). The restrooms are clean. I overheard truckers saying there usually isnt a long wait for the showers. There is an Arbys at this location (priced higher than most others in the area) and a good variety of auto gear, trucker stuff, snacks and drinks. Typical truck stop. Parking lot isnt the easiest to navigate, but not difficult. Lots of pumps with plenty of parking...around front for the cars anyways

Made a quick stop here and grabbed a cold one. Set up pretty nice for truckers. Even a shower room. The beer selection was minimal, but I can just hop across the street and circle k has plenty to choose from.

Good location. Big parking lot. Conveniently located right off the interstate and next to Walmart and ALdi down the road. The showers are medium sized with ample hot water.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I pre paid for fuel and the cashier accidentally put the fuel on the wrong pump. I made 3 trips inside trying to convince them of this before the Manager came over and said that the person next to me pumped my fuel. To compound the frustration his customer service skill set was non-existent. I was told I would have to “ work it out” with the guy that pumped my fuel after they put it on the wrong pump...- crazy! This issue was never resolved and I called the corporate office and filed a complaint. Go anywhere but here-

4 am stop, credit wouldnt work on pumps so whats the purpose of quickstop? Had to go in. So figured might as well get coffee. Very good. But a bit more attention to the area is needed. Garbage full and mess around half and half area.

Very well set up, prices are alright. Well lit would feel comfortable going by myself. It has lots of awesome things you can buy like movies and toys for kids and stuff.

Everything we needed was available to us. A typical gas station rest stop on a highway. No frills. Also, if you do go to Subway, make sure that you do the math when you order. Its better to order a footlong than two six-inch subs!

Came for the showers with husband. Overpriced for showers for a couple $24!!! Otherwise great customer service and clean. Merchandise little overpriced for truckers...

Needed air for my class A. Stoped at Pilot got fuel, thinking they would provide robust air for truck tires. Well that didnt happen. All the air hoses were in deplorable condition. It is hard to understand how a large organization can overlook such a basic required safety service for large vehicles.

Busy but lots of room to maneuver. Good stop. Easy off, easy on.

Pilot has the best coffee! it is nice how you can travel around the country and can always count on the fact that pilots are there to help make your trip better!

I have been purchasing Pilot gas for several years and am generally satisfied with store personnel. My stop at this station was completely unsatisfactory from failure at the pump to the attitudes of two employees; one was at the register and another was at a nearby register. I realize its a heavy traffic time of the year but there is simply no excuse for rudeness in any situation. The technician dispatched to the pump wasnt interested in my explanation of my experience with the pump, he seemed to feel bothered by having been dispatched to check the pump! This experience will affect my loyalty to Pilot in the future. Thanks for the opportunity to voice this information.

Clean shower, good water temperature and pressure in shower. Fuel is expensive, but its a Pilot so you already knew that. Kinda thinly staffed. Always a line while I was in the store and the manager yells for the next customer like its your fault that theyre understaffed. Cashier ought to be priority one, not an afterthought while you restock shelves because you dont make a dime until that customer pays for things like drinks, fuel, salaries, etc... Arbys was busy but good. Tight parking is correct. If you have to park there, good luck if its near capacity.

This is a great place to stop in Punta Gorda. It is usually clean, well lit, and with friendly staff. I usually stop here a few times a year when I am traveling to visit my Dad. They also have an Arbys here that is normally good. I always feel safe stopping here and sometimes they have unusual things in the store to look at while I stretch my legs when traveling.

Nice gas station. Used a shower. Very clean, however very slippery. I slipped, but still enjoyed the store. Connected to am Arbys.

There is no hot water for showers. I will be here 3 days and asked if it will be fixed soon. The lady was nice but stated she had no idea when it will be fixed. I started looking through the reviews on truckers path and found this has been on going for at least 15 days. Thats unacceptable. Thats just bad management.Nice location though.

Visited late night..the 2 young ladies were very friendly and helpful.

Needs more big truck parking. Other then that its a good spot for truck drivers. A lot of restaurants around too. Subway, McDonalds, waffle house, dairy queen, pizza hut, burger King. Also there is a Walmart across the street.

I was rudely awakened by a pilot fuel driver blowing his air horn at another driver, instead of getting out and asking politely for the driver to move, cmon its 0400. I was a little upset, what a horrible way to wake up...I went inside store to get some coffee... Jason, Jennifer and Sarah made me smile. Thank you to those three for making a bad day seem great. I appreciate all of yall.

Coffee is awesome. Bathrooms needed cleaning. But you can get whatever you need when on the road.

This gas station is a convenient stop. Theres plenty of space for RVs and trucks/cars. This station also has good coffee with all condiments. The attached Arbys has good food. This place has decently clean restrooms.

It is love-bug season and there were NO bug scrubbers in the entire station. The manager explained that they all get broken or stolen. In lieu of scrapers truck drivers had access to one hose to spray on their windshields as their wipers tried to clear the muck. In my opinion: inexcusable and unsafe.

Plan your trip get there early,cuz this trucks stop small if youre late gonna end up at the pay-per-no-view(Reserved parking) spot🤨😞 but even thats spot are small too🧐😳Thats why Loves is simply the best better than all the rest😅👌

Nice clean place. Well stocked with all kinds of things cb radios, fans, heaters SHOWERS Scales hats pillows nice array of coffee, sodas etc. Even pillows. Gas always cheaper than in Ft.Myers

Good place for a quick pit stop food, restrooms and great coffee. If you are truck driver in a long distance haul you can find stuff for your truck like CB radios replacement parts, clothing, eyewear and more.... THEY HAVE SHOWERS

Their fuel island is horrible. Love bug season and not a single squeegee out there!! Managers response “we didn’t order enough”. Fire whoever’s in charge of ordering! This happens every year! Your prices are so over inflated this shouldn’t be a problem.

If you are traveling from north to south or south to north this is a great, safe and easy place to stop to use restroom, you can eat Arby’s open 24h or you can find other placer around this location.....exit 160 on i-75

I was OK until I heard them blasting gospel music.Everyone does not believe in their particular God.What if Muslims,Jews or Buddhists walked in there and they were playing black gospel music? I am sure they would have been offended.So I said something to the black chick behind the counter.I told her to play something more universal.I thought that was rude and disrespectful for them to be playing such music.That is not their home it is a public place with all kinds of people coming in! Play something universal and Jesus music is not universal!

This could be a top location with a few changes. The pump islands have a few cleaning brushes that are broken, and the WiFi is questionable. The staff, however, are very helpful and friendly, and the inside (including bathrooms) are very clean. Even with the needed adjustments, its still one of the best truck stops for a hundred miles.

When you drive a motorcoach and tow a vehicle, you need a lot of room. The pilot truck stop offers easy to fill dial diesel tanks, clean washrooms even showers.

I spent 2 days putting my 34 down. In that 2 days the trash cans by the truck parking were never emptied. Trash laying around. 4 of the parking lot lights were inop. Had to wait for showers because of no towels, their dryer was broken and the people that fix it didnt want to work over the holidays. Neither do I but I am here.

Not very RV friendly. Lanes for gas pumps are too close. We pulled in and pulled out without getting gas. Not sure if they are all laid out the same way but Loves is a lot more RV friendly.
