The new specialist, Susie Tromley, gave me her full attention and really worked hard to determine the best settings for my hearing aids. Since I have a very unusual loss, any suggestions are helpful.

Aids needed resetting. Amazing the difference. Her “bedside manner” is very good. Very good explanations of what she was doing. I liked Jeff. She is another Jeff.

Dr Jeff was an awesome help when I started losing my hearing and was freaked out! He took his time with me calming down and helped me find the right aids. In follow up visits I was totally pleased with the quality of his care. I went back last week to find he had left and a new Technician had taken his place. At first her greeter told me she never sees a live client but I could leave my aids for a week or so and they would let me know if anything was wrong. Since one ear had steady white noise I already knew something was wrong. I somewhat insisted that I spent 5k for the aids and needed someone to look at them now. When I showed up for my appt the greeter took my aids to the back. The tech came out 15 minutes later and said my aids were all cleaned (apparently all she is qualified to do). I asked about the issue and she said they seem fine to me but if I insisted she could send them to a lab and in a week or so they would let me know if anything is wrong. Clearly Covid fears seem to have pretty much shut the office down. There are alot of places to get aids. Since they are very expensive find one that is reliable and cares about there clients.

What a blessing this establishment is! The Dr and his assistant Crystal are amazing and the Dr. takes his time and makes it personal with his patients. Our family is very GRATEFUL for everything Dr. Jeff did for us! We cried a lot today just to be able to converse normally with our family member. To see her hear her child and react was so beautiful, I cried. I thank you so much for the blessing that you gave our family and will pay this forward always!

Dr brex will never know how much he has changed my life and my children and families lives !! He is absolutely amazing and I can’t thank him enough will all my heart i will always BE GRATEFUL !! Crystal his assistant is beyond amazing THANK YOU SO MUCH FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART !!

Always helpful, and follow up today with my hearing instruments was a good maintenance check.
