My furniture was delivered and set up efficiently and professionally in a timely manner. Sweltering day and not one complaint about the heat. I can always count on great service. Thank you to all the wonder people who work there.

Clean place and very helpful customer service

I and my family have done business with this particular store for over 10 years. Recently they merged with another company and to be honest these people are nothing but bullies who think their 30 dollars a week is the end of the world..harassing phone calls..rude comments and unacceptable behavior when you go in to pay and arent willing to work with you...its a damn shame when the employee puts the supervisor on speaker phone and you really hear what he says and then realizes he is on speaker phone.I will never do business again here or any other Rent A Center.You..as a manager...I would fire...you wouldnt last working with me 5 minutes if you had my job...you all should line up for the unemployment line ... Because thats where your headed #RAC #PutnamCT #RentACenter #10bucks As much as I review this post it has a four star rating..dont believe it..if I could give this place a 0 I would. I am also contacting corporate headquarters about their rude, condescending comments..this place and the So called managers of this store are a joke.
