If I could give negative stars I would. My grandpa has stage 4 cancer and is on hospice, I tried twice to get medication for him and the people were so rude working. Im never mean, and Ive worked in a pharmacy for years. They walked away from me while I was talking ( a question that would of taken 10 seconds of their precious time), and went about their own business. I went back and a person from up front was cashing people out in the pharmacy and she cut me off while I was talking again and pushed me along. Now I have no answers while my grandpa suffers. Waste of a pharmacy.

The absolute worst CVS pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They have zero sense of urgency or concern for their customers and very rarely have any medication in stock. When an antibiotic/pain medication is prescribed, the customer requires these meds immediately. This location will make sure you get it within 4 days, but only after several phone calls from customer and Doctor. Totally unacceptable. Our community deserves better CVS.

Worst CVS I think ever.... I’ve been waiting just to drop off a prescription then they say it’s take an hour because there busy... there are over 5 staff members, it took 2 just to fill in my drop off then another hour wait after a 30 minute drop off wait... This is defiantly the absolute worst CVS from California to Florida... There is no one else here there are more staff then customers.

Pharmacy is error-prone and usually slow to resolve their errors, which is a deal breaker when you cant afford days of shenanigans between refills. If you have to use CVS, the location inside the Killingly Commons Target has been reliable. Worth the short drive up 395, my friends.

Very slow. Tell me on phone ready in 1 hour . Get there 1hour 30 mins later. Not ready. Said 15 min. Go back 28 mins later not ready. Really Big Question. Why Not? I do have a life besides driving back and forth to CVS

They generally seem uninterested in being helpful to those they serve. I had left my prescriptions with another CVS because I liked their customer service better, however I accompanied my partner to this location yesterday for a Covid test. The person at the drive thru window told us he has insurance, but was unable to tell us what kind of insurance it was (hes in the middle of changing companies). She was also very short with us, and uninterested in helping us find a way to get this test done. Her tone mixed with her disinterest in customer service have assured I wont be returning to this location.

The pharmacist clearly felonously photoshopped her diploma. I received a weeks worth of medicine at a time (something very important that I cant go without) and given several refills. After a week, I returned to refill my prescription and was told I would have to wait 11 days because it wasnt a week yet. After getting the old bottle, counting on my fingers for hers, and showing her a calendar, she refused to help me. I stood in line and called corporate and have not seen her since (I followed up). If zero stars was an option I would have rated it.

Quick service when there not busy

The pharmacy is unencumbered by normal business practices. Call to confirm that your prescription is ready only to drive there and find that its not. Every. Single. Time.

A normal CVS with normal expectations and interactions. I have never had any problems here and only positive experiences since it was built.

Booked an appointment to get tested, waited in line for over 20 minutes for them to tell me, they’re backed up and that I needed to come back 1-2 hours later. I live in Massachusetts and drove all the way here. If they couldn’t do the testing they could have given me a call or reschedule me. Would not recommend to come here, horrible customer service. Now I have to wait another day to get tested somewhere else. What a day of my time.

Seriously disappointed in service here...hung up on me won’t meet times I need my prescriptions. And I sat in drive thru a good 15 minutes before anyone helped me... everytime I’m here I sit in line for Atleast an hour to pick up called in prescriptions

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Unbelievable poor customer service. Went in one night, the front counter clerk was sitting on the counter. When my fiancé asked for some assistance she acted VERY put out, sighed loudly and very reluctantly got off the counter. I could go on and on.

Went for a covid test and I had to sit inline at the driveup for 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment. When it was finally my turn, i found the audio was so poor that I had to yell most of my answers or she said she couldnt hear me. So much for any privacy given there were 4 other cars inline. I had to have her repeat things for several steps because I couldnt clearly hear her. I dont have problems hearing or being heard at other drive thrus. They need a new audio system and they need to learn how to keep an appointment.

The pharmacists have very bad attitudes. One treats me good and thats Doris. Its not the virus theyre been like this, just nasty and disrespectful ...

Absolutely the worst place to deal with slower than molasses on an ice cold winter day rude obnoxious and just downright mean people cant get a prescription right to save their medical backsides seems to me these people are just feelings because CVS has their head up there fourth point of contact well definitely be seeking other pharmaceutical dispensaries then this dump I believe Ive made my point

I signed up for a Covid test and drove from Pawtucket, RI. There is no testing site here. I was unable to get anyone on the phone. This is absurd. Shut down the scheduling if there is no site here!

I signed up for a Covid test. I left work early and drove 45 minutes to get there. They told me they havent had any tests left for 2 days and that it isnt their job to call me and let me know. They were rude and unprofessional. I cannot believe the way that they treated me. They acted like I was stupid for being upset with them.

Ive only gone to the front store so I dont know what the pharmacy is like, however, the front store is great! Super helpful and friendly staff and some nice deals on drinks.

Terrible!!! Cant get the change in primary care physicians correct...after numerous contacts over a year! Today the phone isnt working....I got a robo call about an unknown script, it said push 2 for a person, then it said they were busy, call later, good bye! I tried to call the main number, but it isnt being answered and after a dozen rings, it goes to a busy signal!

Transferred prescriptions to CVS. Refilled them and they wanted to charge full price $250. I asked to check to make sure they have insurance info and they said they did, and refused to help other than to repeatedly say you must call your insurance company (never re-validated any insurance info).I called insurance and they showed that processing through insurance was never even attempted. Luckily my Insurance called CVS while I was on the phone and straightened them out.

Now that they have new picture printing equipment the price of prints is OUTRAGEOUS! One 5 x 7 print is just under $2.50 and you the customer have to cut it down to the proper size. Theyve lost this customer.

You are better off getting prescriptions filled somewhere else. Terrible customer service! Sherrie always has an excuse as to why the pharmacy is incompetent.
