This place is a true old school hardware store. They have or can get anything. The service is so far more advanced (knowledge) than the other big box stores in the area. This is a family owned business that cares about the customers and the community. Dollars spent here stay in the community. Plus the mascot ( see review pictures ) is simply awesome. I have never had or even have heard of anyone having a bad experience shopping here.

Didnt actually get to buy anything because no one had the balusters I was looking for but I fell in love with the shop cat! Hes such a friendly love! When he followed me to my car, it was so tempting to let him join me back to Georgia but I know the other locals would miss him. Sweet ginger - he was awesome.

Great hometown lumber yard and hardware store. Good knowledgeable people. So much better then the big box stores and some products are cheaper. All lumber is straight not scraps for building rocking chairs
