I use a cpap machine and had been struggling to find a place that gave good service. I started coming here and now receive great service. The staff here is super friendly, supportive and helpful. They are quick to fill supply orders and answer any questions or concerns with care and empathy. I have recommended them dozens of times to anyone that ever asks about this type of business.
Bought a cane for my elderly mother to try when returned home from therapy. But working with therapist it just was appropriate. So went to return it here and was promptly told only 7 days for returns...had 14 so no return could be made and no consideration for time to TRY TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE
I had a great experience here. It look longer to get my items. That is not their fault. I will go back again.
Incredibly rude office people! They couldnt care less if you need assistance and made me feel as if I was disrupting them when I asked for some. There are better places that actually care to help people when they come in the door. I suggest Advantage Home Medical.
Stopped by the Putnam Store today. My Dr sent them the results of my sleep study mid Dec 2018 never received a call from them to set up a appointment. Today 01/11/2019 I stopped by my DRs office to ask what the company was that was suppose to contact me about getting a Cpap machine. One of the Nurses sent the info to them again, another told me of her husband going through the same thing info sent to them and them (Putnam Medical) saying they didnt receive any info. I drove to the store sense its only 2-3 miles from the Drs office. The Large Blond lady behind the counter snipped at me when I told her I was there to see about getting a Cpap. I need to see your insurance card first Ok I give it to her Not in our network cant help you OK I have an HSA and I can pay it privately. Very uninterested in telling me anything other that $1000 for the machine and $1500 for supplies . I personally would stay as far away from a company that deals with medical equipment and treats a customer or future customer like that. What would their service be like ?

I loved Willimantic Pharmacy, but when they opened Putnam Home Medical, the service went down hill. So very disappointing.
Arrogant, not helpful after getting equipment, demanded machine back because I had the flu twice and couldn’t breathe to use the machine. Guess they expect you to wear it in nose and not breath.
